ハウス120m²の非常に静かな古いワイン所有地の別館。理想的な場所にあるワインルートとブドウ園の真珠の中心にあります。リクヴィール、リボーヴィレ、コルマールの近くにあり、小さなアルザスの村ミッテルウィールにあります。
南向きのアパートは、すべて明るい場所にあり、16㎡のテラスに面した大きなリビングルームで構成されています。 3つのダブルベッドルームと2つのシャワールームを自由に利用できます。広いユーティリティルームもあります。

Fantastic stay in Mittelwhir

I recently stayed at Isabelle and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated the apartment was. The attention to detail made it feel so cozy and welcoming! The location is perfect—close to Alsace famous wineries and historical places but still quiet enough for a restful night’s sleep. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, and all the appliances were modern and easy to use. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing, convenient, and stylish place to stay. Can’t wait to come back!

Home Away from Home for Family

We spent 10 days here over Thanksgiving for a family vacation with our two boys, ages 15 and 10. The home is in a lovely quiet town with virtually no street traffic noise. Tucked within a sort of cul-de-sac, we felt complete privacy as we came and went for day trips around the Alsace region. Mittelwihr is the perfect home base to explore areas as far north as the Maginot line and as far south as Basel, easily, within a day by car. Philippe and Isabelle were very kind and accommodating, especially when a local technical issue cut out the internet service to the unit. Within hours they were working hard to remedy the problem and went out of their way to provide a temporary solution, which was definitely above and beyond. The unit was sparking clean and had everything we needed for a stay, including quality bedding (although the mattresses were firm for our tastes), kitchen equipment, and even a washer. As an American, I would have appreciated a clothes dryer for the winter months, but they provided two large drying racks for me to hang clothing, which was very helpful. I personally loved all the lighting options within the apartment, enabling a cozy feel on dark winter days. Many rentals have sparse, cold lighting. I also appreciated that the unit was furnished and decorated to a high standard that made it feel like a home, rather than a hotel space. The window shutters blacked out the bedrooms perfectly and the seating was comfortable. Very fairly priced and lovely rental!

Wir haben unseren zweiwöchigen Urlaub in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend.Eine tolle Wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet, alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Ausgangslage zum Wandern und Radfahren. Die Weinberge sind keine 500 Metern entfernt und die schönsten Ortschaften und Sehenswürdigkeiten in den Vogesen sind schnell zu erreichen.Kurzum, sehr zu empfehlen.

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft in schöner Umgebung

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage, eine sehr gute Ausstattung, ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Man kann schnell alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen und hat dennoch die Ruhe eines Dorfes. Das haben wir mit unseren Kindern genossen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr gastfreundlich und haben uns sehr herzlich begrüßt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und freuen uns darauf!

Endroit calme près de Colmar

Belle maison-appartement à 15 minutes de Colmar. Endroit très calme, bien meuble, avec terrasse et coin détente extérieur. Une grande chambre et deux petites chambres exiguës. Une grande salle de bain (éviers doubles et douche à l'italienne) et une toute petite salle de bain. Accueil chaleureux avec cadeaux de bienvenue. Vivement recommandé!

La casa di Isabelle e Philippe è un incanto! Bellissimo l’arredamento, belle e spaziose le camere, comodi i bagni, di gusto e molto spaziosa la zona giorno. l’accoglienza è stata perfetta, Isabelle ci ha atteso facendoci trovare la stufa accesa e tutte le informazioni necessarie. Isabelle e Philippe hanno anche un meraviglioso negozio di oggettistica a Ribeauville che consigliamo di andare a vedere. La nostra vacanza è stata perfetta e la consigliamo assolutamente!!!! Grazie Isabelle e Philippe, sicuramente torneremo a trovarvi!

Geniale Lage der Wohnung, um das Elsass zu erkunden - große geräumige Wohnung (wir waren zu dritt) mit toller Terrasse, auf der wir selbst bei Regen sitzen konnten - Küche super ausgestattet, um zu kochen - in nächster Nähe Metzgerei, Bäckerei, genialer Käseladen und etliche Hofläden/Verkaufsstände für frisches Obst und Gemüse - schöner Spaziergang durch die Weinberge nach Riquewihr - sehr freundliche Vermieterin, An-/Abreise lief sehr unkompliziert ab - kommen sehr gerne wieder

Great time in the Alsace

We had a wonderful time in the pretty village of Mittelwhir. The apartment was fabulous - we liked it so much we stayed an extra 2 days. It was like home from home and so comfortable. Perfect location for cyclists

Isabelle was very welcoming and helpful. The apartment is in impeccable state and has a fine roof terrace. Beds are perfect and all you need in the kitchen is in ample quantity available. Perfect location near all hotspots, both in the wine yards as in the mountains. Highly recommended!

Tolle Ausgangsbasis

Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, super Ausstattung, tolle Terrasse, sehr nette Vermieter, wir haben uns von Anfang an total wohl gefühlt. Mittelwihr liegt inmitten der schönen Orte Riquewihr, Ribeauville und Colmar, und auch zu zahlreichen Wanderungen ist es nicht weit. Für zwei Paare absolut zu empfehlen!
