Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans cet appartement très agréable, bien équipé, avec un petit jardin et une belle terrasse qui permet de profiter de la vue mer panoramique. Les contacts avec Léa ont été faciles et agréables, et l'accueil de son père très chaleureux!

Cet appartement permet de profiter pleinement de Bogliasco, sa plage, son environnement. Il est vaste, les pièces sont spacieuses, le mobilier plaisant, il est calme, la terrasse se prolonge dans le jardin, il est bien aménagé, la vue est splendide. La pente pour y accéder est raide certes, et il faut emprunter un moment la via aurelia mais le trottoir est parfaitement sécurisé. Le père de la propriétaire est venu nous chercher à la gare et la propriétaire éloignée est très hospitalière et efficace. A recommander sans hésitation.C'est extra.

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub

Check in verlief problemlos. Bereits einige Tage vor unserer Ankunft haben wir die wichtigsten Infos von Lea erhalten. Am Anreisetag war die Wohnung etwas früher fertig. Leider hatten wir uns bei der Ankunft verpasst, aber trotzdem war die Kommunikation (auf Englisch) sehr nett und freundlich.Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt, alles was man brauchte gab es. Selbst die Küche war bestens ausgestattet, sodass man sich auch mal selber was kochen konnte. Am schönsten war der Ausblick von der Terrasse. Es war so schön ruhig und wirklich sehr erholsam.Ich möchte aber darauf hinweisen, dass der Weg zur Wohnung wirklich sehr steil ist, aber für Leute die gut zu Fuss sind , ist es ein toller Workout.:-) Wir sind jeden Tag mit Bus oder Bahn irgendwo hingefahren, was ich auch sehr empfehlen kann, das Auto haben wir nur zum einkaufen gebraucht.. Der Ort selber ist auch sehr schön, wir waren jeden Abend an der Strandbar und haben den Tag ausklingen lassen. Uns hat es wirklich sehr gut gefallen und wenn wir wieder nach Italien fahren, würden wir auch diese Wohnung buchen.

Super Ausblick und Umgebung

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und begrüßt. Auch für die Hunde waren Näpfen und Matte vorhanden.Von der Terrasse herrlicher Blick ins Meer.Geschäfte, Parks, Restaurants, Promenade und Strand sind gut fußläufig zu erreichen gewesen. Ferienwohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend.Wir konnten uns sehr gut entspannen und den Urlaub genießen.

Traumhafte Lage mit Meerblick. Die Wohnung entsprach dem Inserat und war mit allem ausgestattet, was es braucht. Leider hatten wir Pech mit einem Wasserunterbruch im Ort. Die Besitzerin hat aber alles getan, um die Unannehmlichkeiten zu überbrücken und hat uns einen Teil der Kosten zurückerstattet - sehr fair.Lediglich die Sauberkeit (vor allem vom Teppich im Wohnzimmer) könnte etwas verbessert werden. hat ununs uns

Vue sublime sur la baie de Bogliasco. Calme. Récupération des clefs facile. Il faut, soit un moyen de transport, soit des mollets en bétons .

Great place and a perfect host!

We came from Germany by train (NightJet from Munich to Genova and onwards with regional train to Bogliasco), which went really well. We walked from the station to the house, which is up the hill (Lea warned us!), but doable if you are in good shape. So a great place if you want to come with public transport! The place itself is phantastic, with a perfect view over the sea from the terrace. Lea is a great host, all questions were answered very quickly via WhatsApp, and she also accommodated our special wishes (like individual blankets, which is unusual in Italy ;-)). On the last day, we were allowed to stay longer, as the weather was bad, and we had to kill time until the NightTrain started - that was also very nice! So it's definitely a recommendation if you want to a relaxed holiday in a nice environment, with enough opportunity to go walking or enjoy the beach!

Stunning Location

We stopped at Lea's property for a week in September. Everything was as described in the listing. The view from the balcony was wonderful. The beds were comfortable and the living room bright and airy. Access to the property could be tricky with a large car as it was very tight and steep. Having arrived. however, the parking was convenient with a short walk to the property. Communication with Lea was good and she responded quickly to any questions we had. One small matter was the temperature of the water which fluctuated daily. We contacted Lea regarding this and although there was some improvement, the water was never really hot. This wasn't too much of an issue, however, as the weather was so lovely! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in such a beautiful area.

Vue sur le Paradis

Appartement spacieux et très bien équipé. Terrasse avec vue magnifique sur le golfe du Paradis. Accueil sympathique des propriétaires qui parlent bien français. Stationnement réservé . Voiture nécessaire pour accéder par une route pentue et tortueuse à l'appartement (difficile à faire à pieds pour des personnes à mobilité un peu réduite).

Sagenhafte Entspannung

Der Ausblick von der Terrasse alleine ist unbezahlbar. Denselben Ausblick hat man auch von einem der Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung, insbesondere die Kueche, ist gut ausgestattet. Außer dem gelegentlichen Hahn oder Hund hört man sehr wenig. Die Wohnung und die Terrasse sind so geschützt, dass man die Nachbarn nur sieht, wenn man die Wohnung verlässt. Die steile Anfahrt an die Wohnung ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber durchaus machbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

A room with a view!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The unit had all the amenities we needed! It included two rooms that open out to the patio which we loved. The patio view of the sea and hillside was exceptional. It was our relaxation time before we headed back home and we thought the location was great. We took a day trip to Portofino and were very glad we were staying in Bogliasco! Portofino is very crowded.

Une semaine à bogliasco

L'appartement est tel que décrit dans l'annonce (propre, confortable, agréable, proche de la gare). Léa et ses parents sont d'une gentillesse extrême et toujours disponibles pour nous conseiller. De plus, ils parlent et écrivent le français, gros plus pour nous qui ne parlons que français ! Nous avions programmé notre semaine en fonction de la météo. Nous avons pu tout réaliser avec déplacement en train uniquement (PISE, Gênes, les Cinque Terre et pleins de découvertes aux alentours de Bogliasco).

Vacances à la mer

Super séjour! L’appartement est exactement comme sur les photos et la vue encore plus belle. Il y a tout pour passer de belles vacances. Les plages (sable ou galets) et le village sont à 10-15 min à pied. Nous avons tout pu visiter facilement en train.
