Villa Marian. Pool heating, very private, Wifi AC, near beach

Very private as there are no neighbours on the sides and it is nearly not overlooked. Very well maintained, WiFi, aircon in all bedrooms, private pool with optional pool heating. Quick access to the road to the beach since this is close to a secondary entry of Monte Pego. This is why the villa is perfect to wind down, being at a 10 minute drive from some gorgeous sandy beaches, In Denia and Oliva. Supermarkets and restaurants at 5 minutes in Pego and El Vergel.

All inclusive price: 10% IVA, fair use of electricity (50 Kw/day) and water (800 l/day), sheets, towels, wifi, final cleaning, pool cleaning... The overuse of supplies (60 KW/day and 600 litres/day) will be charged at a 0.5 euro per kWh and 3€ per M3. Pool heating from March to October, from €200/weekly.

Tourist board approved with code VT-441124-A. 600€ security deposit required when checking in.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in dem wundervollen Haus von Oliver. Familie und Freunde haben sich die Klinke in die Hand gegeben, die vier Schlafzimmer haben dazu verlockt ... alle waren restlos begeistert. Pool, Terrassen, offene Küche, viel Platz - alles super. Oliver ist ein toller Gastgeber, alles hat gut funktioniert.

ESTANCIA PERFECTA - MUY RECOMENDABLE

Hemos estado 7 días y al chalet no le falta detalle, en cualquier estancia. Dispone de un baño por habitación, todo un lujo. La cocina muy bien equipada, con todo y más de lo que puedas necesitar esos días. El comedor y sala de estar muy amplia. Las zonas exteriores, tanto la parte delantera, como la trasera, dónde está la piscina, muy bien amuebladas y cuidadas Las habitaciones amplias. Los colchones y almohadas muy cómodos, lo que se agradece mucho, también los detalles en cocina y baños. La playa a 10 minutos en coche, también buenas playas. Dénia queda cerquita, si quieres hacer una escapada. Lo dicho una estancia perfecta. Si es cierto que faltaban mosquiteras en las ventanas, pero, sí que hay en las puertas, por lo que puedes dejarlas abiertas sin problema, Oliver nos comentó que las tenían que poner, en cualquier caso he de decir que no nos picó ni un solo mosquito durante nuestra estancia, Las vistas a la marjal y montaña, también preciosas. Por cierto Oliver, como comentamos, muchas gracias por todo, es un alojamiento perfecto para disfrutar y con TODO lo necesario para pasar unos días de descanso. Lo hemos disfrutado mucho, tu amabilidad y disponibilidad también han sido de 10. Un saludo

Casa fabulosa y llena de detalles

La casa está fenomenal. Situado en una zona tranquila, muy cerca de comercios y de diferentes playas, todas de arena fina. En cuanto a la casa, está llena de detalles; muy amplia, limpia, cuidada, con estancias independientes, completa en cuanto a mobiliario, utensilios y ropa de cama y toallas. La cocina cuenta con todo, un lujo cocinar allí. La zona de la piscina no se queda atrás: amplia, con tumbonas, zona de sombra y muy cuidada. En la casa, además, hay diferentes juegos, con lo que ir en familia con niños hace que haya entretenimiento asegurado. Destacar también la amabilidad de sus propietarios. Te ayudan en todo lo que necesites y se preocupan de que disfrutes de la estancia. En resumen, un alojamiento más que recomendable y unos propietarios que se preocupan para que todo esté perfecto.

We all enjoyed our stay very much, wonderful Villa and views. Good location for visiting different areas. The only improvement could be sharper knives and more chopping boards in the kitchen. That’s just because we cook alot. Highly recommend

Superbe

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. La maison est très bien équipée et très fonctionnelle. La vue de la villa est magnifique surtout au coucher du soleil. Encore mieux que sur les photos. Olivier est une personne très sympathique, attentionné et d’une gentillesse incroyable. Je recommande vivement d’y séjourner vous ne serez pas déçu.

Sensacional

Un equipamiento completísimo, no le falta ni un detalle. Dos familias con niñas y adolescentes hemos pasado una semana de agosto en el paraíso. Las cuatro habitaciones dobles, todas muy espaciosas e iluminadas, disponen de aire acondicionado y de sus baños con ducha. El salón central es inmenso. Estre las joyas de esta casa destaco la piscina, las terrazas y las vistas. A pocos minutos de la playa, colgada en la montaña, mediante una construcción vertiginosa, esta villa permite unas vistas increíbles: sierras, naranjos y palmerales, y en el plano humedales y arrozales que mantienen el verde brillante a mediados de agosto. Muy al fondo, en miniatura, se observa la línea de mar custodiada por numerosos edificios de apartamentos. De noche la visión es relajante y refrescante, reparadora si has tenido un sopor de playa. En conjunto, un diez. Volveremos a la que podamos. Sin dudarlo.

Beautiful Villa in a remote scenic location

This was our first time visiting Spain and Monte Pego didn't disappoint. The villa was very spacious and is kept in a very good clean condition. The views from the balcony and pool area are stunning, with panoramic views of mountains, orchards, rice fields, the local towns and the sea in the distance. The bedrooms were a good size all with their own bathrooms, the beds were comfortable and each room has air conditioning which did come in handy. The living room was a god space to all sit and relax listening to music or watching films, we took a laptop with us to watch films on the TV. The pool was big enough for relaxing and playing games, while allowing you to view the scenery form the edge. With the warm weather and the sun hitting the pool, we spent most of our time there. Having the barbecue area situated to the pool was ideal, we used the barbecue most nights and it was a nice area to eat and socialise. The owners were very hospitable, from the first email asking about the villa to arriving at the villa Oliver was very helpful and patient with all our questions. They provided us with local knowledge of the area and good places to visit, such as the farmers market in Jesus Pobre which supplied us with food for the barbecue and grappa (a spirit made from the seeds of grapes, very potent). Monte Pego is quite remote from the surrounding towns, which makes it a nice getaway to relax. The villa is ideal for self-sufficient travellers who have a car, with the port town Denia only a couple of miles south and Pego to the north both being nice places to visit. Valencia was about an hour’s drive from Monte Pego on the Auto Pista and Benidorm a similar distance, which I would definitely recommend visiting if you get the chance. The only downside to the remote location was the cost of taxi’s to and from the local towns, Denia was around £30 each way. But this wasn’t an issue we found, as we were happy visiting different places during the day and coming back to the villa to enjoy our time with friends/family in the evening. This is a beautiful villa in a lovely part of Spain, with two very nice and welcoming owners and I can definitely recommend a visit if you get the chance, we would definitely return if we get the chance.

Lovely holiday villa with breathtaking sea views, facing the Natural Park of Marjal de Pego-Oliva. Brand new equipment and complete privacy (the house is not overlooked). This is a exclusive situation 10 minutes from the beach, in a luxury and international neighborhood (mostly British, German, Dutch, French and Swiss residents). Groundfloor: 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with shower, living room and kitchen. Ground floor: 1 independent apartment with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a small kitchennette-sitting room with 1 sofa bed. Pets are welcome inside the fenced enclosure (enough space: about 100 sqm). Barbeque by the swimmingpool. Cats are not allowed on the inside because of the leather sofa. No smoking inside the house. All rooms have air conditioning. Parking space for 2 cars.
