Comfortable and Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our time staying here. It was spacious and comfortable for us and our dogs. I loved the historic details in the fireplaces and floors. The courtyard was so cute. The location is perfect for walking around to restaurants or squares. I think the floors could have been a little cleaner, I spilled some water and wiped it up and the towel was black. Also, the fridge ice and water dispenser weren’t working, but were fine with tap water so it wasn’t a big deal. My only real complaint, which I know there’s not much that can be done, is we could hear the upstairs tenants walking around constantly. It was frustrating when trying to sleep and we could hear them over our white noise machine. I would try to get the upstairs unit for our next stay!

The place is charming. The location is perfect! Parking was not a problem. Loved the shower until it ran out of hot water so Lucky should warn guests that it has a small hot water tank. The ice maker was broke. The stove lights are also not operating correctly but it did not effect us. A clock in the bedroom would be nice and flashlights if the power were to go off. Watch out for the orange tabby cat. He would like to sneak in when your going in and out but did not bother us.

Reasonable price due to location, conveniece and charm! We found parking easily on the street in September. Pictures are accurate when showing Southern Charm and spacious accomodations. It's 2 short blocks to Forsyth Park and to the free Dot bus system. We used the bus with ease, although it can run late so plan accordingly! Kroger grocery (with Starbucks) is around the corner for convenience for any supplies. Highly recommend this property.

Great Weekend Birthday Getaway

Very nice historic home with modern furnishings. Most important for us was that the area and home was dog friendly.

The house was so wonderful and inviting. It made us feel at home and there was everything we needed. The only complaint was that the Microwave door was broken and you had to hold it shut to work and the oven needed some work. It was hard to read the temp and it was hard to shut off. But I would not rate that as bad because we didn't use it much. Over all I would stay again.

Savannah stay

Overall it was fine for what we needed. Check in code was not correct and after several tries used the universal code and it finally worked. I would suggest replacing the bedroom carpet,way over due. Spacious rooms, large kitchen which was very nice and welcoming.

Location, ease of parking, neighborhood, kitchen, living area, outdoor space, even the comfort of the bed… all perfect! Would definitely stay again if we find ourselves back in Savannah.

Wonderful place to stay in Savannah

The property was beautiful and the location was perfect. Just a couple of blocks to Forsyth Park. Neighborhood felt very safe. Completely satisfied.

Great place

Enjoyed our stay, great location. Could of left us more then 1 roll of toilet paper for a 4 day stay with 2 people [and I always bring a roll from home] Good thing.

Great Location, Beautiful little house

The house is in a great location and many places are walkable. There is the most adorable and amazing coffee just on the corner a block down. We ride shared twice but other than that just walked everywhere.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was in a great location. Easy walking distance to any location around historic district. The pictures provided of the rental itself were 70% accurate but were likely several years old. Front porch depicted in photo was not as depicted with furnishings & very dirty so not inviting as pictured. The interior space was nice and it was clean but the actual furniture was beginning to show age. Kitchen was updated but for an extended stay was very lacking in cooking utensils. Only one usable pan and no pots or baking wear. Luckily the location is in easy walking distance to restaurants. A grocery store is a 10 minute walk. The wood floors could stand some repairs. Overall a nice place for short stays but would not recommend anything longer than a week.

Worst rental experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Let’s just say, what it was planned to be a relaxing getaway turned into the worst experience with this people! Unfortunately FL experienced a hurricane (Milton) two days before our trip and had to stay back with our families. We reached out to “lucky Savannah “ and explained the circumstances . We explained that we didn’t want money back but would love to be able to change the dates. They did not hesitate to let us know about their 14 day notice to make changes prior to arrival. And did not cared that it was due to a NATURAL DISASTER that prevented our trip. Very inconsiderate that we couldn’t enjoy our trip and lost all that money. They basically got paid and didn’t care of someone’s losing their hard working money. Not trust worthy people! I will never do business with them again.
