Ermis Villa is a spacious two floor building, decorated with unique style and high quality furniture that can accommodate up to 7 people. Surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with a large Swimming pool, parasols, sunbeds and BBQ is ideal for couples, families, groups and those who seek memorable and relaxing holidays. The villa consists of 2 bedrooms with large double beds and 1 bedroom with single beds. The property features a large open plan living room with 2 comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. There is a fully equipped kitchen designed for the needs of modern travelers, with dining table, large fridge, oven, microwave, water boiler and filter coffee maker. The property has 1 bathroom on the first floor with bathtub and 1 bathroom on the ground floor with shower. The bathrooms are equipped with toiletries and hairdryers. The property also has a utility room with a washing machine. Free Wi-Fi access is available everywhere on the property.
Ermis Villa is located 4 km from Kolympia Village. In the village center you will find shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. 7 Springs is a great holiday location in the middle of the Rhodes island, between Rhodes town (25km) and Lindos Village (26 km). Tsampika beach, considered as the best sandy beach in Rhodes, is only 5 minutes by car. One of the most charming locations in Rhodes, the Seven Springs forest is only 1km away. This unique place of natural beauty has fresh water springs, which end up in a small lake. You get to the lake walking through a narrow tunnel of 186m. The lake exists thanks to a dam built by the Italians, in order to provide the nearby Kolymbia with fresh water. The area of Seven Springs and the nearby forests are suitable for walking.
House Rules
We would like to welcome you and hope that you have a lovely holiday in our Villa. We hope you will look after it during your stay as if it was your own home.
During your stay you are expected to:
GENERAL
Do not exceed the number of people specified on your booking confirmation. Be considerate of your neighbors, avoiding loud music and other noises particularly between 10 pm and 8 am. House parties are not allowed without our prior consent.
DAMAGE AND INSURANCE
Guests are personally responsible for all damages on the property. A credit card is required for a security deposit of 200 EUR upon arrival. Please report all damages and breakage as soon as possible.
SWIMMING POOL
Use the swimming pool on your own responsibility. Keep the children under constant supervision. Take a shower before using the swimming pool. Do not enter the house or use indoor furniture while wet.
CHILDREN
Children should be under constant supervision of adults especially during risky activities like using the swimming pool.
PLANTS AND GARDEN
Do not damage any plants or grass. There is a gardener who takes care of them usually once a week. Do not park vehicles on the grass or garden.
USE OF AIR CONDITIONING AND OTHER ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT.
Use the air condition only with the door and windows closed. Turn it off when you leave the house. Also please make sure that all electrical equipment is turned off when you leave the property.
BARBECUE AND FIREPLACE
Keep the fire under constant supervision and control. Everything around is very dry during the summer and easy flammable. Use a small amount of water to safely turn off the fire in the outdoor barbecue after use.
TV, INTERNET, EQUIPMENT
Make sure you understand how to use any electrical equipment that you are not familiar with and don’t change any existing settings.
TOILET USE
Do not throw toilet paper, diapers, serviettes, lady pads, tampons etc. in the toilet. Please use the bin provided as the sewage system of the island cannot support these items and may lead to blockage.
ON YOUR LEAVING
Leave the property in the same condition that you found it upon arrival. Wash all plates, cutlery and glasses. Please gather all rubbish and place them on the designated bins outside the property. Only use the furniture for its intended purpose and replace in its original position at the end of your stay. Please be aware that cleaning charges may be applied in case where the property is left in a bad condition.
