CAN FUS - Apartment with shared pool in Campos.

Welcome to this charming home, for 2 people (plus 2 extra), located in a rural residential complex in the outskirts of Campos.

The complex consists of 7 apartments; therefore, the outside spaces are communal. There is a chlorinated pool of 11 x 5.5 m with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 2.10 m, a solarium with 14 deck-chairs, a large terrace, a small playground, large gardens, a fixed barbecue and a fully equipped porch. The establishment has a small private terrace equipped with a table and chairs.

This 40 m2, one storey house has one double bedroom with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. A cot and a high chair are available on request. The two extra spaces are accommodated on a double sofa bed.

The kitchen and the living-dining room share the same space. The living-dining room is equipped with a sofa bed, a coffee table, satellite TV, a dining table with chairs, and air conditioning. The fully-equipped kitchen has a glass-ceramic hob.

The home is just 6 km from Sa Ràpita, where you can find all possible services: supermarkets, medical centre, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, shops, etc.Within a 10-minute drive you can reach the white sandy beach of Es Trenc, a natural jewel of the Balearics. And around you will find many more beaches and coves with crystal clear waters.Just a 30-minute drive will take you to Palma, where you can go shopping, and visit all the cultural insights. Near Palma there is an aquarium and several water parks such as Western Park and Aqualand.

Kleine Unterkunft für einen Kurztrip

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft gehabt. Lediglich die Dusche benötigt mal ein Update, aber der Rest war toll und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Vorfeld haben wir alle wichtigen Informationen erhalten und auch während des Aufenthalts gab es Kontaktmöglichkeiten, die wir aber nicht nutzen mussten.

Very nice little house

Very nice little house, very clean and well kept, check-in is very easy if you read the information sent to you, the pool is approx. a 20 second walk from the house !!, the pool area and surroundings are very clean & well kept also. Great little laundry room. The surrounding area is very quiet and is around 10 minutes drive into Campos. Would highly recommend this house.

Le logement est un peu sombre

Le logement est un peu sombre, sans doute un avantage l'été, mais moins au mois de novembre. Le logement était propre et fonctionnel mais un peu vétuste pour le prix, notamment la salle de bain. Vous y serez au calme et la piscine est sans doute très agréable l'été, mais encore une fois, au mois de novembre, il est difficile d'en profiter. Du coup, hors saison, le prix parait un peu élevé pour la prestation. La communication se fait avec des employés d'une grande société de location de logements de vacances.

Estuvimos muy a gusto

Estuvimos muy agusto y el balance general es muy bueno. A mejorar en nuestra humilde opinion es la comunicación: no se nos explicó dónde estaba el contenedor para tirar la basura, cómo y dónde nos dejaban las llaves, dónde estaba la piscina y dónde el apartamento (hay 7 y tener que ir a buscar el tuyo pues...). Y a parte de esto, había cosas muy básicas que no había en la casa o eran escasas para 2 personas 1 semana: solo 1 bolsa de basura, no había jabón de manos, no había algo de fairy para fregar, solo 1 rollo de papel higiénico, no había servilletas.... en cambio el detalle del vino, la limpieza, otras cosas útiles como la sombrilla, la barbacoa, etc. pues muy bien. Además la cama es maravillosa y se descansa fenomenal, y la zona muy tranquila.

Hemos estado muy a gusto, la casita tiene mucha privacidad y tranquilidad y está muy bien ubicada si lo que quieres es ir descubriendo lugares de la isla. Lo único que echamos en falta que alguien nos contara dónde encontrar la piscina ya que está apartada de la casa y hay que cruzar una calle. Por lo demás todo muy bien, lo recomendamos!!

- Doch schon etwas "in die Jahre" gekommen, also die Ausstattung. Und innerhalb des Häuschens immer ein leicht moderiger Geruch trotz intensivem Lüftens. + Gut ausgestattetes Häuschen mit schöner Terrasse. Die Lage ist optimal, wenn man den Es Trenc-Strand liebt. Zum Einkaufen ca. 6km bis Campos, wo es viele Supermärkte und Restaurants gibt.
