Appartement très fonctionnel et calme

Appartement super sympa, belle terrasse, très bien placé et bien équipé, Michelle a su répondre à nos interrogations rapidement et avec précision. On reviendra à coup sûr!

Good stay

The apartment needs maintenance. All the doors wouldn’t close properly. The handle of one of the doors fell off. Kitchen facet is loose. The apartment wasn’t very clean. The floors were dirty. The washing machine had some glue staff in the soup disposer. To communicate with the owner possible only by email, at least you know Hebrew or French. The location is excellent, close to everything and has a big playground, a basketball and soccer fields next to the house. The beach few minutes away. Overall the we enjoyed the stay.

Wonderful place with hospitable hosts!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this apartment! Thank you for the hospitality and the warm welcome with snacks! Communication with the hosts was wonderfully easy. One small note is it would be nice to fix up a couple of broken things, like the hole in the kitchen faucet. But we would definitely stay there again!

Très satisfait de notre séjour. Les photos sont extrêmement fidèles à la réalité. Nous étions sans voiture. Très bon emplacement à proximité de tout le nécessaire pour le quotidien et pour les vacances. 3 minutes de la plage et 5 de la promenade A recommencer sans hésitations. Recommande sincèrement.

Perfect apartment and wonderful people to deal wit

My review is 5 star+.. Aline warmly greeted us and was there every step of the way to ensure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. The actual apartment is delightful with plenty of room, clean, updated and in a lovely area. Parking was readily available and within a few minute walk was a nice supermarket, a very special synagogue and a beautiful beach. Michelle responded to all our inquiries in a timely fashion and I have the highest praise for this rental. Thank you Michelle and Aline for your warm hospitality.

Un excellent séjour en Israël passé dans un agréable appartement dans une belle ville

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en Israël en faisant notre pèlerinage religieux Catholique. L'appartement est bien équipé comme indiqué sur le site et très propre. En outre, on a mis à notre disposition des boissons, des gâteux, du pain, du lait, du beurre et le nécessaire pour les autres besoins. Le quartier est calme et proche de la mer notamment à 5 minutes à pied. En bas de l'immeuble, il y a une aire de jeux pour les enfants. Durant notre pèlerinage, nous avons rencontré des personnes sympathiques. Je recommande cet appartement et la ville d'Ashkelon si vous partez en Israël où le temps est beau. Israël est un pays magnifique à visiter.

Sehr schöne Wohnung am Meer

Es handelt sich hier um eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit großzügiger Aufteilung. Sehr angenehm sind die vielen Hilfsmittel, wie Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und besonders die Kaffeemaschine, die ich hier nicht erwartet hatte. Es ist sehr angenehm, auf dem Balkon zu sitzen, da hier immer ein leichter Wind vom Meer her geht. Diese Wohnung kann ich nur empfehlen.

Very disappointed with babies cot more like a playpen mattress would never pass British standard it was lovely to have toys for Children to play with also sliding doors out to the balcony need to have warning signs on as they are clear glass and children banged into them when closed also needed to have written instructions of how to use oven cooker et not enough bed linen was provided had to ask for more we also had a problem with keys to front door when we phoned Alina it went to answerphone and she never returned our calls had to chase her to get out damage deposit back finally the gentleman came at about 11pm The flat is a lovely size and was very happy with the extra railings on the balcony location is excellent near to supermarket beach buses also kitchen was well-stocked with plates knives folks pots and pans glassesfinally you need to have somebody that you can call and would answer if you have an emergency with a flat

nice and convenient place to visit israel

We have been warmly welcomed by the owner's niece. The flat is very nice, with shops around and a kid's playground. The beach is accessible on foot or by car. As there is a car park, we have been able to tour israel with our rented car. Ashkelon is a very convenient place as it is central with easy access to the main roads to visit the country. We have even been on a one day tour in Eilat. This wouldn't have been possible if we had stayed in a city like Haifa. It is near Tel Aviv (45 Min), Jerusalem (1h15) and Netanya (1h). It took us roughly 3 hours to go to Eilat. We would definitely recommend this flat : nice apartment, affordable price, nice people and good location.

Great apartments for great price

Отличные апартаменты за приемлемую цену. Большая и просторная квартира с террасой с видом на море. Приятный и спокойный интерьер. Мебель икея. В квартире было всегда прохладно. Кондиционером не пользовались (он центральный). На кухне есть все необходимое для приготовления пищи, тостер, кофеварка, посудомойка, эл.плита и духовка, стир машинка и сушилка. На террасе барбекю. Подземный паркинг, много магазинов поблизости в пешей доступности. Есть детский стульчик и кроватка. Из минусов: Телевизор со спутн.антенной и только французскими каналами. Холодильник нуждается в ремонте (он подтекал внутри, пришлось ставить миску, чтобы собирать воду). Была сломана крышка унитаза (вся сантехника достаточно старая). На террасе нужен козырек или зонт не от солнца, а от гадящих птиц. До чистого пляжа примерно 1 км пешком.

Ravi d'avoir réserve cet appartement !très bien équipé des lits très confortables , cuisine très fonctionnelle avec plus que le nécessaire. A fantastic stay

Even though we organised our trip spontaneously and last-minute, thanks to the responsiveness and good contact with Mme Nabet our arrival went very smoothly. The apartment was very comfortable, spacious and well equipped including reliable Wi-Fi. Despite some of the rainy days, we enjoyed the terrace with beautiful views. There was ample space to park our car and many shops and restaurants nearby. We hope to come again in 2016!

Appt bien situé et avec une très belle terrasse

Appartement très confortable avec une très belle terrasse (5ème étage) ayant vue sur mer. Nous avons pu prendre tous nos repas sur cette terrasse : ensoleillée le matin pour le petit déjeuner, à l'ombre l'après-midi pour le déjeuner et pour le dîner sous la brise légère venant de la mer et l'éclat des étoiles... La cuisine est bien équipée et il y a beaucoup de vaisselle et d'ustensiles divers (pour les amateurs de vraie cuisine, rien ne manque !) 3 chambres dont 2 avec des lits de 160 et 2 salles de bains, il y a de l'espace ! La mer est à deux pas et les plages (surveillées et sécurisées) sont agréables et animées. Proche de Tel-Aviv, pas très loin de Jérusalem ou de la Mer Morte (et de Massada), être basés à Ashkelon est idéal pour organiser de belles visites... Bref, nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et espérons revenir rapidement dans ce bel appartement. A noter aussi le bon contact avec la propriétaire, Mme NABET, très sympathique, ainsi qu'avec sa nièce qui, sur place, s'occupe de la remise des clés et de leur restitution en fin de séjour. A quand notre prochain séjour à Ashkelon ??? bientôt j'espère... Frédéric et Dominique.

séjour magnifique

Nous avons passés un séjour très agréable dans cet appartement très bien agencé, décoré avec beaucoup de gout.La vue sur la mer est superbe,un grand confort dans l'appartement on s'y sent comme chez soi. Un contact très chaleureux avec les propriétaires et les personnes sur place A recommander.
