マルサラの歴史的中心部のメインストリートにある楽しい家、メイン広場から200メートル、海から500メートル。
この家は最近、一流の建築家によって、貴重な素材、仕上げ、家具で改装されました。 キッチン付きのリビングルーム（食器洗い機、オーブンと電子レンジ、洗濯機を組み合わせたもの）、ソファベッド付きの研究室、2つのバスルームと2つのベッドルーム、約150平方メートルのレベルの2つの素晴らしいテラスで構成されています。
ベッドルームは静かで、家のすべての窓は防音です。
家は完全に家具付きで、全室にエアコンとテレビが備わっています

Perfect place in the center of Marsala

A very nice apartment with a great terrace. Very clean and atmospheric. Lovely mrs Maury who welcomed us well. It is located in the hart of Marsala.

Beautiful

We had the best time in a great apartment in the middle of Marsala. Gianluca, Daniela and Gaetano were very friendly and helpful. We’d love to come again.

Amazing Apartment with Superb Terrace

The apartment is perfectly situated on the main ( pedestrianised marble ) road in Marsala right next to Porto Nuevo , right in amongst all the restaurants and bars . It is modern with 2 lovely moorish inspired bathrooms , a very comfortable bed , linen and towels . We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely love to stay again if and when we are back in Marsala ! The apartment is lovely and cool in the evenings without the air con as the breeze goes right through with the 2 terraces . It’s only a 15 min drive to amazing beaches

A beautiful aparment

My friend an me had a wonderful stay in this apartment specially the terrasses are beautyful. You can find everything you wish in this apartment it is in middle of town and very quite. Perfect. Giando and Ida were so easy to work with. Unfortunately they were out of town and we were late arriving but Maura was very responsive. Our phones didn't work which was our problem. The location is superb and very safe once you can find it. If possible, try not to arrive after dark. The only criticism was the second bed is really not ideal so our friend slept on the couch and we had trouble with the coffee maker so perhaps a French press. Be aware that water system makes a lot of humming. The vineyard suggestion was a highlight.

Tolle Wohnung mit traumhaften Terrassen

Wir waren zum 2. Mal hier und haben den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr persönlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Terrassen sind ein Traum! Die Lage zentral, mitten in der Altstadt. Am Wochenende kann es etwas laut werden, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Besitzer und Verwalter sind jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.

Der ideale Standort zur Erkundung von Siziliens Westen - The ideal location to explore western Sicil

Als wir ankamen, fanden wir die Wohnung so vor, wie es in der Beschreibung ausgeführt war. Hochklassig renoviert, zwei fantastische Terrassen, die sich aufgrund der umfangreichen Beschattungsanlagen perfekt und nach jeweiligem Wunsch Sonne/Schatten nutzen lassen. Die Lage in der Fußgängerzone ist perfekt, ein kostenfreier Parkplatz ist in 5 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar und war jederzeit verfügbar. Aufgrund der Größe Marsalas war es auch bei einem 3-wöchigen Aufenthalt kein Problem, viele gute und abwechslungsreiche Restaurants zu finden. When we arrived we found the apartment as described in the description. Renovated to a high standard, two fantastic terraces which, thanks to the extensive shading systems, can be used perfectly for sun/shade as desired. The location in the pedestrian zone is perfect, a free parking lot can be reached in 5 minutes on foot and was available at any time. Due to the size of Marsala, it was not a problem to find many good and varied restaurants even during a 3-week stay.

grandiose Wohnung

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung mitten in Marsala mit zwei riesigen Terrassen. Die Gestaltung ist bis in jedes Detail form-und farbvollendet. Obschon in der Stadt gelegen, hört man die Möwen, die vom nahen Meer geflogen kommen.

Aussergewöhnlich in jeder Hinsicht!

Die Wohnung ist mitten in der Altstadt und trotzdem sehr ruhig (einzig die Geräusche im Treppenhaus sind gut zu hören). Sie ist liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wir fanden die Atmosphäre äusserst gemütlich. Da das Wetter eher kühl und regnerisch war, konnten wir die wunderschönen Terrassen wenig nutzen, fühlten uns aber in der Wohnung wie zu Hause. Es war alles da was man braucht, auch Wasser und Kaffee für die ersten Tage. Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche dort verbracht und würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Grazie mille!

Very enjoyable and rewarding stay

The property is a delight with two wonderful terraces and two comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Centrally located in Marsala with plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops close at hand. We frequented beaches south of the town and also took advantage of the excellent ferry service to explore Favignana. The property owner was most kind and hospitable offering valuable advice about where to eat and what to see locally.

Appartement superbe avec 2 grandes terrasses dans le centre historique de Marsala . Décoration superbe, tout ce qu’il fait pour passer de bonnes vacances. Didi est très à l’écoute de ses locataires et toujours prête à aider. Celeste est elle aussi charmante. Location à recommender.

Sehr zentral gelegene Stadtwohnung mit großzügigem Außenbereich in ruhiger Lage, alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar, gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Besitzer.

Incantevole appartamento "très chic" con proprietari straordinari

Dalle foto si può capire che l'appartamento è bellissimo, arredato con grande cura dei dettagli e che potrebbe trovare posto su una rivista di architettura ma non si può immaginare quanto i proprietari, Didi e Giandomenico siano ospitali. Ci hanno accolto come fossimo amici di famiglia, con una cortesia e un'attenzione senza uguali. Anche Marianna, che si occupa della casa in loro assenza, è stata preziosa e disponibile per tutto il soggiorno. L'appartamento si trova nella via principale, e pedonale, di Marsala ed è piacevolissimo la sera fare una passeggiata nel centro. E' comunque comodissimo per il parcheggio gratuito che si trova a poche decine di metri. Ha due terrazzi splendidi e magnificamente arredati che, la sera quando sono illuminati, hanno un'atmosfera davvero suggestiva. Qualche volta si cenava in casa solo per godere del terrazzo! Abbiamo avuto molti preziosi consigli sui dintorni, le spiagge e i ristoranti e ne abbiamo fatto tesoro! La zona è magnifica e ricchissima e offre moltissime opportunità di visita (dai siti archeologici, alle isole, alle spiagge). In definitiva, vacanza bellissima in una casa indimenticabile!

Superbe séjour !!

Nous avons passé une très agréable petite semaine dans ce charmant et confortable appartement bien situé au sein de Marsala. Le lieu pensé par un architecte, les matériaux utilisés, le design et la décoration personnalisée apportent un véritable cachet au lieu. Les terrasses sont fort appréciables, sans omettre de mentionner entre autres, le jardinet composé de magnifiques cactus. Véritable petit havre de paix que nous recommandons pour sillonner la région. Propriétaire aux petits soins pour ses hôtes même si nous n'avons pu le rencontrer de visu. L'accueil réservé par Céleste fut très appréciable aussi. Grazie mille !! Anne & Salem

I have traveled to many countries around the world and have an international culture ; I speak Italian , English and French and I have many friends in various parts of the world .
When I want to relax I go to Marsala (Sicily ) where I find a wonderful sea, the Egadi , good food and excellent wines . One of my favorite places is the oldest market in the old town where there is fresh fish ; Also I love to see the sunset from the salt marshes that are located opposite the Island of Mozia .

I am very hospitable ; I have recently renovated the house , which has large terraces , to make it an oasis offering every comfort for a total relaxation.

The house is in the main street of the old town with its shops , restaurants and clubs in which to spend time pleasantly . But when I want I can easily reach the sea that is 500 meters.
