Il soggiorno di Francoise è iniziato molto male a causa della sua superficialità: anzichè parcheggiare i suoi automezzi nei nostri parcheggi lei ha parcheggiato un grosso van (che non era previsto) nel parcheggio di un nostro vicino, che si è molto arrabbiato con noi. In totale quidi le sue auto erano tre, e non due, come invece Francoise falsamente ha scritto, il che non è un problema, in quanto Villa Corbezzolo ha disposizione 3 parcheggi. Un altro grosso problema è nato per le carte di identità, che ci ha inviato oltre l'orario previsto per essere inoltrate alla Polizia per la registrazione, il che, in Italia, è un reato che ricade su di noi. Il motivo del ritardo? I suoi parenti stavano riposando e non voleva disturbarli. La comunicazione è stata molto difficile in quanto Francoise non usa i normali canali i comunicazione: no Verbo, no whatsapp, no sms, lei usa una messaggistica che in Italia non funziona. Per il resto che dire? Le informazioni sulla disposizione delle camere è ben descritta nell'annuncio, i bagni sono tre e le camere sono quattro ... quindi perchè lamentarsi adesso? Se non ti andava bene perchè hai prenotato? Probabilmente solo per vendicarsi delle nostre rimostranze. Ospiti negligenti che pretendono servizi da hotel: noi affittiamo case, non siamo un ufficio informazioni. Ospiti così così è meglio perderli che trovarli.

Oh my God! Rundown!!! Jerry probably can not tell the difference between a rundown thing and a work of art. In the Villa Corbezzolo you will find unique antique furniture and authentic design pieces of 50s and 60s of great vulue as the bedside tables of Kartell or the handles Boma-Olivari, Arco Lamp of Castiglioni and authentic works of modern art and many other curiosities. The Arco Lamp of Castiglioni, for example, is the same you will find in the Moma Museum in New York, Usa. Everybody can see the pictures, and Jerry cannot say that they are false pictures. About the other things: 1. the steps are 116 but we help ALL our Guests with them luggage, for check-in and check out, we helped them, too, and this fact is explained in the description of my Villa. 2. In the description of the Villa there is not wrote that there is Air Conditioning, so why he complained? 3. Mosquitos are everywhere in the mediterranean sea, and in the description I reccomand to use mosquito spray! 4 - We are in a rural area, Cinque Terre National Park is famous right for this and can happen that sometimes internet don't work. 5. The modem was broken, and we will bring it to fix it. 6. The Guests that stayed in the Villa the day before Jerry check in broken the dishwasher and it's normal that assistance arrive after some days. Or maybe in your country they come to fix dishwasher on sunday? 7. We ask to our Guests to use the washing machine between 8pm to 10pm so they have not problem with energy: in the rural area like this the energy is maximum 5,2 kw. So, what I can say more? Jerry is a man that have not sensibility to beautiful and art, complained about things without understand where he was, absolutely detached from the reality that surrounded him, a reality that many other guests have instead much appreciated as you can read from the 5 star reviews I received. Otherwise, how do you explain the numerous 4 and 5-star reviews?
