The apartment in Empuriabrava has 2 bedrooms and accommodates 5 guests, offering a comfortable 77 m² space on the beachfront, ideal for enjoying a family or friends’ vacation on the Costa Brava.



Located in a family-friendly area close to the main services, the apartment is only 50 m from the sandy beach of Empuriabrava, 200 m from the supermarket, 10 km from the water park, 16 km from the Peralada Golf Course, 20 km from the AVE/TGV train station in Figueres, and 65 km from Girona Airport.



The apartment features garden furniture, fenced plot, terrace, balcony, washing machine, barbecue, iron, Wi-Fi, heat pump heating, air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms, garage, and TV with satellite channels (Languages: Spanish, German, French), ensuring a comfortable and practical stay.



The open-plan kitchen with ceramic hob includes fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay.



Check-in times may vary by season; it is recommended to contact the agency to confirm exact arrival time.

Tourist tax and optional extra services are not included in the price.

The current tourist tax will be applied upon arrival.

Unser Unterkunft war super.

Alles was man braucht war schnell erreichbar, vor allem zu Fuss. Lage ist auch super und mit schönen Garten wo die Kinder draußen in der Mittagzeit spielen können, war es perfekt.

Great appartment in very busy area right across the beach.

The appartment is very modern, clean and has everything you need. There are two comfortable bedrooms and a modern bathroom with rain shower. Nice garden and even a patio. The beach is right across the street, which is of course a wonderful location, as long as you are aware that when you sit outside (inside is very well insulated) there is a lot of noise from the street and especially from the restaurant across the road. There are people walking right outside the garden all day and all night, and lots of noisy (sports)cars driving by in the evening. Maybe describe more clearly that this appartment is in a very busy, very noisy location. We didn't mind all the people and cars going by, but the VERY loud music from the restaurant across the road really was very annoying. For some reason they have placed speakers outside and play the same (awful) music sometimes untill 01:00/01:30 am. I think that is not acceptable. This was the only negative thing, everything else about this place is A+!

A nice stay in Empuriabrava

The appartement is situated excellent. The little garden was verry good for us. The three gives shadow. Hou have a private entrance. The garage is verry usefull. The bed was verry good. The whole appartement is modern, practical and clean. Thee were no other people in the appartement above us. We were lucky. Because the can look into the garden and the can see is verry well. More explanation about tv and we had to search for the cleaning things and the chairs for outside.

Prettige ontmoeting bij afhalen van de sleutel. Goede uitleg. Appartement was weer thuis komen is de derde keer. Heel compleet en mooie ligging. Op naar volgend jaar komen wij weer 3 weken. Wij vonden alles compleet.
