We communicated with Mr. Amado (property owner) prior to the stay. During the stay, all of our communication was with the building manager, Mr. Simonetti! Mr. Simonetti was fantastic and helped us with whatever we needed. Went way above and beyond! We are very grateful to Mr. and Mrs. Simonetti. Wonderful people!

Perfect for family skiing in Tignes

Clean, well equipped, ski-in/out. Small but not a problem. Note you need to bring own bed linen and towels

Beautiful views and great location

The first thing is the view, which is stunning!! The apartment is extremely well located - with ski in / ski out from the front of the block (to the Palafour and Trovier lifts) and only a short walk from the main square of Tignes Le Lac and all facilities. The apartment is small, but as advertised, and was very cosy for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children), with the sofa divan in the living area becoming the double bed. The kitchenette is well equipped with what one needs for simple one / two pot cooking! The communication with the host, Mr Amado, was excellent. He was highly responsive and incredibly helpful throughout the process, including helping us to sort out hire of sheets and towels, which we realized quite late, were not included in the rental. The greeting at the property by the building manager, Mr Simonetti was very good - he was incredibly helpful. All in all, it was a fabulous week of skiing in a great resort.

Wohnung und Lage top!!

Super Wohnung in top Lage. Super Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer, da er uns bei der Parkplatzsuche mit Dachbox sehr geholfen hat. Vielen lieben Dank noch mal 😊. Der Verwalter des Hauses ist ebenfalls sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder mieten.

Un hôte attentif à nos demandes et réactif. Un accueil par le concierge très chaleureux. Une location qui correspondait parfaitement au descriptif de l'annonce, très agréable bien située, vues sur les pistes et le Lac. Séjour agréable au Bec Rouge

Une belle semaine sur Tignes le Lac Appartement fonctionnel et bien équipé. Très belle vue sur la station et accès direct aux pistes. Communication aisée et très grande réactivité avec le propriétaire et le gardien Je recommande vivement !

Très bon séjour à Tignes le lac

Je recommande cet appartement, il est très fonctionnel, agréable, une bonne literie et une très bonne salle de bain. L'appartement est très bien situé, au coeur de la station, près des remontées mécaniques. Parfait en tout point.

Appartement très agréable et bel emplacement

L'appartement offre une vue magnifique et bénéficie d'une excellente exposition. Idéalement situé pour les skieurs. Mr Amado est un hôte très agréable et très disponible. Merci également à Mr Simonetti pour son accueil et la très bonne tenue de la résidence.

Super semaine avec le soleil

Appartement idéal pour 4, exposition sud, terrasse en hauteur et vue imprenable sur le lac ; très bon accueil, manque juste un peu de vaisselle mais c'est vraiment un détail ! On descend directement de l'appartement en skis, on peut y revenir aussi si on skie bien par une bonne piste bleue "foncée). Avons hâte de revenir !!!

Au bord du lac

L'appartement offrait une vue magnifique sur le lac ainsi que les montagnes. Il etait très bien situé, au bord du lac où se trouve toutes les activités ainsi que les commerces. Très pratique pour nous qui étions avec des enfants en bas âge. L'appartement était très propre et disposait de tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Je recommande vivement.

Un séjour ski au pied très agréable

Au coeur de la station, cet appartement nous permet de profiter de toutes les commodités (supermarché, restaurant, navette gratuite , piscine) à moins de 5 minutes. Les pistes sont accessibles ski au pied, pas besoin de marcher. Fonctionnel et pratique, l'appartement est très ensoleillé toute la journée. Nous avons été parfaitement bien acceuillies.

LOCATION PARFAITE

Location très agréable, lumineuse et bien équipée( placards, patères, étagères...) ayant répondu à toutes nos attentes. Située plein sud donc très ensoleillée, qui permet de bénéficier du balcon après le ski et chose très appréciable départ et arrivée ski aux pieds. Proche de tous commerces tout en bénéficiant du calme de la résidence. Je n'hésiterai pas à relouer cet appartement tant en été qu'en hiver. Philippe B.

Lovely apartment with great access to skiing

When we arrived it was snowing heavily. We had booked a car parking space and so was able to park underneath the apartment block. Lifts up to the apartment so all very easy. When we arrive in the apartment we were very impressed with the view. All the items you will need for a self catering stay. Can ski to main lifts right from the door! Will definitely stay again.
