Delighted you found Casa Zilli well equipped, we make every effort to ensure it has everything you require and it is spotlessly clean. As we are strongly opposed to the use of throwaway coffee capsules we've found the Italian Moka coffee machines we provide, not only make great coffee, but sustain a cleaner, greener alternative. The house is extremely comfortably for 8 / 10 guests, over 2 floors, with large living and terrace space. We simply try and respect the privacy of our upstairs neighbour, in order to encourage his respect of ours. The large garden and outside sitting and barbeque terrace to the main area at the front of the house gives a magnificent view to the principal mountain group of the Sella and Piz La Ila , with the only large trees delineating the parking spaces and providing privacy from our other neighbouring house down the hill and being of no impediment whatsoever to the fabulous view across the valley. The accommodation is one of the few in the area that provides enough space for large groups. Other self catering options for large groups would incur the rental of 2 properties, at considerably higher expense, we feel that our property more than justifies the price. Our high percentage of returning guests and our fantastic guest reviews are testimony to the quality and value for money we hopefully provide.

Instructions for the washing machine and dryer are available, perhaps they were not put out for you beforehand re your arrival. Soap is also supplied in the soap dispensers on each wash basin but we could of course add soap bars in the showers although most guests bring shower gel. Our hosts had everything perfectly prepared. Many thanks to Ker. The large living and dining area guarantees a very pleasant and relaxing stay for families and groups. We felt very comfortable here. From our house we have made beautiful walks and also the sporting possibilities in La Villa (for example tennis) used.
