Excellente quinzaine !

La location correspond en tout point à l'annonce. Très belle maison, très bien équipée et le petit plus une piscine jacuzzi bien utile au vue de la chaleur dans la région. La mer est à 15 mns à pied et pour les moins courageux à 3 mns en voiture avec de nombreux parkings. Région, villes et villages des alentours magnifiques. Et enfin, le plus important, les propriétaires Vittorio et Lia super sympas, à l'écoute, disponible à tous moments et de très bons conseils. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

We highly recommended House Giulia

We have been at Vittorio’s semi-detached house for one week and had a very wonderful time. The house and property were in a pefect condition, everything was like new, very clean and tidy. We really enjoy it. It was very nice and quiet in the house. Vittorio is a very friendly person, he took care about everything. We’ve got wellcome presents in the fridge. It was a very kind gesture from Vittorio. The house has a perfect basic equipment for cooking and living. Eating on the terrace was idyllic, chilling at the whirlpool fantastic, taking a sunbath on the sun loungers perfect, we’ve spent more time in the garden than planned in this week ;-) We really could get relaxed. Supermarket and beach is only a few minutes with the car.

Reise durch Sizilien Calabrien und Apulien.

Das Haus entspricht zu 100% den Bildern. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Vittorio und Lia sind aller beste Gastgeber. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Sehr ideal für Ausflüge und Meerspziergänge.Auchein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe. Auch das Wirl Pool hat uns gefallen.

Propriétaires sont très attentifs, la maison très accueillante et bien équipée. Elle est décorée avec goût. Attention au bruit du samedi soir à cause des fêtes aux alentours mais gérable avec les fenêtres fermées.

3 merveilleuses semaines

C'est la deuxième fois que nous passons nos vacances dans cette villa toujours aussi bien entretenue et bien équipée. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans ce joli coin de la Sicile . La maison est bien située, au calme,non loin d'un supermarché et de la plage ,nous vous conseillons celle de Plaja Grande plus nature et moins bondée. Merci encore aux charmants propriétaires Lia et Vittorio de leur accueil et pour leur gentillesse ce sont des gens charmants vous pouvez y aller sans soucis. Didier et Danièle 59130 séjour du 09 au 30 juin.

Perfect welcome; perfect villa; perfect holiday!

From the moment we began the booking process with Vittorio and Lia, they couldn't have made things easier. They are an absolute delight and have your happiness and comfort in mind at all times. It was very easy to communicate with them via this website and then by text when we arrived. We have stayed in many villas over the years but have never been greeted with such genuine pleasure as when we met Vittorio and Lia- I'm not sure it is possible to be warmer than they are! The villa is just beautiful- crafted and furnished with real love. It is equipped with everything you could need both inside and out. Often hosts put rules around the use of towels and furniture around the pool and beach- none of this from Vittorio and Lia, in fact they provided beach chairs and umbrella for us! The pool is great for cooling off and was in sunshine until 7pm at least when we visited in July/ August. It's not for swimming but the beach is so close that it really didn't matter. The area around the villa is very peaceful but the excitements of Marina Di Ragusa are a short drive (its walkable if you choose). Your hosts are attentive but without being intrusive. The pool is cleaned regularly by Vittorio, he's very considerate about when he comes but he's such a nice guy, it's lovely to see him. Thank you so much to Vittorio and Lia. We felt like you truly cherished us and cared about our holiday. Maybe we'll see you again someday. Shonogh and David

Endroit idéal pour apprécier la sicile baroque !!!

Logement tout à fait conforme à nos attentes ; avec en plus la gentillesse , la bonne humeur et la disponibilité de nos hôtes . Tout le confort dans la maison pour passer de bonnes vacances ; lieu sécurisé pour la voiture; la proximité de la plage et des commerces ; le calme du lieu .... En résumé : que du bonheur !! Le must : la piscine/spa pour se détendre et se rafraichir à loisirs.

A great and wonderful house in very quite area. Great hosts

We stood here the week before easter and enjoyed it very much. The hosts Vittorio and Lia welcomed us very warmly. Everything was perfect and had even 2 bottles of wine, beer and chocolate from Modica (who ever was in Modica knows how great chocolate is). After a long arriving trip from Catania a perfect welcome. The house is nicely located a bit higher than Marina di Ragusa an you have a fantastic to see and the environment. We have enjoyed the breakfast at the terasse. From here you can start your daily explorations to the next cities like Ragusa, Noto, Modica, Siracusa, etc. and for obviously to the nature reservation in the neighbourhood. Thank you Vittorio, thank you Lia. We will come back,.

Dans cette maison parfaite pour un couple d amoureux nous avons passé une semaine de rêve La maison est moderne très tranquille a l écart de Marina di Ragusa. Spa, terrasse et jardin donnent envie de lézarder toute la journée . Absolument parfait!

Suite à notre séjour d'une semaine, nous conseillons très vivement cette location pour visiter la Sicile baroque. Un accueil très chaleureux de la part de Vittorio et Lia, que nous remercions encore pour leur sourire, leur disponibilité, leurs attentions et leurs conseils pour profiter de la région. Une maison très agréable à vivre, décorée avec goût, moderne, très bien équipée, très propre et calme. La piscine est très appréciable, même fin octobre - début novembre! Une situation parfaite pour visiter cette magnifique région, qui regorge de merveilles (Raguse, Noto, Modica, Syracuse...). Bref : le paradis pour des vacances parfaites! Sarah et Vivien

Fantastic house in great location

Our week in the villa was very comfortable, peaceful and relaxing. The house is exceptional both inside and out, being so spacious and light with its contemporary design. Vittorio and Lia are such welcoming hosts and are keen to share their local knowledge. Marina di Ragusa is a great base and there are lovely stretches of natural sandy beaches to explore, as well as the interesting towns such as Scicli and Ragusa. We also found the nearby supermarket a bonus with a good selection of prepared Sicilian dishes to enjoy on the verandah. One week was not long enough!

Perfektes Ferinhaus

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem Ferinhaus.Die Sauberkeit ist besonders hervor zu heben. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll , wie die Bilder schon verraten. This is really a hidden Sicilian beauty!

We arrived late in the evening from Belgium, but Vittorio (the really fantastic owner) and Lina (his partner) were waiting for us in the center of Marina di Ragusa, where we had taken rendez-vous. (the house itself is difficult to find, as it is so beautifully situated 'off the road', and behind a fence that is closed at night: very safe!!). The house itself is a real gem: as good as new, nicely and cosy furnished, lots of space inside and outside, well-equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, 2 bathrooms, a great bedroom with a view and a first class bed: it is as described and on the photo's, but to be honest, even better!! Big Supermarket (that has everything, daily fresh bread, meat, fish, ...) at 500m. Vittorio and Lina are great hosts, that are at any moment ready to help you out with practical things, and the pool is cleaned very regularily: great service. The house is completely cleaned once a week, and linnen changed. They also have all the best tips for sightseeing, which places to go for hiking, which beaches to go for, where to buy things, etc. I never ever experienced a personal approach from a host as here! The garden is beautiful, full of birds, and the pool is a dream to refresh (even in May!!). What we liked most, was the quietness of the house and the surroundings: enjoy your stay at the fullest! (we were here 4 weeks, and had every day the day of our lives, sunbathing, citytripping or making excursions by car in the mountains, or hiking...). Marina di Ragusa beach and center are at 5 min drive by car (a must: be sure to have one!), with lots of nice little bars and excellent restaurants. We often cooked ourselves in the home, as the kitchen is so complete... Believe me, do not hesitate to book this place, we 100% recommend without hesitation to all... and already booked for next year ourselves! Just please make sure to keep the house as clean as it is kept by Vittorio and Lina, and be as nice and correct to them as they will be to you :-)

Un domicilio bello

abbiamo passato un bel periodo nella casa vacanza di Vittorio, che è ben arredata, moderna, spaziosa e molto pulita. Ci è piaciuto e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Vittorio era molto gentile e sempre pronto ad aiutare - grazie di nuovo! La posizione della casa è adatta per escursioni per visitare i famosi luoghi nei dintorni. Per noi era un piccolo peccato, che non si potesse andara direttamente al mare attraverso i giardini o serre e che la casa sia situata accanto a un posto per camper.

Perfect week in this wondeful house

Our stay in Sicily was just perfect. We were picked up from Vittorio and Lia who led us to the house. The welcome was very candid and warm. The house looks exactly like the pictures describes it. If Marina di Ragusa and the rest of Sicily wouldn't be so beautiful, there is no reason to leave the house. The "city center" of Marina di Ragusa is very cool. The beach is beautiful an you can drink cocktails or eat ice cream (Caffè Delle Rose). Thank you for such a wonderful time. We're looking forward to come back again. Vroni and Stefan :)

Schönes sauberes Haus

Tout est prévu pour votre confort, c'est très propre et aménagé avec beaucoup de goût, les photos sont conformes à la réalité. pas de mauvaises surprises ! Vittorio et Lia vous accueillent avec une extrême gentillesse et délicatesse, nous les remercions encore pour toute l'aide qu"ils nous ont apportée à notre arrivée pour que notre séjour se passe le mieux possible. Urlaub von Anfang an

Wir sind zur späten Stunde herzlich von Vittorio und Lia empfangen worden und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Der erste Eindruck beim Betreten war „wouw“. Wie auf den Bildern und schöner. Dieses Ferienhaus hat alles für einen unbeschwerten, erholsamen Urlaub. Super bequeme Betten, tolle Bäder, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Alles sehr modern, geschmackvoll, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es fehlt an nichts. Der Aussenbereich lädt zum Entspannen und Relaxen ein und der Whirlpool wird nach dem Strandbesuch zur Wohlfühloase. Wir werden den weiten Ausblick aufs Meer und die gemütlichen Abende auf der Terrasse vermissen. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und dennoch ist das Zentrum, der Strand und der Supermarkt in 2 Autominuten erreichbar. Vittorio war jederzeit mit Rat und Tat für uns erreichbar. Vielen Dank nochmals. Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di aver trascorso a casa Giulia una splendida settimana di vacanza! La casa corrisponde esattamente a descrizione e immagini, nuova e molto pulita. Si trova in una zona tranquilla di Marina di Ragusa, comunque comoda al servizi del paese e ottima per visitare spiagge e città della zona. Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile e gentile. Se volete trascorrere una settimana di relax, mare, sole e cultura, è l' ideale! *** We were lucky enough to spend there a wonderful Holiday! Casa Giulia is exactly as described and images, new and very clean. It is in a quiet area of Marina di Ragusa but closed to shops, sea and interesting sites.Vittorio was really helpful and kind.It is ideal if you want to spend a week full of sea, sun, realax and culture !!

LOVELY HOLIDAY HOME

THIS IS A LOVELY, CLEAN, WELL-CARED FOR HOME IN A QUIET AREA OF MARINA DI RAGUSA. WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY AND FOUND IT USEFUL AS A BASE FOR VISITING MANY OF THE MAIN ATTRACTIONS IN THIS PART OF SICILY. VITTORIO, THE OWNER WAS VERY WELCOMING AND EASILY ACCESSIBLE. WE WOULD HAVE GIVEN IT 5 STARS BUT THE HOT TUB WAS NOT AVAILABLE DURING OUR STAY.
