Condo was nice. Definitely enjoyed drinking coffee overlooking the pool every morning. As for the unit, it didn't have the "personal host" feel as it's owned by RealJoy Vacations. There was junk thrown in one of the bedroom closets, making it unusable and a used mop left in the pantry. We did have an issue with the ice maker as it was overheating, leaking water all over the floor. It also had mold/mildew. When I called, they did apologize and offered to come fix it that day, but we declined as we had no intention of using it. The distance to the beach is a bit of a walk, especially if hauling beach gear, and there are 3 flights of stairs between resort and beach. Once on beach, if bringing own stuff, there is limited space, maybe 20 yards to share with everyone else, because a rental company with chairs/umbrellas (a bit pricey) takes over a majority of the beach front. We did go out early one morning to put chairs out but the company moved them. It's frustrating when majority of the chairs sit empty the entire day. Beach space is also limited due to the private property that sits next to the resort. There are a couple of signs posted about it being private and if a towel or chair crosses that line, someone from the property comes down and tells you to move. It happened several times while we were there and the cops were called at least once. There is a heated pool, but only one hot tub and it was drained one entire day. Overall just an okay stay.

Great spring break trip

The condo was perfect for our trip we planned for our spring break trip. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you need there. Great food close by, we walked to get coffee in the morning and ice cream at night. So many perks, gated, multiple pools, beautiful complex. We had a great stay!

Beautiful!

My family enjoyed a few days here in October. We loved it! It’s a beautiful, clean condo with easy access to the pool and the beach. It’s very spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend this condo!

Fall Break ‘24

We really enjoyed the unit this week. It was nicely updated and a good location overlooking the pool. The property was great and we enjoyed walking easily to the beach. The general area was nice much calmer than the Seagrove side of Seaside. We would visit the property again.

Great vacation

This condo was beautiful, very clean, and just a short walk to the beach. We had everything we needed and the whole stay went very smoothly. It was very convenient to have a full bathroom in all 3 rooms, especially with teenagers. The in cabinet ice maker in the kitchen was awesome. We use a ton of ice. The pool was big and super clean. Overall an A+ experience for my family. Thank you!

Great condo!

We really loved this property! The condo was very clean and spacious. The location was perfect with just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The premises were well kept and very clean. Only one minimal issue was that the "queen bed" was actually a full size bed so it was tight for an adult couple.

Needs upgrades

Overall we love the Adagio. We have stayed here multiple times. But this unit could stand some major appliance upgrades for what you pay. We stayed here 9 DAYS and were only given one roll of tp per bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels. The ice maker didn't work and had mold in it. The knives were very dull, the coffee maker was about the cheapest you could get as well as the blender. The toaster bottom wasn't connected and the sliding doors wouldn't lock. The adagio has always had a very high class feel but this unit was definitely not the standard we were used to.

Beautiful location!

This property was in the perfect location! Plenty of room! Great pool and access to private beach! My only concern was the master bedroom needs better room Darkening curtains or add blinds. Too bright with the morning sun shining in early in the morning. The mast bed was not comfortable for me but that may just be me? Lastly the floors had not been cleaned well. When me and my family would walk across floor barefoot our feet turned black from grime. We quickly learned to put shoes on! I would stay here again but I hope some Changes are made per my concerns! It’s a beautiful condo just needing a little tlc.

Santa Rosa Vacay!

Beautiful newly remodeled unit right next to the beach! Bikes, bakery, pizza, donuts, and ice cream within walking distance. My only complaint was necessities were not stocked... we had to by toilet paper, paper towels, and even salt/pepper/olive oil to cook. Please consider keeping simple things like this in stock for guests staying a week. Overall great place, will definitely visit again!

Such a beautiful, well kept condo! We absolutely loved our stay. The condo was very spacious, very clean and in a great location. The easy access to the beach and pool were wonderful. The beach is gorgeous and not crowded. Communication was great with the host. Highly recommend this place!!

Perfect location and property

The condo was in walking distance to many restaurants, next to the bike and golf cart rentals, and had easy access to the bike and walking path, beach, and pool, which was perfect for my family needs. Loved hanging out on the balcony that overlooked the three tier pool. Very clean, everything worked, and the property was not crowded which is extremely important to us. We were able to relax and enjoy our time together!

Owners need to Update the Condo

The owner of this condo need to update the furniture. The night stands were worn out. The living room couch was so low to the ground I could barely get up. The kitchen sink was leaking, however they left a note and said they were aware. The Kitchen had a dirty rug on the floor. The mattresses were hard as a rock. The owners should invest in larger TVs in the bedrooms. The Master Bathroom shower door would not close. One of the secondary bathroom needed plastic shower liner. I definitely would not stay at this condo again. Owners please update the furniture. Also, the tile flooring needs to be power cleaned.
