EXCELLENT! EXTREMELY CLEAN AND VERY COMPFORTABLE!!

We loved this place! It was in a beautiful country setting but had good access to many major towns and sites. The accommodations were very clean, comfortable and had everything you would need for our stay. The owner , Irene was very pleasant and very helpful. She provided any additional information we needed and was available at anytime when needed. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. You won't be disappointed. Thanks to Irene for making our first visit to Sicily so wonderful! Stephen Ricci

House Biancolilla - A gem between the sea and olives in Sicily

Being my second visit to Menfi I was looking forward to a quiet, relaxing time. Our hosts met us promptly at the gateway to Menfi for the few mile drive to House Biancolilla. Situated in a lovely grove of olive trees, down a quaint road this newly constructed home is bright and sunny and very inviting. Irene and Filippo welcomed us and showed us around the house and property. With a large balcony on the rear of the home, we had a view of the countryside and the sea. The house came with everything we would need including a bottle of wine and olive oil made from their grapes and olives. The kitchen was outfitted with pots, pans and a couple of moka pots for morning coffee. The house also comes with several bicycles for touring the countryside on Menfi's off-road bike path that is easy to connect to from the house. Additionally, the house is located conveniently between the Lido Fiori beach and the city center of Menfi. Our hosts kindly offered suggestions for restaurants and street markets. They even took the time to direct us to a beautiful beach with incomparable views between Lido Fiori and Porto Paulo. My family and I were very impressed with the rental that was made even better by the hospitality of Irene and Filippo. We will surely entertain returning to House Biancolilla on our next trip to Sicily!

Entsprach vollkommen den hohen Erwartungen

Urlaub in Sizilien in einem Haus inmitten unter Olivenbäumen in einer ruhigen Gegend. Wer das sucht, findet es im Haus Biancolilla. Sehr gepflegt, alles Notwendige vorhanden und dazu eine schattige Terrasse. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man das Meer und die Stadt Menfi zum Einkaufen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfreich. Sehr empfehlenswert!

sehr schön und sauber und gepflegt

Wie waren vom 21 Juni- 2Juli bei Irene im Haus. Die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig,der Strand nur 5 Min mit dem auto entfernt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und Irene und Fillipo waren sehr nette und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Vielen Dank and beide und beste Wünsche.

Nettes Haus mit schwieriger Zufahrt !

Das Haus ist nett. Man hat schöne Aussicht zum Meer hin. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit.

Beautiful sunsets every day

October in Sicily. Sunshine and bright blue skies all day. Beaches quiet as we are now out of season but the benefit is that it’s easy to get a table at any of the local restaurants. If you are fond of fish they won’t disappoint. Villa is well equipped, however, should you choose to self cater and a pre dinner drink on the terrace watching the sun set over the sea beyond the olive grove does down nicely. Irene and Filippo are wonderful hosts; always available if you need them and won’t bother you if you don’t. A lovely villa in a wonderful position.

Fantastic property, missing one thing

This is a great fantastic property and should be rated 5 Stars but for one thing. The Wi-Fi Internet did not work the entire week we were there. The property is relatively new and well equipped, has everything you need.

Fantastico

Casa nuovissima, ben arredata, dotata di tutto ed anche di più, persino disinfettante e cerotti messi ordinatamente in una scatolina in un armadietto del bagno. La vista della casa è sulla campagna e sul mare. Tramonti eccezionali. C'è l'aria condizionata in tutte le stanze ma la casa è ben arieggiata per cui l'abbiamo accesa poco e niente. Irene e Filippo che vivono nel paese e non sul posto, sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Un giorno ci hanno persino portato un assaggio buonissimo di caponata fatto dalla loro mamma. Consiglio questa casa a chiunque voglia godersi il mare e nello stesso tempo la tranquillità della campagna.

Une jolie maison pour des vacances au calme au milieu des champs d'olivier et proche de la mer.

Nous avons adoré débuter notre séjour en famille en Sicile dans cette maison bien équipée et surtout dans un cadre très paisible tout en restant proche de jolies plages et des sites archéologiques pour visiter les temples. Irene et Filippo ont été très accueillants et ce dernier a même pris le temps de nous emmener jusqu'à une plage magnifique que nous n'aurions pu trouver. Pour être au calme, observer les étoiles et pour de belles baignades ou visites, maison idéale !

Très belle semaine les pieds dans l'eau

Couple avec deux enfants nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison idéalement située. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Grande sympathie et disponibilité des propriétaires.

Nettes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage, nicht weit vom Strand

Das Ferienhaus ist komplett ausgestattet, liegt sehr ruhig inmitten von Olivenhainen und Weingärten und ist sehr gut für eine Kombination aus Erholungsurlaub (Nähe zum Sandstrand Lido Fiori) und Besichtigungen von antiken Stätten (Selinunte, Ericlea Minoa, Agrigent) geeignet, ein Auto vorausgesetzt. Die Städtchen Menfi und Sciacca sind einen Katzensprung entfernt. Auch den Ätna kann man innerhalb eines Tages besichtigen. Die Eigentümerin Irene und ihr Bruder Filippo sind sehr nett, entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit.

Bellissima casa

Siamo stati ospiti per 3 settimane in questa bellissima villetta. Siamo stati accolti dai proprietari con cordialità,calore e gentilezza. In casa abbiamo trovato un cesto con i prodotti della loro terra e prodotti di prima necessità. La casa è finemente arredata, ha ogni genere di confort ed è PULITISSIMA. I proprietari, Irene e Filippo, come già anticipato sono cordiale, disponibili ed educati. Sono sempre pronti ad aiutare ed a far apprezzare le bellezza di questa terra. Siamo stati pregiati della caponatina di melanzane della mamma....ottima!!! La casa è esattamente così come si vede dalle foto. Comodissima la doccia esterna così come il portico nel quale si può fare colazione o pranzare ammirando un bellissimo panorama ed apprezzando la fresca brezza. Filippo ha detto che dovrebbero essere apportate delle ulteriori migliorie alla villetta ma per noi è già perfetta così com'è!! Un augurio a questi bravi ragazzi che continuino così, perché così va ed è fatto bene! NB. Per chi sarà ospite della casa in futuro,abbiate cura della gattina grigio bianca che si aggira nei paraggi, i miei figli l'hanno chiamata Zelda BUONA VACANZA A TUTTI

Super entspannte Ferien im Haus Biancolilla

Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Augenblick im Urlaub angekommen in diesem sauberen und komplett eingerichteten Haus! Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt sowohl für Besichtigungstouren als auch tolle Strände. Auf ein Gefährt ist man aber angewiesen. Filippo ist für jede Frage ansprechbar und hilfsbereit.
