The rooms were clean. View from the balcony was incredible: beautiful sunrise! Kitchen was stocked with necessary tools for a great stay. Location was perfect: close to everything we needed.Planning our next trip and hoping this room is available for us again!!!

The location of this property makes it. We were literally just steps from the beach. It was very easy to get to the beach. There were restaurants within walking distance. The condo was clean. Bring everything that you need as it was not completely stocked. Otherwise, we would highly recommend this place. We plan on returning.

We enjoyed our relaxing week. Our unit was perfect!!!The 3 sinks was extremely accomodating. We had everything we needed to cook with. It was very welll stocked for anything you might need for pool, beach, or staying in. This unit is absolutely perfect for a couple or 2 people. I have a knee brace on so the elevator was super helpful and pool was easy accessible. The view from our patio was very nice and we enjoyed many mornings and evenings with the cool breeze coming over us.Communication was easy and we always got a quick response. We'll definitely be back.

The property needs a thorough cleaning.The dryer was broken and the property owner notified and did nothing except stated "sorry for the inconvenients". The pool was filthy and totally unsafe to swim in.

Perfect place for a couple, just the right size, and a quick walk to a uncrowded beach, with the Sandbar restaurant right there. It’s a quick drive to the charming town of Fernandina Beach. Lots of restaurants and shops. Highly recommend the sunset cruise from the dock at the end of Centre Street (aka Atlantic Ave)

10 Year Anniversary Trip

We very much enjoyed our trip to Fernandina. Although we were aware of the Shrimp Festival, we did not realize that it started on Thursday evening. After talking with the property management, we decided to change our reservations to go a night earlier. She encouraged us to try to go to some of the festival events and she was not wrong. We had a great time! In fact we cancelled plans to go to St Augustine on Saturday to enjoy the beach. The location was perfect and we were close enough to take a tour of Cumberland Island. Restaurants and bars were in walking distance, yet the noise was never a factor. We’ ll definitely stay here again.

Great place!

The location was spectacular! There was a good view of the ocean. We had a wonderful time there. The condo was very clean and comfortable. My only complaint was with the water. It was very hard.

Great little spot close to beach

This was the perfect spot for a little me-time getaway. While this unit is not right on the beach, the building is and the balcony has a great view of the ocean . Fernandina Beach is a charming little town that had a great farmer's market and interesting stores. I appreciated the hosts' supplying beach chairs, umbrella and more than adequate linens. I enjoyed my stay very much. Two comments I would make for minor improvements. It wasn't until checkout and discarding my trash that I realized that the building recycles. I would have appreciated this information and a separate bin to put recyclables in. Also while there is a great closet for storage - there is literally only one drawer and few shelves. Either the substantial piece of furniture serving as bookcase and curio cabinet or the extra vanity (for a total of 3 bathroom sinks) could be replaced by a dresser for a better use of space that was more traveler friendly. I would stay here again.

Lots of place to eat within walking distance. They did not have a wine bottle opener but luckily our friends were staying next door in a much bigger condo and were provided with one it their unit.

Perfect Location, Would Stay Again

This condo offered a perfect location by being just steps away from the beach, and a short drive to the historic downtown area for restaurants and shopping. There was also a restaurant right beside the condo, mini golf, and more. The condo was exactly as described. The only downside to the condo itself was not having any drawers/storage for your clothing except the hangers in the closet. Also, we got a little nervous when check-in was for 4 pm, and at 3:20 pm we still hadn’t received the access codes, but they came around 3:30/3:40, which was fine since we arrived right at 4 pm. We would stay here again.

Perfect Getaway.

Second time staying. Can't wait to get back. Really love the place. Once we arrive we walk everywhere we go. Restaurants near by are excellent. We spend as much time as possible on the beach and you can't get much closer if you tried. Room was very clean. Upgrades to room are perfect. Family staying next door walked over and loved the unit. They are interested in staying here too.
