Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans la maison de Laurence. Le rooftop offre une vue imprenable à 190 sur Porto-Vecchio, un véritable enchantement pour les yeux. Quel bonheur de pouvoir admirer le lever puis le coucher du soleil après une baignade dans les eaux turquoise des sublimes plages corses, toutes proches. L’accueil chaleureux de Laurence a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs… et l’envie certaine de revenir !

This place was absolutely perfect. The pictures and description on the listing do not do it justice. We absolutely loved it and the host is amazing. It is a perfect location right in the center of town with a free parking spot so we were able to come and go easily when we wanted to go to some beaches or a grocery store. The kitchen was fully stocked and everything was very clean. Be prepared to do some stairs as there are 4 levels all with beautiful views of the spectacular area. The best is the rooftop terrace that looks over everything! We will definitely try and stay here again!!

Tout était parfait : la communication avec Laurence, l'emplacement idéal pour profiter de la vie à Porto Vecchio, la vue extraordinaire du rooftop, l’intérieur de la maison (encore mieux que sur les photos), et le parking privé à quelques pas.

Centre location with amazing views

Location was perfect for bars and restaurants. Beautiful beaches about half an hours drive. Fantastic roof terrace. The property is over 4 floors, not a problem for us, but would be for less mobile. Quiet, apart from weekends when there is a club just up the road that plays VERY loud music until 1am, this is such a shame. The views are incredible. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa neravigliosa struttura per 6 notti in 4 persone. Abbiamo trovato tutto l'occorrente per trascorrere bene le nostre vacanze. Situata nel pieno centro di Porto Vecchio, presente un parcheggio privato poco distante. Il prolrietario gentilissimo e super disponibjle! Consigliatissimo@!

Great facilities, amazing location

The location is everything you can imagine, at the edge of the historic old town Porto Vecchio. The listing says it has parking...you should know this is not private parking; the city's free public parking is down the hill about 250 meters from the apartment. That said, it's well worth the walk. The host is responsive and communicative, in French. Make sure you have a way to translate text if you don't understand French. During our stay (two people, one week in late May) there was half a roll of toilet paper in the unit, no shampoo, only some disposable silverware in the kitchen. I messaged the host about the toilet paper; he apologized and brought over...one more roll. After that I just bought some myself. Maybe I am used to more amenities than is customary with vrbo but I thought that was strange.

Demeure rêvée

Trés belle demeure située au centre du Portovecchio historique. Equipement très complet et décoration de très bon goût. Seul petit bémol : les 4 étages à grimper pour atteindre la terrasse. Mais là, quel bonheur ! Une vue superbe et dégagée de tous cotés. Merci à Laurence pour son accueil et son aide.

Porto Vecchio in September

Laurence is great to deal with and answers any queries you have very quickly. The property has a brilliant location in the middle and you can access restaurants and bars within 2 minutes walk. The port area is accessible by foot but involves a steep walk back else you can pick up the electric bus. The property has brilliant views from the top terrace and there is a balcony to watch the town life go by. The stairs in the property are probably not suitable for very young children. We enjoyed our stay very much as we enjoy walking in the mountains and the beach. The views on the walks are incredible.

Terrasse exceptionnelle !

L'emplacement est remarquable en plein centre de la vieille ville ! La vue de la chambre au 3ème étage superbe sans parler de celle depuis le rooftop sur la baie de Porto Vecchio! La maison très propre , allie le charme de l'ancien à une rénovation soignée et une décoration de style industriel. Maison exceptionnelle : nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Parking dans la cour du groupe scolaire juste en dessous de la maison compte tenu des vacances scolaires en Corse: un avantage de plus! Laurence nous a recommandé le panier d'Annie juste en face : très bonne adresse très bon produits. Un sans faute !

Location parfaite!

Appartement atypique de haut standing sur 4 niveaux avec superbe terrasse sur le toit avec vue incroyable sur baie de Porto vecchio nous faisant sentir comme des privilégiés, hyper bien situé au pied des boutiques, restaurants, bar ( citadelle) mais sans les nuisances sonores..place de parking municipal mise a disposition à 2 pas de l'appartement, hyper pratique. Appartement décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Idéal pour rayonner autours de Porto-Vecchio. Juste des escaliers à monter tout le temps pour passer d'un niveau a un autre donc non adapté à des enfants petits ou des personnes ayant des difficultés à se déplacer. Si nous revenons un jour, nous relouerons ce bien sans hésiter.

Tolles Appartment in sehr guter Lage

Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem Appartment und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Das absolute Highlight ist die Dachterrasse mit Rundum-Panorama auf Porto Vecchio, die Berge und das Meer. Zum Frühstück war der Balkon weiter unten sehr gut, da schattig und trotzdem mit schönem Blick. Die Einrichtung ist modern und stylisch. Die vielen Treppen sind anfangs sicher gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber mit etwas Planung lässt sich problemlos alles von der Küche auf die Dachterrasse bringen.

Une maison historique au coeur de Porto Vecchio rien que pour nous !

Je rejoins les avis précédents : cette location est vraiment magnifique et l’accueil qui nous a été fait par la propriétaire a été très agréable. Merci à elle ! On se sent très privilégié de séjourner dans cette belle demeure , située juste au début de la zone piétonne et donc au coeur de l’animation de Porto Vecchio. Nous avons apprécié que le parking soit si proche et si pratique d’accès car il est coûteux et difficile de se garer dans la vieille ville. La maison est bien équipée et décorée de facon gaie et originale avec quelques petits meubles design et un très bel escalier de métal . Enfin, la cerise sur le gâteau est le roof top où nous avons passé de belles soirées : apéro en musique, plancha... en admirant la vue panoramique et les étoiles. Je recommande sans réserve cette location pour des adultes ou pour des familles avec de grands enfants ( l’escalier n’est pas adapté aux tout petits).
