We enjoyed our stay at the Scottsdale home. It was a beautiful house. The backyard is a wonderful place to sit and unwind. Ted provided excellent communication with us before and during the stay.

Iconic AZ Retreat

Complete with stuning views of the surrounding mountains, the house is a spacious luxury retreat. We stayed for 2 weeks. Great location close to restaurants, hiking, grocery stores with easy access to main roads and highways.

Thanksgiving Fun

We had such a great time staying here over Thanksgiving. Ted is a great host, and the house was perfect, clean, and comfortable. It is close to several golf courses and Scottsdale. 100% recommend.

Lovely home in Toronto North

We loved our time in Scottsdale. Great location in a beautiful neighborhood, near hiking trails, restaurants, shopping. The view of Pinnacle Peak and the golf course was fabulous!

Beautiful Oasis

This is a beautiful, spacious home, with a spectacular back yard. (Pools, waterfall, grill, fireplace, lush landscaping, towering cactus, adjacent to golf course, birds). Well equipped. Enjoy! house, nice location.

Wonderful, spacious house in a beautiful setting

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this clean, quiet and spacious home in a beautiful setting on the golf course at Troon North. The house itself offers a very comfortable layout of bedrooms and living spaces, and the backyard is a peaceful oasis with simply amazing views of Pinnacle Peak. I also could not have asked for a more friendly, responsive and supportive owner who clearly cares about ensuring that guests enjoy their stay. Thank you for such a great stay!

Desert Oasis

Large beautiful house, nicely decorated. The back yard is paradise. Beautiful mountain views, hot tub, pool, waterfall, and fireplace. Many birds out back, attractive outdoor lighting, gorgeous landscaping, with a huge Saguaro cactus. This house will exceed your expectations.

Beautiful Scottsdale vacation home has it all!

My husband and I spent a month getting out of winter at Ted's gorgeous Scottsdale home. The Troon North community is our favorite because it's not too close to the noise and traffic in downtown Scottsdale, yet absolutely everything you could want is just minutes away. The home is on the Monument golf course, truly the best of some amazing courses in the area. When we weren't golfing, hiking, meeting some very cool neighbors for lunch, playing tennis or dining at one of a plethora of great restaurants in the area, we were enjoying the gorgeous spa in the yard and using the gourmet worthy grill to cook up some tasty dinners under the stars. Very romantic! The house is clean and beautiful, there's a pool table (tons of fun!), plenty of privacy should you vacation with other couples, and Ted couldn't have been a more gracious host. If we could give it more than five stars, we would! One more thing- we loved the community, people and neighborhood so much we bought a home in Troon North while we were there!

A fun and beautiful home away from home

The home is well appointed and in a great location. We were on a golf vacation, so the location on the course with Pinnacle Peak in the background was the icing on the cake. The hot tub and wading pool were a welcome respite after a day on the course. The home and back yard were so nice we opted for dinner at home several nights. The primary bed was perfect for a good night’s sleep to be ready go for the next day.

Troon North - An Excellent Experience

The property is wonderful. A great home, very clean, comfortable furniture, beds, and well appointed. The view from the patio is breathtaking. The property manager/owner is very nice and gets back to you very quickly. Overall I would highly recommend this property.

Was lovely home and property

The five stars aren't enough for the responsiveness of the property owner. He was wonderful. We loved the house and our adult children/spouses enjoyed it as much as we did. The spa and pool were just the right size for us. The view of the golf course was lovely and we loved walking to the hiking trails from the house. We had a wonderful time.

Great house in Troon North

This is a great house on the Troon North golf course with an ideal southern exposure. The house and backyard have a wonderful view of Pinnacle Peak as well as sun all day, plus a covered patio area. The logistics are all set up very well with the owner with excellent communication. The house was clean and very easy to live in. It is a property that I look forward to returning to.

Golf trip

This house fit our group needs - near a friend's house, spacious for four golfers, and a hot tub to relax after a round. Communication with owner is easy and fast. Great trip, great house.

Great stay at North Troon

I would highly recommend this property. The photos don't do it justice. The views to pinnacle peak are outstanding. We enjoyed each day sitting in the backyard with with the sun streaming in, its very private as we never saw the neighbors on either side. The hot tub is as nice as I have ever seen, very large and deep. Its a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, great for walking. Stores and restaurants are a moderate distance, about 6 to 8 minutes by car. Cable TV is excellent, not basic cable, many channels are available. The pool table is top notch, it is in excellent condition. Probably the best feature of this property is working with Ted. He was always available, cheerful, kind and helpful.
