ヴィラには、プール（6x12）で完全にフェンスで囲まれた約3ヘクタールの公園、ミニハイドロマッサージプールがあり、6月から9月末までフェンスで囲まれています。 無料のwi-fi。
美しい散歩のためにヴィラから直接出ることができます。
フィレンツェとシエナ（20/25 km）、サンジミニャーノ（25 km）、グレーベインキャンティ（8 km）のちょうど中間です。

Grandmother"s dream

For ten years, I have waited to take my grandchildren to Italy. That dream has come true. This farmhouse is absolutely perfect for the families of three adult sons and me. The many levels for bedrooms allowed each family unit to be separated. A kitchen with dishwasher on upper and lower levels was a pleasant surprise. The house is in a beautiful location with most bedrooms having wonderful views. July is hot and the pool was much needed. The drive up from Panzano involves a dusty dirt road.We had three cars in order to visit all the hill towns. The owner's were very helpful, grounds well maintained. We were blessed with wonderful weather and safe travels.! B. Simmons

terrible hosts

As I arrived to the house, the hosts informed me that I needed to pay them extra cash in addition to the full payment for electric and gas and tourist tax. No where in the ad did it say that there was an additional charge. Pool was no operational nor was the hot tub because they said it was winter . the add did not say that either. None of the beds were made when we arrived either, just sheets on the beds so we all had to make our beds. The hosts came screaming after our first night that they wanted the cash or we were to leave. I was there with my 3 daughters, we left. I have never left a bad comment for anyone, I have stayed several times at vrbos and I also own my own vocation rental in the United States. I have never experienced this horror before.

Un séjour impeccable dans un superbe décor et d’excellentes facilités.

Un excellent endroit pour des vacances en famille. Sa localisation au centre du Chianti permet de visiter tous les centres d’intérêts sans de trop longs déplacements. Christina et Paolo ont été des hôtes charmants et disponibles. Aussi que de bons mots pour le traiteur Simone, recommandé par les hôtes, qui nous a préparé et servi quelques excellents repas. En somme un séjour mémorable pour toute la famille.

Wonderful holiday home!

13 family members stayed 5 nights. Great space, loved the home, grounds and pool. Incredible Tuscan view! Paulo.and Cristina we're immediately responsive to questions. Chef Simone prepared a wonderful dinner for us. Would very much recommend. Thank you Paulo and Christina.

Toskana pur

Tolles Objekt. Großer, sehr gut eingezäunter Garten. Großer Pool. Viele Räume. 2 Wohnzimmer und 2 Küchen . Alle Schlafräume mit Bad. Sehr schöner Außenplatz zum Frühstück und Grillabend mit toller Aussicht. Altes Bauernhaus mit viel Charme und Flair. Spülmaschine Waschmaschine und sogar Fitnessgeräte sind vorhanden. Zufahrt ist für Sportwagen oder tiefergelegte Fahrzeuge ungeeignet !! Dafür ist das Bauernhaus in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Would return

Great villa. Plenty of room for 11. The location is out of the way for major tourist attractions, but if you want to enjoy the pool, hot tub, views of the Tuscan countryside and explore small hill towns, it is great. If we travel with that large a family group again, we would definitely return.

A wonderful retreat

Our family of ten found the villa an ideal spot for our weeklong stay. Plenty of room, well appointed and located on a spot providing vistas of the Chianti countryside. The most popular attraction became the swimming pool because of a heat wave in the are. Still, cool breeze each day made the villa a perfect resting place.

Beautiful grounds

4 adult friends stayed at casa monte. The house is configured for a larger group..The hosts were accommodating. The house was very clean. Improved instructions on finding the house is recommended. The grounds are veautiful

Typisches Haus in der Toskan

Etwas abgelegen aber sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Toller Pool und grandiose Aussicht alles was man braucht ist vorhanden, auch Klimaanlage die wir nicht gebraucht haben da es in der Nacht auch so eine angenehme Temperatur hatte.

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub in toller Landschaft

Rundum gelungener Urlaub. Küche ist mit vielen nützlichen Geräten wie Mixer, Püreestab, Toaster, Entsafter, und jede Menge Geschirr und Töpfe ausgestattet. WLAN funktioniert hervorragend. Einfach toller, riesiger Garten.

Great villa in lovely location

Lovely big villa with plenty of room for our party of 6 adults and 4 children under 7. Lots of outside space for playing cricket, ping pong etc. Great fenced pool with shallow end so was safe and good for the children. Several places to sit outside depending on the sun and a big outdoor table where we had all our meals. The kitchen facilities were quite spread out. The oven was located upstairs which was a little inconvenient and the dishwasher was in the utility room. Very quiet villa- if the children were up early in the morning you could'nt hear them!Had a lovely week.

Tuscan holiday

We really enjoyed our stay, the villa and it's amenities were first class. Panzano was also a great location to explore this lovely area. All in all the holiday exceeded our expectations!

Fantastic stay at Casa al Monte

9 of us rented Casa al Monte in June this year and had a fantastic time. The villa is tucked away 2k from Panzano a quaint local town that has a Coop / butcher etc close by and is in excellent condition. The rooms are spacious, in great order and have air conditioning. There are plenty of plates/ cutlery and all the kitchen accessories you need including coffee machine / dishwasher /washing machine etc. Paolo and Cristina the owners are really friendly and welcoming. You will need a car to get out and about as the track to the villa is a little bumpy and in hot weather can lack shade to Panzano. We also took the opportunity to have a private chef for the night which was an amazing experience as Simone cooked a fabulous 4 course meal with wine at a very reasonable price of €35. A fabulous trip - wouldn't hesitate in recommending Casa al Monte for a chilled getaway with family or friends.

Villa possèdant tout le confort située dans un environnement exceptionnel typique de la campagne toscane. L accueil de Cristina a été particulierement aimable et chaleureux èt nous avons bien apprécié les délicieuses surprises trouvées à nos retour de balades. Très belle location, dans un lieu idylliqur

Très beau terrain, belle et grande maison bien équipée. Grande piscine avec vue sur les collines du chianti : exceptionnel ! Accueil sympathique de Christina et Paolo. Seul petit bémol : le site annonçait un ménage à mi-séjour (samedi) qui n'a pas été fait. Rien de grave pour une quinzaine inoubliable. Si on peut, on reviendra !
