Home from home

We received a friendly, warm welcome on arrival and they showed us around. Gardens are absolutely stunning and hearing the birds every day, while relaxing by the pool was lovely. With the supermarkets just 10 minutes away, it made it easy for us to get our essentials and enjoy some home cooked meals on the BBQ. Thank you for our lovely stay, we would happily come again.

Very nice home

Home in a suburb of Utrera, a very nice town close to Sevilla. Go to the castle, church and the town hall. Many supermarkets nearby. Nice place to eat: Go to Gastroteka! a very nice, somewhat remote laying restaurant but very good en best price! If you want to visit Sevilla and many other places - book this home.

Relaxing holiday

Enjoyed our stay here, well equipped kitchen. Very spacious accommodation. Loved having the pool and the different outside areas so you could sit in the sun or the shade. We were welcomed by Valentina and Antonio and shown around the bungalow and shown how things worked. They also gave us ideas of places to go and places to eat. The bungalow was well situated for exploring Andalucia and the train station was about 10 minutes away for trips into Seville.

Utrera September 2024

We received an excellent reception on arrival from Valentina and Antonio who gave us helpful information and tips on the area. It is a large, clean property which provided all the essentials required. The covered outside area for dining was ideal and there was a good size swimming pool and attractive garden which enhanced our stay. The property suited our needs well for visiting the major tourist spots. A car is necessary although there is a very good train service to Seville. Cordoba, Ronda and Cadiz were within reasonable driving distance on good roads. All in all a very enjoyable week.

Garden is a paradise

In June 2022 we rented the house with six people and a baby. There is a lot of space in the house, good bedrooms with good beds and good bathrooms. The kitchen is basic, but suitable for cooking a meal. The main asset of the house is the very large garden with swimming pool. Beautiful plants, flowers and palms. A real paradise. Antonio and Valentina are very friendy and helpfull. The garden and pool is maintained weekly. Dining out? Then we recommend: - La Roma Utrera (5 min) for really good pizzas. - La Brasa Utrera (8 min) for a good Spanish cuisine - Casa Moral Los Palacios en Villafranca (20 min) Chic, beautiful, excellent food for a reasonable price.

Nous avons été surpris par le fait qu il n' y ait pas d'eau chaude sur l evier et sans lave vaisselle c était un peu compliqué..Jardin très beau mais la météo ne nous a pas permis d'en profiter.. Chaussée pour arriver à la maison défoncée !

Het huis is ruim en de tuin is heel mooi. Winkels en restaurants op 5 minuten rijden in Utrera. Utrera heeft een directe treinverbinding met Sevilla.

Maravilloso lugar para desconectar

Un lugar maravilloso, con un jardín paradisiaco, magnífica piscina, fiel a las imágenes. Casa muy amplia, cómoda, limpia y a pesar de ser una planta, muy fresca. Los anfitriones Antonio y Valentina, muy atentos, amables, y serviciales. Se nota que son buenas personas. Ha sido todo un placer conocerles. Y solo puedo darle las gracias, por hacernos sentir como en casa.

Disappointing

Die Lage ist in einem Wohngebiet außerhalb von Utrera. Soweit ok. Utrera ist es nicht wert besucht zu werden. Alles sehr runter gekommen, ärmlich, dreckig. Das Haus ist mehr ein Bungalow und in die Jahre gekommen. Größte Probleme: kein warmwasser Anschluss in der Küche - wie soll das gehen? Außentor kann jeder öffnen , Schloß funktioniert nicht. Schiebetür zum Garten hat defekten Griff und kann damit auch nicht geschlossen werden. Metall Jalousie davor klemmt extrem. Beim hochschieben war diese dann komplett kaputt. Der Swimmingpool war extrem dreckig- altes Wasser- ich habe Fotos zum Beweis. Kunstblumen im ganzen Haus als Deko - Geschmackssache. Hundegebell aus der Ganzen Nachbarschaft spät abends und Früh morgens - kein ruhiger Schlaf möglich

Hartstikke fijn huis met een geweldige tuin met zwembad. Het huis is gelegen in een rustig gedeelte van Uretrera ongeveer 3 5 km van voorzieningen en dagelijkse behoeften dus een huirauto is een must en Sevilla is goed te bereiken op39 km. Ronda en Sanlucar de Barrameda bezoeken vind ik een aanrader maar dat is ieder voor zich en je moet rekening houden dat het iets meer dan 100 km rijden is ik vond het de moeite waard.

Top Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung von Sevilla und Andalusien

Der Bungalow war für unsere Familie ideal. 4 Schlafzimmer (3 Doppelbetten und eins mit zwei Einzelbetten), Wohn/Esszimmer und separates Wohnzimmer boten für alle Platz. Wir haben uns aber eh eher draußen aufgehalten und der geräumige Pool war nach jeder Besichtigung in Betrieb. Wir haben die Fewo als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Sevilla (30 Min), Jerez (1h), Cadiz (1:15), Cordoba (1:30), Ronda (1:30) und Granada (2:15) genutzt, Aber auch Utrera selbst ist ein ganz nettes Städtchen mit vielen schönen Ecken. Die Fewo selbst liegt ca. 4 km vom Stadtkern entfernt in einem neu erschlossenen Wohngebiet ohne nennenswerte eigene Infrastruktur. Für uns aber ideal als täglicher Rückzugsort. Die Vermieter waren sehr flexibel und aufmerksam für unsere Anliegen.

Super villa con piscina

Unas vacaciones maravillosas. La casa esta muy limpia y cómoda. Había suficiente espacio para todos. Los niños disfrutaron mucho de la piscina! El jardín es precioso. Necesitas un coche porque es demasiado lejos para caminar. Los propietarios fueron muy serviciales y agradable. Gracias por todo definitivamente recomendado!
