Ideally located in the historic city center of Perpignan, Large terrace of 15m2 facing south , Apartment F3 of 66M2, 2 bedrooms, , 1 living room with fully equipped American kitchen, bathroom-shower, separate toilet.
Apartment for up to 4 people.
WIFI Internet available for free.

The apartment is fully furnished , the occupants have only to leave their suitcases and enjoy their stay , from Perpignan and the region .
An island of tranquility in the city center, in the heart of shops, restaurants, bars in Tapas, close to public transport ( bus, shuttles and train station)

A Deposit of 500 euros will be requested when entering the apartment , this deposit will be returned during the inventory of exit places if everything is compliant.

Possibility of a Parking Pass for July and August for 50 euros/week: the parking is 150 meters from the apartment. Very convenient in the middle of summer.

An amazing holiday in Perpignan

We spent 2 weeks in Perpignan. The Apartment was great , nothing missing. We enjoyed the evenings outside on the big balcony, sometimes until midnight. The days we went to the beach and discovered a Little bit of the surrounding. It was a great pleasure to get to know Patrice. He gave a lot Information to spent the spare time and visit nice places !!!! We`ll come back next year. Dear Patrice ! We felt so comfortable in your apartment and enjoyed the communication with you. Sejour tres agreable

Arrivee au pied de l immeuble le proprietare nous attendait. Acceuil 5 étoiles avec cadeaux de bien venue.(spécialités régionales). Appartement très bien situé dans l hyper centre, très bien équipé et tres velle terrasse ensoleillée.Propriétaire a l'écoute de ses hôtes.

Sommerurlaub August 2023 in Perpignan

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in Perpignan verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet. Auf dem Balkon kann man super sitzen mit Blick auf den Platz unterhalb! Es ist immer etwas los, man ist eben mitten in der Stadt, dadurch aber auch in wenigen Minuten in den Einkaufsstraßen und zahlreichen Restaurants! Wir haben einen Parkplatz dazu gemietet, was ich nur empfehlen kann! Mit dem Auto waren wir schnell aus der Stadt draußen, um zum Strand zu fahren oder Ausflüge in die Pyrenäen zu machen. Der Vermieter ist total nett und unkompliziert, auch jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns viele gute Tipps für unseren Urlaub gegeben! Jederzeit gerne wieder! 😊

Super appart, bien situé, propre et frais

Accueil et départ avec Patrice le propriétaire aux petits soins, très sympa ! ( encore merci pour les gentilles attentions) Appartement au 4eme étage, avec petite terrasse aménagée. Il est bien agencé et bien décoré. Au cœur de Perpignan piéton, tous les commerces sont accessibles à pied En prime une clim pour rafraîchir, c'est très appréciable. Nous recommandons vivement !

Très beau séjour dans appart idéalement situé

Nous avons passé une très belle quinzaine dans cet appartement idéalement situé dans l'hyper centre de Perpignan. Il donne une superbe vue sur la place en-dessous - des vendeurs le matin, cafés/restos/bars l'après-midi et soir, l'ancien marché aux poissons tout près, tout comme des bars à tapas dans les ruelles avoisinantes. Vue imprenable sur la place et les toits des anciennes maisons autour, on peut même voir le majesteux Canigou à distance depuis les fauteuils. Après une montée par les escaliers, un appartement agréablement conçu et bien équipé s'ouvre au visiteur. Sur la terrasse avec son parasol géant, nous avons apprécié le café matinal, une glace l'après-midi et l'apéro pour le coucher de soleil... Il faisait chaud tout au long de notre séjour, la canicule s'était installée dans la ville, les nombreux ventilateurs ont rendu l'air plus agréable. Sinon, une douche froide dans la SDB moderne faisait l'affaire et nous a bien rafraîchi. Les hôtes étaient particulièrement réactifs et attentionnés, créant une atmosphère conviviale (merci pour la bouteille de rosé à notre arrivée). On s'est certainement senti bienvenus et à l'aise ! Appartement et hôtes fortement récommandés.

Superbe Appartement au cœur de Perpignan

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le bel appartement de Patrice, idéalement situé et surtout très bien rénové, pensé et agencé. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous et avons été accueillis par Patrice dans les meilleures conditions. Nous recommandons fortement cette location et aurons plaisir à y revenir.

Sample French life in the heart of beautiful Perpignan

This is a brilliant base for living in a French community and having easy access through public transport to the Mediterranean coasts of both France and Spain. As soon as we made the booking we were contacted by Patrice, the property owner, who made us aware that we could contact him at any time with regard to any questions or concerns we had prior to and during our stay. We were given a very warm welcome by him on our arrival which had been delayed due to the airline. The apartment was spotlessly clean and contained all the facilities you could possibly need. The highlight for us was the outside roof terrace which was in the sunlight all day, perfect for relaxing and al-fresco dining. We thought Perpignan was a beautiful city, the people very friendly and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer. Perfect accommodation, perfect host, perfect holiday.

Super gepflegte Wohnung über den Dächern von Perpignan

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, ist geräumig und in einem tadellosen Zustand. Man erreicht alles fußläufig und kann das abendliche Stadtleben ohne anschließende Autofahrt in vollen Zügen genießen. Zum Preis von 35 Euro/Woche steht ein Parkplatz in einem Parkhaus zur Verfügung, das in nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. In 20 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto am Strand von Canet. Viele weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Semaine de vacance à Perpignan super !

Nous avons réservé une semaine l'appartement de Patrice et il y a des points positifs : la terrasse est super, du matin jusqu'au soir malgré la chaleur. Un bon espace et un cuisine bien équipée pour le quotidien. L'appartement est moderne, bien décoré ! Je déconseille cet appartement pour les gens n'ayant pas une bonne santé : 4etages à monter plusieurs fois par jour c'est fatiguant. Le gros plus de l'appartement est son propriétaire Patrice, très sympa arrangeant, faisant confiance et de bons conseils !!

Merveilleux !

Appartement très fonctionnel, très bien équipé calme et décoré avec goût . La terrasse très bien aménagée nous à permis de passé d'agréables instants { un vrai cocon } . La salle d'eau et les wc sont d'une hygiène scrupuleuse et les chambres possède une bonne literie . Idéalement situé , se logement nous à permis de profiter rapidement de Perpignan et de sont histoire ,de découvrir des commerçant très sympathique . La cerise sur le gâteau c'est Patrice le propriétaire .Une très belle rencontre !! Il sait vous recevoir Je recommande cette appartement,vous ne serez pas déçu . Bref une adresse que nous retenons ! Le bonheur et le charme !

Agréable et très fonctionnelle , cette appartement au coeur de la ville nous à charmer . L'aménagement de la terrasse nous à permis d'avoir des petits déjeuners très agréable avec une vue très charmante . Qu'elle bonheur la nuit de s'allonger sur les transats entre amies pour profiter du ciel étoilé ! Les plus : 2 chambres silencieuses, très agréable et bien aménagée avec une bonne literie ainsi que des dressings . La salle d'eau et de très bon goût et d'une hygiène scrupuleuse . La pièce de vie très convivial permet à chacun de trouvé son espace.Le logement vraiment très bien tenue permet de suite d' être en vacance. Propre , lumineux , silencieux et surtout très bien aménagée en ustensiles de cuisine ,rangement et ameublement. Ça situation géographique permet de tout faire et de tout voir de Perpignan la belle élégante. Visite historique , marché ,restaurants etc..tout à nos pieds ! Des commerçants souriants et d'une extrême gentillesse. Une belle rencontre avec Patrice le propriétaire de se charmant logement . Souriant et pétillant il vous donne envie de revenir !

Très bel appartement

Très bel appartement en plein coeur de Perpignan qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de l'ambiance estivale du lieu. Boulangerie, marchés, restaurants, boutiques...et la mer à 20 minutes! Pour ne rien gâcher, le propriétaire est accueillant et très sympathique! C'est donc une adresse que nous n'oublierons pas...
