Couldn't be more perfect

The apartment is well furnished, comfortable, and has everything you might need. The location is ideal for access to the town and the lake. A bicycle was provided, which makes getting around just so much easier. The host was very interactive with me and quick to respond to anything I needed. I would happily come back again.

Spring holiday

The location was great near the lake. The neighbourhood was peaceful.The bed was a bit small for couple and the balcony was to north direction. Maybe it's good when it's hot in the summer, but we missed the sun on balcony!

Excellent apartment

This apartment was in a wonderful location, very close to the lake. It was a great size for our family of 4. Jennifer was a welcoming and generous host who went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Having the bikes was a great bonus, and we enjoyed riding to Annecy on the bike track. The kids particularly enjoyed the diving platform at the beach at St Jorioz. We all wished we could have stayed longer in this beautiful part of the world!

Dynamic family on an exciting adventure all the way from Australia, so there was no need to encourage them to get out and discover Annecy, the cycle track and the mountains. They packed it all in!

Région qui nous était inconnu, se réveiller au petit déjeuner voir des ballons, des Delta plane, des parapentes , c'est déjà commencé la journée en en prenant plein la vue.Cette location avec vue sur montagne n' a pas son pareilJ'arrête là car je risque doublier trop de choses.Mais ce que je ne vais pas oublier c'est de remercier notre hôtesse et sa gentillesse avec son petit accent d'outre manche.A bientôt je l'espère

Appartement avec tout le confort

Le soir, la terrasse avec cette vue superbe sur les montagnes vous invite à vous détendre... L'appartement a tout le confort. 2' à pied et vous êtes les pieds dans l'eau. Le tour du lac vaut vraiment le coup! Les vélos sont prêtés gratuitement par la propriétaire Mme Jennifer qui vous accueille avec beaucoup de gentillesse et que l'on peut contacter si problème. Klein maar fijn! Alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt, zelfs fietsen. Heerlijk ruim terras en zomers heerlijk in de schaduw, op loopafstand van het meer. Goed bevallen!

un séjour réussi à 100%

jennifer était là pour nous accueillir et nous faire découvrir l'appartement, très agréable et fonctionnel, rien ne manque (même vélos et casques pour toute la famille). La vue de la terrasse est magnifique et la plage de St Jorioz à 1mn à pied. les activités aux alentours ne manquent pas, ainsi que les endroits sympas pour manger ou prendre un café au bord du lac. attentions, organisation, propreté, tout est parfait, thanks ! nous pensons déjà à notre prochain séjour !!

excellent séjour

logement idéalement situé, propre et confortable, cuisine très bien équipée. le seul léger bémol à mon goût : manque de rangement pour les vêtements ... mais la gentillesse de Jennifer, les vélos mis à disposition, la vue, le calme, proximité de la piste cyclable ... compensent sans aucun problème (nous avons utilisé de lit de l'entrée pour stocker nos vêtements !) location que je recommande vivement ! parfait pour un couple avec 2 enfts.

Merci pour vos remarques utiles. Je suis contente que le soleil était au rendez-vous chaque jour de votre séjour. Le meuble sur lequel la télévision est située est souvent vide je pense, comme il ressemble plus à un meuble de vaisselle qu'un meuble de rangements. Cela serait une bonne idée de le remplacer pour la prochaine saison. Merci!

Peaceful, clean with everything you need.

We stayed for two weeks. Jennifer was a great host, very helpful and friendly. The apartment was walking distance from the St Jorioz beach and the cycle track was only a few minutes away. This made getting around very easy, particularly since we borrowed some shopper bikes from Jennifer. The car was parked up for most of our stay. Annecy town is 10K away and, since the cycle track is fairly flat, our children were able to cycle effortlessly in and out of town. The apartment had everything you need. All linens and towels were provided and the sheets were changed half way through our stay. The children loved sleeping on the mezzanine level and enjoyed movies in bed. We were able to enjoy the balcony for our meals and drinks since the weather was dry and warm. We very much look forward to visiting again!

HEERLIJK!!!!!!!!!

Na een lange reis werden we hartelijk verwelkomd door Jennifer. We kwamen in een mooi helder en schoon appartement met een heerlijk balkon, waar het ondanks de warmte heel aangenaam was mede door de wind. We hebben iedere morgen genoten van het fluitconcert van de vele vogels in deze zo groene omgeving. Het appartement ligt op ong. 2O0 meter van het meer van Annecy met het haventje , het zwembad en de mooie wandelparken. Apartplage is een klein parkje, maar zeer aangenaam. Goede restaurantjes op loopafstand. Met de fiets naar Annecy is ongeveer 8 km. Heerlijk fietsen langs het water. Rondje om het meer met de fiets is ong. 30 km., maar bij Taillores wel erg pittig, steil en een hele lange afdaling. Jennifer is heel hartelijk en behulpzaam. Zij geeft je echt het gevoel thuis te komen in haar appartement. We hadden één week geboekt , maar hadden wel langer willen blijven. Jennifer, bedankt voor je gastvrijheid! Frans en Ans

I chose to live here for its superiour quality of life and quickly became a huge enthusiast for the region and all it has to offer..... mountains, lake, great eating, skiing, the cycle track, the charming old town of Annecy, Chamonix, Italy and Switzerland amongst others.....I have had some wonderful experiences here and very much enjoy sharing them with visitors with a view to helping them make the most of this wonderful area.

This apartment is located in a sought after residence thanks to its quiet location and less than 2 minutes walk from the entrance to Saint-Jorioz beach and the marina. The town of Annecy is easily accessible by bicycle (30mins) using the dedicated cycle track which runs down the west bank of Lake Annecy passing only 3 minutes away from the apartment. This apartment provides the perfect base from which to explore this delightful area. Ideal for a couple or a family with 2 children.

The location of this apartment enables you to make the most of this beautiful area so close to the lake shore and the cycle track. I have 8 years experience of looking after enthusiastic holiday makers and I have a genuine desire to ensure I add value to the holiday experience of each and every one of my guests.
