Gorgeous villa on the Faraglioni 3 rooms 6 places + extra suite 2 places

Villa Capri can accommodate up to 8 people, in 3 rooms including 2 double rooms and a quad room consisting of one double bed and two singles. The possible use of an additional independent double suite is available at an additional cost of 300 euros per day (see regulations). The Villa enjoys one of the most exciting views in the world. In fact, it overlooks the bay of Marina Piccola in front of the famous Faraglioni rocks. It is a villa in typical Mediterranean style, sober and elegant, surrounded by a large lush garden with tall trees (pomegranate olive trees, lemons, cypresses ...) and several species of flowering plants and Mediterranean scrub. Its location is enviable both for those who want to enjoy the comings and goings of the famous Piazzetta, which is a 10-minute walk away, and for those who prefer the sea, which is only a 10-minute walk away along the charming Via Mulo path.
The exterior consists of several terraces at various levels. Each of these is well lit and furnished with comfortable sofas, chairs, tables, umbrellas and sun loungers, so they can be taken advantage of with friends both during the day and on hot summer evenings in the Capri moonlight.

The villa consists of 3 units:

1. The first unit consists, on the ground floor, of a large double living room that has access to a panoramic terrace, equipped with a large dining table and a sitting area; a kitchen (with dishwasher and oven) that has access to a covered barbecue area and cellar and laundry space.
The second floor has two large bedrooms (one double and one quadruple) each with its own dedicated bathroom with shower and bathtub. From the rooms there is access to a balcony with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea and a solarium with unheated outdoor Hot tub for 4 people and sun loungers.
2. The second unit is connected to the first through the lower garden terrace: it has a double room and a self-contained bathroom.
3. The third unit consists of an annex with a double bed, a self-contained bathroom, and a large terrace with lawn overlooking the sea.

The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi.
