家は国立公園マジェッラの真ん中のPacentro（AQ）にあります。 自然、静けさ、歩くだけでなく、イタリアの本当の村生活を愛する人々に理想的です。 ベーカリー、肉屋、スーパーマーケット、アブルッツォの最高のレストラン、他の多くのレストランやバーが徒歩圏内にあります。
家にはリビングルーム（ソファベッド、2名用）、キッチン、広々としたダブルベッド2台とバスルーム2室が備わります。 さらに、良いキャンプベッドとハイチェアがあります。
ボルゴの端にあり、川と鳥だけが聞こえ、車で簡単にアクセスできる谷に見えます。
南には大きな庭（1000m）があり、子供たちが遊ぶことができる洞窟があります。
ビューは美しいです。 このようにして、東にマジェラの雪に覆われた尾根が見えます。

Wonderful Place to Stay!

We just returned home from spending almost a month in this lovely house on the edge of town. The house itself is very nice and has everything you might need. But, it’s the property and the view that really makes it special and sets it apart from others. There is parking nearby and it is just a short walk up to the center of town. Communication with Carina was prompt and her instructions were thorough. We enjoyed every moment and hope to be back again! Thank you so very much!

Home away from home

The house of Carina and Simon is a real gem. Fully equipped with everything you need, you feel at home the moment you arrive. On top Carina provides you with detailed information on the house and the wonderful and lively village of Pacentro. The main square is just a stone's throw away, where you can enjoy an aperitivo in the evening and watch the hustle and bustle of the village. It was our second stay at Carina's house and each time we leave with the feeling that we want to come back again.

Wonderful Location in Pacentro, Italy

The views from this property are absolutely spectacular! The home was as advertised. The Internet was very fast and accommodated streaming devices for the four of us without any delays. There were steep steps and would not be advisable for handicapped or very young individuals. But, we knew before we went by just looking at the photos that the steps were steep. There were sturdy handrails, so all was well. I booked this in January 2023. Carina was very responsive to every question along the way and is a great host! We would not think twice about renting this property again in the future! Thank you Carina & Simon!

beautiful place

This home is located in one of the most beautiful places I have visited in Italy. Pacentro is friendly and delightful and the mountains and valleys spectacular. Sitting in the garden for breakfast and dinner was unforgettable with the ever changing light and mist on Mount Majella as a backdrop. Parking is surprisingly easy and safe provided you take the correct small back road up to the house. We spent much of our week there in both Majella and Abruzzo National Parks and visiting the rare Romanesque churches with their 12th and 13th century paintings. If you are interested in such things then I suggest San Tommaso Becket (near Caramanico Terme) with its sculptured lintel and frescoes, San Pietro ad Oratorium - in a forest not far from Capestrano (may need to ring the number on the gate for the friendly volunteer to open) with very special Byzantine inspired pantocrator Christ frescoe, Santa Maria ad Cryptas (in Fossia) with intact 13th cent frescoes cycle) and Bominaco church and Oratorio, with 13th century fresco cycle (ring number on gate for a guide). If these don't interest you then the many spectacular hill top towns may. All up a week wasn't enough in this great part of Italy as there is so much to do and see.

Perfekter Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist perfekt für Wanderungen und alle Highlights sind in einer guten Autostunde erreichbar. Die Kommunikation war problemlos. Das Haus ist toll gelegen. Wer Ruhe sucht und mobil ist, ist dort sehr gut aufgehoben

Gezellig huis aan de rand van een Middeleeuws kasteeldorp.

Het huis ligt aan de rand van het dorp, wat een heerlijke plek is om te verblijven. Het huis is comfotabel en koel. De tuin biedt uitzicht op een deel van het dorp en het lege groene dal waar een beek stroomt.

Lovely house in Pacentro

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in het mooie dorpje Pacentro. Het huis is gelegen in een oud dorpje en heeft als een van de weinig huizen daar een heerlijke tuin. Het huis is prachtig gelegen. Het huis is zeer compleet en prettig. Het dorp Pacentro is prachtig, de inwoners zijn zeer vriendelijk. Een heerlijk vakantiehuis in een prachtige omgeving.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in einem außergewöhnlichen Ferienhaus

Wir haben zu dritt eine wunderbare Woche in Pacentro verbracht. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll, stimmig eingerichtet und gemütlich. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles entsprechend dem Inserat. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war freundlich und problemlos. Im Haus eine Vielzahl an Informationen für Unternehmungen in der Gegend.

The house is wonderful as well as the garden and the location. In the apartment you have everything you need...even more. The owner was very precise and detailed in providing every useful information for the house but also about Pacentro (bar, restaurants, etc). The only sad moment was to leave that place

Great property in pacentro!

Super nice experience! Pacentro is a very nice town full of real life (not so many tourist!). The house in a great location to walk to the two main squares and it has a superb view of the valley. The pics in the add looks very nice and we had high expectations but the house is even better than we expected. The communication with the host was smooth.

Ferienhaus am Rand von Pacentro

Wir haben als Familie (1 Kind) eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem Ferienhaus am Rand von Pacentro genossen. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr einfach, frühzeitig hatten wir alle nötigen Informationen über das Haus, Pacentro und Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Das ist liegt am Ortsrand von Pacentro, dadurch ist es zum einen wunderbar ruhig und wir hatten zum anderen einen wunderschönen terassenartigen Garten und eine Terasse. Von beiden aus haben wir die wunderschöne Maiella-Aussicht genossen und jeden Tag draußen auf der Terasse gegessen. Ein absolutes Highlight! Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, allein eine Klimananlage in den Schlafräumen wäre noch wünschenswert. Bäcker, kleiner Supermarkt, Bar und Restaurants sind fußläufig innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen. Wenn es uns wieder in die Abruzzen verschlägt, wären wir hier gern wieder Gast!

De vakantiewoning ligt op een schitterende locatie middenin de Abbruzzen. WiFi is top, huis is netjes en schoon en de service en communicatie van de verhuurders is excellent

Perfektes Haus

Wunderbar gelegen, völlig still und trotzdem nur 5 Minuten in den hübschen Ort mit Restaurants, Alimentari und Leben, freundliche Nachbarn, die man in der Straße trifft. Lebendiges italienisches Dorf dennoch ohne Tourismus! Tolles gemütliches Haus mit viel Service, sogar wöchentlicher Reinigung und frischer Wäsche. Perfekte Ausstattung und sehr hilfsbereite Betreuung auf Bedarf. Die perfekte Urlaubslocation in wunderschöner Region, perfektes Haus zum Wohlfühlen, alleine sein und dennoch praktisch. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Urlaub!

Tutto perfetto, la posizione è fantastica, la casa è come da descrizione ,noi purtroppo siamo incappati nella settimana più calda del mese di Agosto e qualche ventilatore in casa sarebbe stato utile. Per il resto tutto ok ci ritorneremo.

Lovely house in the heart of nature and a picturesque Italian town!

We had a lovely stay in Carina's house in Pacentro. The house is great and right in the heart of an old Italian village, with lovely little shops, caffè and a central square with cute restaurants and bars. The house is as beautiful as the picture show, beautiful view, garden and great starting point for hikes. We had a great time enjoying candle-lit dinners and sun-lit breakfasts in the garden too. Would definitely recommend!
