Magnifique semaine au bord de l’eau dans une ambiance village

Toni est un hôte très attentionné et toujours dispo et réactif. Le logement est tres fonctionnel et surtout le cadre est idyllique, au bord de l’eau, au cœur de l’activité du village. Soirée paella fort sympathique avec les habitants de sa mesquida, très ambiancée !

Le paradis existe

Une ancienne maison de pêcheur parfaitement rénovée. Une vue magnifique. Rien ne manque niveau équipement.Un rêve pour nous. Une petite crique avec plein de poissons à observer, un excellent terrain de jeu pour les enfants. On ne pense qu à une chose y revenir au plus vite.

A precious place to stay

The house is situated in the middle of a beautiful bay, with excellent views around and a comfortable swimming place below. It is fully and well equipped. There is a sympathetic and silent bar nearby.Thank you Toni for your welcoming and helpful manner and for the opportunity to be your guest!

Absolute 10 out of 10

Would give Toni and his property an absolute 10 out of 10. The pictures do not do it justice! The most stunning little flat right above the cove… we had just a wonderful time..there were days we didn’t even want to leave the flat. The view + dock right under the house, made staying home a treat. The town is picturesque. Toni was incredibly helpful and welcoming (gave us recommendations daily). Will 100% be returning.

This is a fabulous house right in the heart of Sa Mesquida.

We simply loved staying here. Right on the sea and a perfect location in the heart of the village. Views from the living room are spectacular. There’s an excellent little restaurant 2 minutes away. You can swim from the rocks just around the corner and there is a lovely beach 20 minutes walk away. Toni is welcoming, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Our favourite activity simply sitting at the outside table listening to the sea. Would thoroughly recommend.

Séjour parfait les pieds dans l'eau et au calme

Que du positif à dire sur la jolie maison de Toni, l'emplacement est idéal au bord d'une petit baie calme, peu de touristes en cette mi juin donc idéal pour se reposer et profiter de ce paysage magnifique, ainsi que des plages de l'ile. Toni est un hôte avec qui nous avons échangé avec beaucoup de plaisir, et nous avons pu suivre ses conseils avisés ! Vraiment un séjour de rêve rien de négatif à signaler... Toni offre du café du sucre et de l'eau en début de séjour, c'est très sympa. Si vraiment il fallait faire une suggestion je dirai de rajouter quelques petits consommables bien utiles comme du sel/poivre/huile, on en trouve souvent dans les locations. Et juste préciser dans l'annonce que la clim ne se trouve que dans la pièce principale mais pas dans les chambres. Super parenthèse on espère pouvoir la refaire une autre fois !! Merci Toni :)

Un séjour de rêve

Appartement très lumineux et calme, dans un environnement magique au bord d'une eau cristalline. Toni a été très accueillant (petites attentions culinaires à l'arrivée, guides touristiques à dispo pour nous expliquer les visites à faire à Minorque, etc...) Un séjour reposant et inoubliable nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Fantastic location and views. It was great to fall asleep to the sound of the sea and relax in the evening on the terrace. Toni was also a very friendly host. The kids and William very much enjoyed swimming literally from the house

A great time there

Ana and Toni's house is a very charming place ideally located in Mesquida village and its beaches. Our hosts, Ana and Toni welcame us in an exceptional manner. Always responding to all our questions about the house and providing precious informations and advices about the island and places to see. We spent there a wonderful week ! I strongly recommand !

Paradise in Menorca

This apartment has by far exceeded our expectations. It is lovely, the setting is perfect, the sea just a few steps away, the snorkeling was beautiful. The photos don t give the place justice, it is by far better. The owner Toni is very nice and helpful. All the neighbors are nice. The city of Mahon is less than 10 minutes drive where everything you could need is available . We were a family of 4 with 2 grown boys and enjoyed every minute of our stay, and our evening dinners on the lovely terrace.

Casa muy práctica en un entorno precioso y muy tranquilo en el que solo se escucha el mar

La casa es muy práctica y está muy limpia y nueva. La ubicación es inmejorable, se puede nadar al lado de la casa o dar un paseo de 10 minutos hasta la Cala de Sa Mesquida. El agua es cristalina. Desde la cala sale el sendero del Camí de Cavalls hacia Es Grau. Los propietarios han sido muy amables y hospitalarios dando todo tipo de facilidades.

A beautiful place

We went to sa mesquida at the begining of June. It has been a delightful experience. A quite place with an unique view, ideal starting point for snorkeling all around the bay.

A fantastic place.

Perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. Toni, our host, was most accommodating and lovely. Gave us the most wonderful recommendations of things to do. The home was so quaint and lovely in an idyllic fishing village. We wish we could have stayed longer. Quiet location with only the sound of the waves to lull you to sleep!

Menorcan magic

Sa Mesquida is a lovely village; quiet, beautiful, off the beaten track and we loved the fact we could swim/snorkel direct from our front door (well, almost) in a safe bay area with loads to see underwater. Toni and Ana were really helpful and left a lovely 'welcome pack' which was great for us as we arrived on a late flight. 5 Stars for location, comfort (air con!) and for Menorca generally (we loved the mix of beaches and museums, nature reserves and 4000 year old archaeology).

Peaceful Escape

This little Fisherman's Cottage was just what we were after. It is in a very quiet area and has direct access to the sea. We do not like to go to busy tourist areas with entertainment or crowds, so for us this was paradise.
