Amazing stay from start to finish, the pool, view and location are all superb - theres even a free tennis court 5 minutes walk away. Highly recommend.

Summer holidays with the family

My wife and our three kids(14, 14 and 18) stayed in the house 10 nights and everything worked out perfectly. The host Elisabeth and her husband are so lovely and just good people who wants the best for their clients.We have stayed in different houses in Europe over the years but this one is definitely the best we have tried.There is a beautiful view from the house and especially from the rooftop.I can only re

Truly our favorite Villa Favorita!!

We arrived at Villa Favorita in the middle of a very unusual power outage that affected all of Spain and lasted the majority of the day. However, Elizabeth and Csaba, our hosts, did absolutely everything to make us feel at home and cared for that day and the days that followed. The place is spacious, well-cared for and has an amazing view! We followed.

Fantastic property for a quiet relaxing getaway!

This property is truly a paradise. Gorgeous views, relaxing pool, all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. We stayed a week to celebrate a birthday with an adult child and elderly parents. The owners are fantastic hosts available anytime for questions or help. This truly is a gem and consider yourself fortunate if you are able to find availability for this perfect place to stay.

Idyllic Stay at a Beautiful Villa with Stunning Views

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Villa Favorita – it truly exceeded all our expectations. The villa itself was even more beautiful than the pictures suggested: spacious, well-furnished, and clean throughout.One of our favourite moments each day was sitting out on the balcony with a drink in hand, watching the boats drift past on the water below – such a peaceful and picturesque setting. The view was simply breathtaking, especially at sunset. The pool was also a highlight – much larger than we expected and perfect for both relaxing and cooling off in the midday sun.Elizabeth and Csaba were fantastic hosts. From the moment we booked, communication was excellent. They were warm, responsive, and made us feel incredibly welcome. The thoughtful welcome package on arrival was a lovely surprise and made us feel right at home.Every detail had been considered, making it a truly relaxing and memorable holiday. We’re already dreaming about our return visit – we wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

FANTASTIC STAY! What can I say, the villa is even better than the pictures. All is done to a very high standard, the space is amazing as are all the facilities, it really is a home from home and has everything you could wish for from stunning sea and castle views to all amenities, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, full oven, fridge and every utensil you can think of. The villa is elevated with a huge upstairs patio, 3.5 bathrooms. The pool is larger than it looks on the photos and is like an infinity pool looking out to the sea. The hosts could not be more helpful and friendly, even offering to get us some shopping in as we were arriving late and took us to their vet for our dog's treatment for her return to the UK. They went out of their way to ensure we had all we needed, were very responsive to messages which was appreciated but above all were very nice genuine people. If I could give this property and our experience of staying there 11 out of 10 I would, will definitely look to return. It's also a great area to explore from. Salobrena is around 10 mins drive from the villa and you are at the sea with some lovely restaurants. Alumencar is also very close. I would not hesitate to recommend staying at Villa Favorita!

Highly recommended

Fantastic villa and hosts. The care and pride of ownership came through. The outside garden was wonderful.The best tomatoes ever tasted! Bedroom location is excellent for 2-3 couples. Upper sun deck is a magical place with a G&T and garden lemon watching the sun set. Villa excellently equipped, all appliances bedding, beds were of a high quality.Would certainly recommend.

Magic stay at Villa Favorita

We just spent two wonderful weeks at Villa Favorita. The house is very nicely appointed, the kitchen is fully equipped. We actually had the feeling that we visited friends rather than staying at a vacation rental. Both patios have spectacular views on the sea and Salobreña and the pool is simply marvelous. It is chlorine free wich makes it so much more pleasant to swim. Thank you, Elizabeth and Gill for a memorable vacation.

Our stay at Villa Favorita was absolutely amazing. The views are spectacular, the villa itself is perfect in every way. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need to prepare your meals. The pool is wonderful for relaxing with beautiful views. Our hosts were exceptional, they were available at all times and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing. Absolutely amazing stay!

We spent four magical nights in Vila Favorita- We had six people- family of four with two children and their grandparents. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The pool was deep and big enough for us to enjoy. Views from all the windows were stunning. We did not want to leave. Our daughters say they will visit again when they get older- Recommend a hundred times!

Wonderful Property and Wonderful Owners

This is a beautiful property with wonderful owners. The house itself was very clean, well decorated and had amazing views of the coast from every window. It was very peacful and quiet so it was easy to kickback and relax. The pool was definitely the main attraction, both kids and adults enjoyed it very much. The owners were also very kind, they went out of their way to make our stay as comortable as possible. We had a very long drive from Madrid and they were kind enough to get us food for when we arrived. Overall we had an amazing stay here and we would definitely visit again!

Splendid

We spent a wonderful week with our three kids. The villa is even better than on the pictures. A 180 degree view on the Mediterranean from the terrasse, living room and bedrooms is just fabulous. The garden is a real beauty too. The owners are really nice and generous people that are always ready to provide a good advice. Thanks again to them 👍

Fantastic Stay at Villa Favorita

My family and I stayed at Villa Favorita for 12 days and we had a fabulous stay. The communication with the hosts were prompt and clear. Elizabeth and Csaba met us at the villa upon check-in to ensure we were well oriented to the property and they had stocked the fridge for us so that we had food upon our arrival. During our stay, they were very attentive and checked in to see if we needed anything. The property was exactly as advertised and we enjoyed swimming in the pool and the amazing view. We really enjoyed our stay at the villa and Salobrena. We hope to be able to come back sometime in the future.

Peace and quiet on the hillside

The Villa was everything it said in brochure and more. The Villa wanted for nothing, certainly with just the two of us, there was plenty of everything. The owners were very helpful attending to any of our queries without a quibble or delay…nothing was too much trouble. We finished the fortnight making two good friends and would certainly meet up again for lunch/ dinner next time we are in the area. No hesitation it awarding them top marks in every category, and would recommend to anyone a holiday in and around the Salobrenia area should see if Villa Favorita is available……it will not disappoint.

An absolutely fantastic villa

I’ve stayed in lots of holiday villas and this is in my top two! Honestly it’s better than the pictures, it’s so lovely. We sunbathed on the large upper terrace, chilled in the seated area with great views over the med. We grilled and ate dinner on the lower terrace surrounded glorious trees and flowers. The pool is large, much bigger than the pictures. Inside the house is top quality with three big bedrooms all with great en-suite. A well equipped kitchen and indoor dining area / lounge. The surrounding area is quiet with no traffic passing on the cul de sac below the Villa. You simply don’t notice the road. And nothing is too much trouble of your hosts. Elizabeth even did a shop for us as the shops were closed when we arrived. Oh yes and we very much appreciated the wine and bubbly:)

Heaven is a place on earth!

We had the most fantastic week staying here, the villa itself makes you feel as though you must be famous, it so luxurious and the views are simply breathtaking. From the moment we arrived it surpassed all of our expectations, even though the photos are incredible it is even better in real life! You could not ask for more of a villa and I lost count of how many times we commented that we couldn't imagine finding a better place to stay. It is easy to get to from Malaga airport and the perfect base for exploring the incredible area that is the Costa Tropical. Everything in the villa is perfection itself, it was spotless and every mod con was there to enhance your experience even more. You could easily spend a whole week in the villa and its beautiful pool and gardens. The pool is a very generous size and when lit up at night it will make you feel like you are staying in a footballer's mansion! The manager Gill was welcoming and extremely helpful and the owner is a delight to contact when arranging your stay, yes it really does just get better and better! Salobrena is a charming town with everything that you need and a real genuine Spanish feeling. Watching the moon rise over the floodlit castle is a memory that will stay with me forever. We also loved the ease with which we could get to the Sierra Nevada, where we swam in the most beautiful lake and just generally marvelled at the mountains and cave houses. The communal area up the road was also really nice, our 11 year old son and his friend loved playing basketball and football there with children from many other countries. This was our third year in the area and the best yet thanks to this little slice of heaven on earth. The Costa Tropical is such a wonderful place to holiday as there is so much to do, we have yet to repeat anything and there are still many more things that we would like to do. We loved our stay here so much that we were talking about coming back again before we had even left, I truly cannot recommend Villa Favorita highly enough.

Superbe séjour en Andalousie

Une maison très agréable, avec de beaux volumes et très bien équipée. La vue mer est à couper le souffle ! Grande piscine très agréable pour se rafraîchir lors des chaudes journées andalouses. La cerise sur le gâteau est l’accueil réservé par le couple de propriétaires qui sont des personnes adorables, disponibles pour répondre à nos demandes et nous donner des recommandations de visites. Nous recommandons vivement. Encore un grand merci à eux et à très bientôt !

Tolle Villa mit malerischem Ausblick!

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in der Villa Favorita. Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse ist atemberaubend schön. Mann kann sich gar nicht satt sehen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten waren bequem. Jedes Schlafzimmer hatte ein eigenes Bad, was sehr komfortabel war. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der traumhafte Pool, der sehr gut gepflegt ist und der größte war, den wir bislang hatten. Die Bilder können das gar nicht so gut einfangen. Außerdem sitzt man wunderschön im Garten und kann dort gut vor der Sonne geschützt essen und mit tollen Gasgrill grillen. Elisabeth und ihr Ehemann sind wirklich ganz besonders freundliche und hilfsbereite Menschen. Da unsere Anreise spät am Samstag Abend war und keine Supermärkte mehr geöffnet hatten, haben sie uns sogar Lebensmittel besorgt, damit wir für den Abend und den nächsten Morgen versorgt waren. Ganz herzlichen Dank nochmal dafür. Das haben wir sehr geschätzt. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und schnell. Wir können diese schöne Unterkunft nur empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!
