Well located & great view

Ideally located close to the patisserie, ski rental, supermarket and restaurants. Only a short walk from the vehicle drop-off zone. The second bedroom is very small and only just fits a double bed.

Excellent stay

Great location, close to Avoriaz drop-off point / supermarket and ski hire shops at the upper-end of Avoriaz. Great view from balcony overlooking beginner slopes and to the mountains beyond. Easy-to-access ski storage and to ski-out to either Proclou lift or others at the bottom of Avoriaz for access to all slopes in the area. Good facilities for 3 adults staying - hob / dishwasher / coffee percolator / all cutlery & crockery etc. All-in-all a great stay and I’d be happy to return again with friends or family.

Perfect Location

We booked a short stay in this apartment and we were really happy with the location. The apartment is located in the Saskia building, very close to the taxi drop off/pick up point. There is a bakery & ski hire shop opposite the building and a supermarket just a couple of minutes’ walk away. On leaving the apartment, you can ski out and down the Proclou ski run which is a very gentle green/blue. Perfect for beginners! Great views, the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. My only tip would be to add some shelves in the kitchen area and some more hooks on the walls. Thanks for a great stay!

Appartement très bien placé avec vue imprenable sur les couchers de soleil.Tout le confort nécessaire et balcon agréable.Tout est à 3 mn à pied, très facile.Seul bémol, la chambre 2 est très petite, c’est à dire qu’elle fait la largeur du lit.

Vacances en famille au ski

Appartement parfait pour un séjour à avoriaz ! Proche des pistes, des commerces. Il est bien aménagé, propre, avec une vue magnifique. L appartement est très pratique aussi avec un bébé. Mme bonduelle est très sympathique et réactive ainsi que Michael qui a fait notre entrée et notre sortie. Cet appartement est le gros plus de nos vacances.

Appartement très bien situé et doté d'une belle terrasse. Très belle vue. Les contacts avec la propriétaire ont été très cordiaux et Michael qui nous a accueilli, est très arrangeant. Juste une remarque sur la literie de la chambre parentale : il s'agit je pense d'un matelas à mémoire de forme auquel les non initiés doivent s'habituer.

Très bel appartement idéalement situé

L'appartement est très agréable et bien équipé. Il est idéalement situé dans la station. Skis aux pieds très facile! Commerces (Sherpa et boulangerie) à super proximité. Propriétaire très sympa et réactif tout comme le gérant. A recommander!

Perfect house in Avoriaz

Best experience ever! In our opinion the localization was the highlight! The house is well equipped and the bedrooms are comfortable. Genevieve was always available for anything we needed. We hope to return!!
