この豪華で大きな3ベッドルームのアパートメントには、専用屋外プール、広々としたテラス、バーベキュー、オーチャードオーチャードと野菜園のある美しい庭園があります。 古代のサロナ遺跡のすぐ近くに位置し、スプリットの中心部、有名な古代ディオクレティアヌス宮殿、フェリー港、ポリジュスタジアムまで車で10-15分の距離にあります。
プライベートプール付きのアパートメント「Queen Helena」は、ヴィラの1階に位置しています。
この広々としたアパートメント（100㎡または328平方フィート）には、オープンプランの広いリビングルーム/ダイニングルームと設備の整ったキッチンがあります。
それは3つの寝室で構成されています。 2つのダブルベッドルームと1つのツインベッドルーム。
リビングルームにある大きなソファーはダブルベッド1台（160x200cm）に変換され、
ベビーベッドとベビーシートはリクエストに応じて利用できます。
トイレと洗濯機付きのシャワーバスルーム、別のトイレとプールの近くの屋外シャワーがあります。
アパートメントは全室エアコン完備で、無料です。

アパートメントクイーンヘレナはスプリトまたはポルジュスタジアムの中心部からわずか5kmの小さな町Solinに位置しています。そこではウルトラヨーロッパフェスティバルが開催され、その地域で最も美しいビーチが賞賛されます。

Lovely property in a quiet yet accessible part of town. 10 minutes from the centre and around 20 minutes from the airport. Gardens and pool were lovely too. Great properly. Would highly recommend to anybody looking for a relaxing holiday in split. Angelica and family were lovely and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Excellent holiday stay

Fantastic holiday apartment as described by the host, within walking distance from local supermarkets, bars and restaurants. 10 minute ride via Uber or bus gets you into split riviera with lots to do. Getting from the airport to Solin was a 25minute trip at the cost of €55-70 with taxis, the Host can also arrange this for you. The apartment was very clean and the pool was lovely also with a barbecue area as well.

Great Holiday

Lovely, spacious apartment.Modern and minimalist in design. Great outdoor space and pool. Very clean throughout. Good sized bedrooms with lovely bed linen. Well equipped kitchen with good supply of condiments. Nice touches like fresh cut flowers on arrival. Owner and extended family live in the 2 floors above the apartment but are not intrusive in any way. Solin has a few restaurants and we ate in them all. Salona in walking distance and Kliss fortress 5 minute drive away which had amazing views. 10-15 min drive to central Split. We found Uber great at 8 euros especially if going out at night in Split( again is a must). Trogir, Omis great to visit. Hvar was the highlight ( but pricey when you get there). However there were a couple of issues. There is quite a lot of road noise- fine if windows shut but outside in garden it’s audible. There isn’t air conditioning throughout the property- only in the open planned living room so had to have the fans on every night which created their own noise. The property is hard to find as off a busy road so first night took us some time to find. Couldn’t find any lemon trees in the garden for our G+Ts but some how coped!!! As a family with 2 adult kids we had a great time. Split is beautiful.

Nice accommodation with lovely pool and garden

We stayed for a week at the end of May. The photos describe the environment very accurately. We were very comfortable there as a family of four adults and a baby. The three bedrooms were all of a good size plus a great room for the kitchen dining and living rooms. The kitchen was fully equipped. Many essential food items were stocked for us including juices, sparkling water, wine, spices, etc. There is a large outdoor dining table where we always took meals. The private pool was great to have. The home is within walking distance to grocery markets and a short drive to Split the beaches and ferries.

Great House

Very clean house and it had everything you needed. It's 15 minutes from the city center of Split 32 from Trogir, 10.min from Klits castle. The owner was amazing and always available to help and give information. ❤️ Thank you Angelica.

Amazing villa, location and people!!

What a fantastic time in Croatia and in particular this villa. Our hosts were welcoming and helpful without being intrusive. This could have happened as they live above this apartment but you rarely see them unless you need them (like when I messed up the tv).The facilities were fantastic, sky tv, air con (main unit in living room), wi fi, everything to make the whole family happy. The utility room washing machine was good and all liquid was provided. The pool was great and they had floats etc to play with and a parasol for shade. They were really on top of cleaning it and came when it was convenient to us. The kitchen we stocked with a good amount of utensils and basics such as salt, pepper, ice cubes bags, foil, cling film etc. We also had a lovely welcome gift of drinks and snacks after our journey. Andelka also provided us with meat to have one night in the bbq outside on the terrace which was amazing. On top of this wine and liquor made by their family. Wow, these were great!! Solin had a lot to offer with the Roman ruins and great roads to Split and Trogir. Note the villa is near the main road and you can hear the occasional honking horn but nothing to bother about. In Solin we ate at River which was good and a short walk. The Sweet Factory across from River was fab for crepes. Split was bustling on an evening and the palace and Cathedral were worth seeing. Lukas homemade ice creams and cakes is worth seeking out. Trogir is a walled town and also lovely for a meal and a walk around the fortress. Babalus (I think) was the name of the burger place, so good we went twice. We hired a car and the driving was quite easy. Andelka provided us with the best places to park in split just a short walk out of town but much easier than the central area. Note the entrance to the villa is across from the start of the blue railings going up the hill just after the lights and the junction. We missed it the first time. Overall a fantastic holiday for a family of 4, 2 adults, 9 and 12 year old. We would definitely return and in particular to this villa. It couldn’t have been cleaner, friendly or more welcoming. Hope your holiday is as lovely as ours!!

Wonderful apartment

We were the first guests and we were not disapointed ! Hosts are very nice, we could not have received a more welcoming arrival ! The apartment was extremely clean, and included everything that you could possibly need.Perfect location in a quiet district but just next to Split by car.

I have met so many nice people through this years of listing my other apartments in Split, and I have received their positive mood and warmth while happily receiving them into my apartments. I'm grateful and exited for what's yet to come!

The apartment with private pool Queen Helena offers you comfort of home! All the highlights in Split and surroundings are just few minutes drive away. In a mean time please relax and enjoy the pool, sun, grilled meal and organic vegetables!
It is fully equipped three-bedroom apartment with spacious private swimming pool, terrace and landcsaped garden which covers 1500 square meters.
The apartment has a private use of a swimming pool during the stay. The apartment is directly connected with a spacious terrace with barbecue and surrounded by olive trees which makes this house very nice. There is an organic garden with fresh vegetables and fruit trees like fig, cherry, lemon, orange always at disposal for our dear guests completely free of charge.
The apartment Queen Helena is located in the immediate vicinity of ancient Salona ruins and 10-15minutes drive to the center of Split and its famous ancient Diocletian's Palace, Ferry port or Poljud stadium as well as only 4 km from beautiful beaches.
Within few hours drive you can visit some of the most famous places in Croatia like National Parks Krka (1 hour of drive) and Plitvice (3 hours of drive), ancient towns like Trogir (30min), Šibenik(1 hour)and Dubrovnik (3 hours) as well as islands Brač and Hvar..(1 hour by ferry)
If you arrive without car, it isn't a problem at all. The bus station is 50 meters from the house and the buses drive every 15 minutes to the city center of Split
( the one-way ticket costs cca 1,4- 1,7Eur). The ride takes 15- 20 minutes to city center.
