Springvacation

Die Ortsangabe auf der Internetseite von FeWo Direkt stimmt nicht mit der tatsächlichen Lage des Hauses überein. Es gab auch keine Anschrift oder Anfahrtsbeschreibung seitens FeWo. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vermieter kamen wir zum Haus! Das zweite Bad war nur eingeschränkt nutzbar (WC Spüldruck zu gering, Duschwasser nur Lauwarm). Eine Nachbesserung seitens des Vermieters (ähnlich dem ersten Bad) würde den Gesamteindruck bedeutend verbessern. Die Lage des Hauses (Nähe zu Supermarkt, Strand und Restaurants) mit all den Terassen, die Weitläufigkeit (Größe) des Hauses/Anwesens sowie die Aufteilung der Zimmer und Ausstattung der Küche waren top.

One week stay at Forio

The property is as described. Very nice location: 5min walk to the beach. Little store next door, supermarket with excellent choices and prices 10min walk. Forio center 20min. Great place to spend the evening. Nice Botanical garden 20min walk. The best part of that place is the owner. Giovanna was always there with advice, helping with transportation, in general a great host. Ischia has so much to offer. Loved this location. Can take bus to visit other towns. Despite the hit wave we had a great time! Enjoyed every moment. One regret: stay was too short . Thank you Giovanna!

Amazing villa and convenient location

We had a great time at the villa! Clean, airy and spacious, it was a perfect set up for our company of 6. The location could not be better. It was calm and quiet, yet everything we needed was close: the beach, the market, the bus stop and many wonderful cafes and restaurants. Oh, and did I mention three terraces? Three! One is better than the other. We had a difficult time deciding which one to use. So, we used the small one for breakfast, a larger one for dinner, and the roof top for drinks and sunset watching. Overall, it was perfect!!!

Sehr schönes Haus, sehr gut gelegen, nette und herzliche Hausherrin.

Ein sehr schönes Haus, großzügig, hell, 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder und Wohnraum ebenerdig, Küche, Esszimmer und drei Terassen im 1. Stock. Es liegt etwas versteckt, sehr ruhig in einem schönen Garten mit Blütensträuchern, Kräutern und Zitronenbäumen gelegen. Wir haben die Terassen mit Meerblick sehr genossen und uns mit 3 Freundespaaren sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Standort ist nicht zu toppen, kleiner Supermarkt 3 Minuten, zum Meer 7 Minuten und ein nettes Lokal auf dem Weg dorthin. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei unserer Hausherrin Giovanna, die uns herzlich empfangen hat, deutsch spricht und uns viele Anregungen und Tips geben konnte.

Good location. Good Villa. Great owner.

This Villa is well situated in Forio, having a general store close by and being an easy 10 minute stroll from the beach or from many excellent restaurants overlooking the sea. The Villa is well sized with terraces overlooking both the hills and the sea. The bedrooms are comfortable and the lounge is very spacious. Giovanna goes out of her way to provide help and information whenever needed. This Villa provided an excellent base from which to have a very happy holiday. It is even within walking distance of the La Mortella Gardens. Well worth a visit!

Perfektes Haus für einen erholsamen Urlaub

Das Haus ist perfekt für den Urlaub, Ruhig gelegen, aber doch nahe an Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Die große Villa bietet viel Platz und die Möglichkeit sich zurück zu ziehen. auch wenn viele Personen es bewohnen. Die große Terrasse mit dem großen Tisch ist ideal zum Essen, faulenzen, etc. Auf der Dachterrasse hat man einen wunderbaren Ausblick und der Whirlpool ist das i-Tüpfelchen. Alles ist sauber, jede Menge Geschirr ist vorhanden und es ist bestens ausgestattet. Die Dame des Hauses Giovanna, hat uns so herzlich empfangen, so dass wir das Gefühl hatten, wir kennen uns schon ewig. Grazie Giovanna per la tua ospidalitá e cordialitá . Noi retorni a Ischia!! Großzügige Villa in bester Lage

Drei sehr gut eingerichtete Schlafzimmer und endlich mal genug Schränke mit viel Platz, drei Terrassen mit schönen Möbeln und einer tollen Aussicht und einer gut ausgestatteten Küche, kurz, Alles was man braucht. Dass es nur italienisches Fernsehen gibt,hat uns nicht gestört. Schade, dass es keinen Parkplatz gibt. Restaurants und ein Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe und eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin runden den tollen Urlaub ab.

Lovely place, close to beach

We loved Giovanna and her villa. The pictures here don't do it justice--there are three comfortable bedrooms and a living room downstairs, a big kitchen, indoor dining room and two outdoor terraces with tables upstairs, and a giant roof deck with a view of the ocean. The walk to the beach is 5 minutes and the minimarket next door is sufficient for almost anything you might need. It's about a mile to Forio and you can walk along the water. Giovanna stays in an apartment in the back but you have privacy. She was super helpful, picked us up from the ferry and gave us lots of advice, even helping us find a place when we wanted to stay a couple of extra days. Would go back in a minute. Highly recommend.

Wonderful villa brilliant host sea views beach and sunshine lovely taverna good food

We had a great week staying here with friends. The villa was wonderful with plenty of room, clean and airy. We ate on the terrace if we were in the villa but also great restaurants when we ate out. Roof terrace has sea views where you can sit and watch the sunset and there are lemons on the tree in the garden. The host was very friendly and recommended the best car hire, beaches and restaurants. Can't recommend this holiday enough, we will certainly return.

beautiful house with great views.

Questa è una bella casa e un bel posto per una vacanza. Ci sono terrazze che guardano verso l'oceano e le montagne, un bellissimo giardino, una grande cucina e un sacco di spazio. L'oceano è proprio dall'altra parte della strada e c'è un piccolo mercato accanto. Potresti passare tutto il tuo viaggio in casa o puoi prendere tutte le meraviglie di Ischia. Altamente raccomandato. Noi torneremo. (I don't speak Italian so here is the same review in English....) This is a beautiful house and a beautiful place for a holiday. There are terraces on both sides of the house - one that looks to the ocean and another to the mountains, a beautiful garden, great kitchen and plenty of space. The ocean is right across the street and there is a small market next door. You could spend your whole trip in the house or you can take in all the wonders of Ischia. Highly recommended. We will be back!!!

Très bon choix

Très bon emplacement:proche plage,commodités. Très jolie maison, décorée avec goût, propre,spacieuse, bien équipée . vue montagne ou mer selon les terrasses . Charismatische Villa mit wunderschönem Garten

Die schöne Villa ist sehr geräumig hat alles was es braucht und hat in der Nähe Strand, Läden und Restaurants. Die Villa ist von einem wunderschönen Garten umgeben. Wir waren als Grossfamilie mit Grosseltern dort und haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt . Die Gastgeberin ist eine sehr sympathische und hilfsbereite Frau welche in einem kleinen Häuschen im hinteren Teil des Gartens wohnt, was aber der Privatsphäre keinerlei Abbruch tut. Wir kommen dieses Jahr wieder und freuen uns schon riesig.

Per amici che amano stare insieme, la casa giusta

La villa di Giovanna Castaldi ha un bel carattere, è gentile e accogliente come Giovanna con la quale è piacevole stare qualche ora a raccontare e a raccontarsi. Grande casa arredata con gusto sobrio e freschezza, in perfetto ordine e ottimamente attrezzata e condizionata. E con delle magnifiche terrazze, una verso il mare e l'altra sovrastata dal Monte Epomeo dove si impigrisce sdraiati o si cena tra mille chiacchiere con gli amici. E alte macchie di ibiscus in un giardino dove signoreggia un noce grande e carico di anni e di frutti sotto il quale Giovanna può raccontarvi di Ischia e non solo. E poi c'è il mare.

Calda, sobria ed elegante, una villa da vivere.

La villa di Giovanna Castaldi è accogliente e ha un carattere che ti fa sentire molto a tuo agio. Proprio come Giovanna, con cui vale la pena stare qualche ora insieme a raccontare e raccontarsi. La casa è molto grande, forse più bella di come appare nelle foto, è pulita e fornita di tutto, arredata con gusto e sobrietà , ha dei terrazzi che guardano il mare o il Monte Epomeo e dove è bello sdraiarsi o mangiare tra amici e fare tardi. Il giardino con gli ibiscus e uno splendido noce assoluto padrone fanno da cornice.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes und gut gelegenes Haus

Wir haben drei Wochen in dem viel Platz bietenden und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichteten Haus verbracht. Das Gebäude liegt etwas nach hinten versetzt und ist von der ruhigen Straße aus nicht einsehbar. Selbstversorger finden gleich nebenan einen kleinen Supermarkt, in unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich gemütliche bis leicht gehobene Restaurants, die zum Abendessen einladen. Zum Strand (San Francesco) sind es nur fünf Minuten, nach einem Spaziergang von 15 - 20 Minuten sind Sie schon am Hafen oder in der Innenstadt von Forio. Der nächste Taxistand befindet sich in etwa 100 m Entfernung, die Haltestelle für die Busse erreichen Sie in gut fünf Minuten. Auf dem Weg dorthin kommen Sie an einer von einer freundlichen Familie betriebenen Enoteca vorbei, die abends, zum Dämmerschoppen, gerne von deutschsprachigen Weintrinkern aufgesucht wird. Die sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin (spricht u.a. auch Deutsch) wohnt in einem eigenen Anwesen am hinteren Ende des Gartengrundstücks. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden gerne wieder kommen.

Très agréable villa - bien située

La villa est très bien située près de la plage et à 15 mn de marche en bord de mer pour rejoindre le centre de Forio. Il y a une supérette à proximité de la maison. Villa très bien entretenue et bien équipée, l'accueil a été très chaleureux et la propriétaire sait être présente au besoin et toujours très attentionnée et prête à donner les bons conseils de visite. Séjour très agréable que nous recommandons.

A good holiday house for a large family. Very nice place where we could sit out every evening and enjoy the nice wheater. The island is a great place to spend your holiday and the owner of the house was very helpfull. We hope to come back.

perfetta! La casa un sogno e giovanna gentilissima

Siamo contenti di essere i primi a fare i complimenti alla proprietaria giovanna, che con cura e attenzione ci ha accolto nella sua bellissima villa. la casa è dotata di tutti i comfort e con una splendida vista sul mare che dista 2 minuti a piedi, la spiaggia è quella di San Francesco tra le più belle. La proprietaria è molto disponibile, che dire vacanza perfetta!
