Das Haus war toll und die Kommunikation mit Patricia und Niall ebenfalls. Wir waren zu dritt dort und das ist dann wirklich Luxus, denn 160 qm übersteigen unsere Wohnung zuhause bei weitem. Wir haben nicht alle Zimmer genutzt, aber zu sechst wäre kein Problem gewesen. Unser Lieblingsplatz war die große Dachterrasse, wenn wir nicht unterwegs waren. Und Serignan ist ein wirklich hübscher kleiner Ort mit sehr engen Strassen. Da fühlt man sich sehr im Urlaub. Boulangerie mit frischen Croissants und Baguette sind 3 min zu Fuss entfernt. Zu beachten ist, dass man sein Auto am Haus entladen kann aber nicht parken. Ein großer kostenloser Parkplatz ist zu Fuss 5 min entfernt. Wir empfehlen das Haus definitiv weiter. Und wir sind froh, das wir nichts in Valras Plage gebucht haben, das ist touristisch völlig verschandelt. Wir empfehlen Plage naturelle des Orpellières, das ist nach unserem Geschmack viel schöner.

We felt very comfortable. The town and the surrounding area are wonderful. Communication with the owners couldn't be better. We can only recommend it. The kids give a 10 out of 10.

A wonderful Place in Sérignan

We loved staying in Rue Michelet. The house is situated in a small and quiet street, only a few minutes away from the Promenade. It's is spacious place for our family of 6. The terrasses invite to enjoy wonderful times. Thanks for the stay to Niall & Pat!

La vie en rose

We immediately fell in love with the house and the environment in which the house is nestled. The rooms and outdoor areas are designed very aesthetically and generously, the interiors and especially the kitchen with terrace radiated a lot of flair. The place itself impresses with the lively city center with all its weekly attractions (Market, concerts, dance) and the many cafes and restaurants. You are lucky if you are in Sérignan on August 16th, on this day the city is decorated with animal parades in honor of St Rochas. A big thank you to Niall and Pat. The uncomplicated and friendly care contributed to the charm and well-being of our stay. We enjoyed a wonderful three weeks and we will definitely be back. Tania + Matthew

Au cœur du village mais extrêmement calme

Très bien situé au centre du village, commerces à proximité (commerçants super sympa). Parking à 5min à pied et toujours de la place malgré une location semaine du 15 août. Très belle plage à 5min en voiture (dune de sable et paillotte, pas de construction en dur, 0 béton) Appart grand et calme avec immense terrasse. Attention cependant aux escaliers si vous avez un soucis physique (3 niveaux et pièce de vie en haut). Frigo peut-être un peu limite si 7 adultes dans la location et ustensiles de cuisine moyen si vous comptez cuisiner. Globalement, très bonne location, j'y retournerai avec plaisir.

La dolce vita à Serignan

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Sérignan. La maison est très agréable et spacieuse. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse pour les repas dehors. La maison est en plein coeur de la ville de Sérignan avec tous les commerces et marchés à proximité.

Village très sympathique et très animé

Dommage que la chambre principale ne soit pas climatisée. Beaucoup d escaliers pour moi qui avait le pied cassé. Très bien dans l ensemble et très proche du centre ville.

Lovely Stay at end of August

We selected this house for our girls trip (aka, middle age women's trip) because of the multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. We weren't disappointed. The house met all our needs and was very comfortable. We loved having breakfast every morning out on the terrace. One of our group enjoyed the use of bikes and went a few times to the nearby beach. Each room had a fan which was welcomed for sleeping. The town is small, clean and safe and many shops were in walking distance from the house, i.e., bakery, meat and cheese shop, square with multiple restaurants, markets. We found the locals to be very friendly and patient with our very limited French. Although there is no parking by the house you can drop off your luggage and then park free in the nearby parking lot which was about a 5 minute walk from the house near the helpful tourist office. We never experienced difficulty finding a spot. Serignan was well located for our sightseeing and we visited Carcassonne, Bezier, Narbonne, Pezenas and the beautiful protected Serignan beach. We even went as far as Colliour one day, a picture perfect beautiful town. We would highly recommend the house for a group of friends or a family vacation.

Total freundliche Vermieter, großes liebevoll restauriertes Haus in der historischen Altstadt mit verwinkelten engen Gassen von Servignan. Mitten im Geschehen und doch sehr ruhig. Schöne Zimmer und drei tolle Dachterrassen, auf denen man den Urlaub genießen kann. Parken sollte man jedoch außerhalb auf einem öffentlichem Parkplatz und nicht am Haus. Lieben Dank für alles!

Serignan house. 4 Friends on a motorbike trip .

The property sits in the heart of the old town. It had ample space for us 4 adults. And was well equipped. Parking was away from the property but we were made aware of this from the outset, and finding spaces for 3 motorbikes was not a problem. We lost a motorbike on the way down, head gasket blown.But I'm sure we could have found 4 spaces if needed. Use the motorbike parking nearby on Rue Voltaire. or nearby adjacent to the square. Everything you need is close to hand. The roof terraces were superb, giving the early morning sun, and late evening sun respectively. With views out over the adjacent roof tops. I think we all agreed we would return with our families given the opportunity. Good communication from the owners Niall and Patricia. Many thanks to them.

Well equipped house in the centre of a lovely town

Very nice and comfortable house. October is a perfect time to spend a week or two in this area. Plenty of space both inside the house and out on the terraces. On the bikes we easily could explore the surroundings. Many thanks to Niall and Pat! We hope we can return soon.

Lovely house , very spacious and well equipped , very handy for the shop and restaurants.

We had an enjoyable stay at Rue Michelet. I was with my 3 grown up sons and it was great to have a room each and our own space. The boys enjoyed using the bikes to explore the area. We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace playing cards in the evening . The house had everything we needed. The area is well served with buses so you would not necessarily need a car. The owners were very kind and helpful and responded quickly to any queries . This is a good base to explore a lovely area.

Very nice house

We spent 2 weeks in this house which suited us very well. There were 7 of us for one week and the house accommodated us all well. The house is situated beautifully in a quiet street in the center of Serignan and is only a couple minutes walk from all of the amenities. Serignan is a great village and within easy reach of nice beach as well as everything else the region has to offer. The bicycles were great and we cycled daily to and from Serignan beach. A wonderful house in a wonderful location.

A well proportioned charismatic French property with excellent accomodation and sun terraces .

Plenty of room for 4 adults to live comfortably with room to spare. The accommodation was well furnished and the house provided an excellent base from which to explore the delightful surrounding areas. The town of Serignan had good restaurants and coffee stops together with shops for everyday needs. We all much enjoyed our stay.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette maison qui est très bien située, tout près du centre et de toutes les commodités. Comme pour les autres commentaires, le parking public est tout prêt. Tout s'est très bien passé et les propriétaires sont très gentils.

Great position, near to shops and short drive to beach. Lots of space inside and out.

We loved the position of the house, as we could pop out to shops and the market. The beach is only 15 mins by car or 20 by bus and Serignan itself has everything you need. The house has lots of space inside and out but the décor is a little outdated. However, everything is functional and we were pleased to be able to barbecue on the roof terrace and use the washing machine. The outside spaces were a bit dirty on our arrival, a quick sweep up and wash down would make all the difference.

Well located and equipped house in pleasant market town.

Very well located house, quiet but central in untouristy market town just a few mins walk from shops and restaurants. Only 15 mins drive from beziers airport and house is well equipped, even two bikes and helmets provided, with both shady and sunny outside terraces.

Lovely house in Serignan

Rue Michelet was well equipped for our stay. All the rooms were spacious and the terraces were a fabulous bonus. The town of Serignan was lovely with local shops - especially the boulangerie - restaurants and markets nearby. Can't wait to return.

House purchased in 2006 as a holiday home. The property met all own requirements especially with regard to character and outdoor space. The town of Sérignan is perfectly located, close to beaches,vinyards, historical sites and with ready access to transport links, road, rail and air.

The 4 roof terraces and the large size of the property (which allows family and friends to visit without overcrowding) are the best features.
The character of the house and Sérignan itself are very attractive as is the accessible location close to all amenities and year round activities.
