It is located 150 m from La Punta sandy beach, 150 m from the supermarket, 4 km from the Aquabrava water park, 26 km from the Peralada golf course, 30 km from the AVE/TGV train station in Figueres and 70 km from Girona airport. It is set in a well-connected area, close to shops and restaurants.
The accommodation features lift access, washing machine, iron, internet access (wifi), balcony, central heating, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, outdoor parking in a nearby building, 1 fan and satellite television (languages: Spanish, German and French).
The open-plan ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and toaster.
