Accommodations were very nice. However, a listed hot tub for the property did not exist. I’ve saved a copy of the amenities including the hot tub. It’s since been removed after my complaint. I still have not received a reply from VRBO about this discrepancy. My response from the owner was I was confusing hot tub with hot shower.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in toller Umgebung

A pleasant stay

The property was very clean and provided basic necessities for a family of 5. There were 3 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms & a kitchen. The two balconies provided an opportunity to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine. Rosa was an excellent host, knowledgeable & very helpful regarding the local attractions & public transport requirements. There was no washing machine however, Rosa was kind enough to wash our clothes & there was a small washing line to hang them on. There was some confusion regarding a fee for tax & cleaning. We were caught by surprise and had to pay these fees on the last night. Luckily we had some extra euro otherwise we were not aware or prepared to pay these fees. Furore is a beautiful place to stay and away from the very busy town of Amalfi. Fiordo di Furore was well worth the visit. There is a small supermarket approximately 400m from the apartment & a great local restaurant that has in house dining & take away pizza. We would recommend this property to other families.

Dear Lisa Mann and family, thank you for your nice review. Also for us, you have been a good guest , very friendly and a nice family. Is not difficult to make our work with a kind clients like you. However I would specify that the payment of the city tax and the final cleaning in if you read carefully on the booking website are indicated in the end notes that this costs are a extras. We copy and we write for you for a precision the notes of our website page: "ATTENTION: at the check in - the City Tax will be applied in the measure of 2,00 Euro per day per person; - Final cleaning of 50,00 Euro (Payment in cash) If heating is needed cost is added based on consumption." So we don't have maked a confusion. We are very happy that you have spended a good time in Furore and in Amalfi coast and in our apartament, and we hope that you will be our guest also in another occasion and that you will recommend our property to other families. Cordial greetings. Rosa Il Rifugio di Ela
