Le propriétaire était très disponible, arrangeant et à l’écoute Un vrai plaisir d’échanger avec lui Le logement est bien situé proche des commerce de la ville (5 minutes à pied) et juste à côté de la station de train (2 minutes à pied) La literie est confortable et la cuisine est équipée du nécessaire (micro ondes, plaques chauffantes, four) Il y a la clim et la télévision Le salon est spacieux et le canapé confortable également Si je dois retourner à Tunis je ferai à nouveau appel à ce propriétaire pour ce même logement

Apartamento em Rades

Adorei o apartamento do Sr Anouar em Rades, Tunísia. Muito bem localizado , perto de vários estabelecimentos comerciais e cafés e perto de tudo o que precisamos. A 5 minutos a pé do comboio possibilitando a nossa mobilidade a vários lugares. O apartamento é extremamente acolhedor e muito sossegado relativamente á vizinhança e tudo. Os dias que passei lá, senti- me em casa devido ao conforto e porque nada faltava e muito limpo. O Sr. Anouar e Sr. Mounir foram sempre impecáveis e extremamente prestativos , sempre preocupados com o nosso bem estar. Recomendo a 100% . Um bem haja.

Cómodo, tranquilo y luminoso

Lo que más me a gustado es la comodidad de estar bien equipado, la cocina, ropa de cama y baño. Te sientes como en tu casa, los vecinos muy amables, tiendas para comprar y comer muy cerca. Buena comunicación y el anfitrión siempre pendiente de cualquier cosa que necesites, muy amable. Repetiremos en el próximo viaje, vinimos muy satisfechos.

Appartement agréable et bien placé

L'accueil et la disponibilité de Mounir, le voisin sur place est sans faille, un grand merci. L'appartement est très agréable et les photos sont fidèles. Il y a tout l'équipement nécessaire avec Wifi et la climatisation dans le séjour qui ont été très apprécié lors de notre séjour. L'appartement est situé à proximité de tous commerces et de la gare. J'ai apprécié l'agencement, la décoration, le mobilier, le tout était très agréable. Le rapport qualité / prix est vraiment très intéressant. Je reviendrais avec plaisir pour un nouveau séjour. Merci encore à Mounir et Anouar.

Great place to stay

Apartment in Tunis (Radis), Tunisia This very nice apartment in Tunis, a short 200 metres from the Rades Metro Station on Line 2 is a great place to make your home when visiting the area. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, a bathroom with kneel-down shower, separate toilet area, large kitchen and living room with balcony overlooking the neighbourhood. Good, strong WiFi and cable Satellite TV are provided. The area is residential with a short (5 minute) walk to the shops, service and restaurants in Rades. A Carrefour Market as well as several banks with ATMs are nearby. There is a heater in the living room for chilly nights. The refrigerator is ample and an automatic washing machine is provided in a back utility area inside the apartment. The owner, Mr Mrissa is attentive to your needs and Mr. Mounir, the onsite manager is very helpful. Any concerns or questions I had were handled quickly and efficiently. This apartment is away from the tourist area and yet all of the most interesting sites can be reached easily and economically by Metro or taxi. This is good value, safe building and a very nice place to call your home when in Tunis. John Roberts

Ideale woning om meerdere dagen of weken Tunis te verkennen én je thuis te voelen.

Het appartement is gelegen in Radés, een aangename voorstad van Tunis. Op 300 meter afstand is het station, waar vandaan elke 20 minuten een banlieu-trein naar het centrum van Tunis vertrekt (retour kost 40 cent, rit duurt ca. 25 min.). De andere kant op kun je naar de badplaats Hamam Lif. Je kunt ook voor ca. 3 euro (enkel) een taxi nemen. (Is ook de prijs van of naar de luchthaven van Tunis.) Radés is een nette en rustige buurt. Meerdere supermarkten vlakbij. Er is op ca. 30 minuten lopen een groot en breed strand. Het appartement is net, schoon, smaakvol ingericht en vrij rustig. Twee slaapkamers, waarvan een met een tweepersoons bed. Aparte wc en badkamer. De keuken is goed uitgerust, incl. magnetron en wasmachine. Er komt praktisch geen verkeer langs. De woonkamer heeft een lang, smal balkon met vrij uitzicht richting station. Wifi werkt perfect. De vriendelijke conciërge Mounir staat altijd klaar om te helpen. Eigenaar Anouar reageert onmiddellijk en adequaat op mailtjes, naar keuze in het Engels, Frans of Duits. Kortom een ideale woning om meerdere dagen of weken Tunis te verkennen én je thuis te voelen.

Quartier calme bien desservi

Super appartement, le quartier est calme, commerces à proximité. 5 min de la gare de rades à pied. Le concierge est super sympa. Un appartement parfait pour passer de bonnes vacances en famille ou pour couple en Tunisie. Cuisine équipée j'ai fait un bon coucous... Etc.
