「3Vallées」ドメインで、「Preyerand」地区にある3部屋のアパート30 m2、レジデンス「les Balcons d'Olympie」を借ります。 斜面のふもとにあるMassif de la Masseの眺め。テラスからスキーをします。リビングルームから車を取り出す必要はありません。 （隣に別のアパートを借りる可能性があり、5人で通信しないRef 668113）。 近くには、機器のレンタルとスキースクール、ミニマーケット、レストラン、スポーツセンターがあります。 快適なアパートメント、140 cmベッド+ 90 cmベッドのあるベッドルーム、1段ベッド（2 x 90 cm）のある閉じたキャビン、設備の整った簡易キッチンのあるリビングルーム、テレビ、LV、大型冷蔵庫、1人用のソファベッド90 cm、独立したトイレ、バスタブ付きのバスルーム。

Location wise it is perfect. Close to the skitrack and thus de first skilift.

We were missing a wifi connection point, but had failed to do our research on this. For the next stay we will search for a place with wifi. Being used to appartments in other countries this one was smaller and a bit more basic. The beds slept just fine and that was a very welcome surprise.

Clean, warm and well equipped ski in/out appartment

Probably a little larger than average appartment in the price range, well equipped with plenty of kitchenware and loads of cleaning products, bin bags etc... in cupboards when we arrived. Maybe two hundred metres from Sherpa supermarket and Intersport at Preyerand. Accessible from Bettex on way home, or by hanging a right off the run from Preyerand area to Pointe de Masse. Ski out to Bettex or Tortellete lifts. Good communication from owner and key holder.

Overly complicated

Overall our experience renting this property was poor. The size and location was good. It would not be good for more than 4 adults. Getting the keys turned out to be unnecessarily complicated. Cleanliness seems to be dependent on how the last guest left the property. The floor had rocks and dirt and we found an empty wine bottle under a bed. The linen situation is a nightmare. While the property is well stocked with utensils it is completely absent of basic consumables like salt, sugar, oil, tea/coffee etc. This makes it incredibly expensive for anyone wanting to cook any meals as the local stores only seem to sell large packs. We had to buy 1kg of sugar just for morning coffees.

Praktisch ingericht appartement direct aan piste

Het appartement was prima voor ons gezin van 5. Het was praktisch ingericht, waardoor we ondanks dat het niet groot was, het niet als klein hebben ervaren. De bedden sliepen fantastisch. We konden met vrienden met z’n 9-en aan de tafel zitten. Er waren meer dan genoeg borden en bestek etc. Op de begane grond was er een klein skihokje, waar de skies stonden. Je moest om het gebouw lopen en daarvandaan kon je skidag op de 600 km aan pistes van de Trois Vallees starten!!

Appartement bien équipé

C'est un appartement bien équipé pour une semaine de ski. Il manquerait juste un plat à tarte pour pouvoir faire une quiche par exemple avec un four qui le permet. Seul souci le bruit le matin des autres occupants qui mettent leurs chaussures de ski dans les escaliers ..il devrait y avoir une pancarte d interdiction.

Klein aber fein

Die mit 30 m2 kleine Ferienwohnung ist durchdacht und komplett eingerichtet. Für Familien und Leute die sich sehr gut verstehen und kennen eine klasse Unterkunft in Les Menuieres. Die ebenerdige Lage im Tiefpaterre ermöglicht einen schnellen Zugang über die Terasse und dadurch auch direkt zur Piste (Lift Bettex). Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist fußläufig mit dem Carfoure montagne in unter 5 Minuten erreichbar. Die Schlüsselübergabe wird gut erklärt und hat gut geklappt. Französisch Kenntnisse sind für die Kommunikation wie meist in Frankreich von Vorteil. Leider kann der Warmwasserboiler abends kaum ausreichend warmes Duschwasser für fünf Personen nachliefern. 6 x warme Duschen und warm Abwaschen ist sportlich. Wir können uns eine erneute Buchung sehr gut vorstellen. Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis ist schwer zu toppen! Wir sind sehr zufrieden.

Très chouette appartement. Tout proche des pistes et de la croisette (via les bulles rapides). Logement bien équipé, propre, bien situé et pas mal de rangement. Nous vous recommandons sans hésiter cette location!

Fantastic week in Les Menuires

A wonderful apartment, ideally suited to our needs. Very well equipped and beds were extremely comfortable. The location of the apartment is very good... first impressions suggest it is a little seperate from the resort but there are excellent links to the centre and the piste is just below the apartment, allowing for a straight-forward start to the day's skiing. There is ample parking and the grassy area behind the apartment was lovely to relax in the sun at the end of a long day skiing (we did have particularly wonderful weather!). Our friends had the nieghbouring apartment and we couldn't have asked for better! Kitchen is a generous size and a large fridge made catering easy. Thank you... we recommend this apartment unreservedly!

Nice apartment very close to the piste.

You can start skiing from the terrace of the apartment. Returning home is easy too: skiing untill 20 meters of the building. You have a nice view on the mountains. In front of the window there's a slope which is perfect for playing with a luge. Enough space to make a snowman too! The light (bulb) of the bathroom wasn't functioning at arrival. After a phone call it was repaired within a few hours. The caution was payed back within a week. I recommand this apartment!

appartement agréable au bord des pistes

Idéal pour les skieurs, l'appartement est proche de la piste du Bettex. Les commerces sont aussi à proximité et l'accès à La Croisette se fait facilement. L'appartement est bien équipé. Nous étions 3 adultes et avons apprécié ce petit logement, pendant une semaine.

Appartement spacieux et agréable

Nous avons apprécié cet appartement spacieux et bien conçu. Les 2 chambres sont vraiment appréciables pour profiter du salon. Cuisine équipée de tout ce qu'il faut. Le départ ski au pied de la terrasse est possible en journée mais pas possible le matin pour se rendre au départ des cours de ski et au club Piou-Piou car les remontées ne sont pas encore ouvertes. Il faut partir à pied jusqu'au téléphérique, ce qui n'est pas si facile avec des petits. Nous recommandons cette location!
