Traditional house in the historical part, community pool, sea view / mountain

Beautiful house, with several centuries old, located in the heart of the Moorish village of Frigiliana with individual character and great views. Located in a quiet pedestrian street, just meters from the main street. With original Moorish arches, thick stone walls, whitewashed and wood-beamed ceilings and it has been restored with all modern amenities. It has three levels with panoramic countryside and sea visible from almost every room and especially from its two terraces. It has two bedrooms, one with double 1.50 × 2.00 m. (Queen size) and air conditioning, and one with two single beds of 0. 90 × 2.00 m. In addition to the living area on the ground floor, a few steps lead to a living room with a special atmosphere with a wood stove. One of the terraces has tables and chairs under the shadow of hurdle and a spectacular bougainvillea. The other has loungers for sunbathing. The house also has the right to use a nice pool located a couple of minutes and is accessed by crossing a nice little botanic garden. The pool is open from 1 April to 30 October.
There is satellite TV, stereo and books in several languages and some board games and free internet. It also has fans and oil radiators.

Fabulous stay!

This property is everything you would expect from a typically Spanish townhouse property. The outdoor areas were perfect for enjoying the fabulous views. Ana the host was nothing short of fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and she made our first stay in Frigiliana extra special.

Delightful

Ana’s place is beautiful. It has an elegant Spanish flair with the most incredible views. Ana really did think of everything…a big bowl of fruit, a bottle of wine and towels for the beach and/or pool. We look forward to visiting again. Thank you, Elizabeth.

A perfect stay!

We have just returned from a wonderful stay in Ana’s property. The house is beautiful - very traditional and in the heart of the historic part of Frigiliana, boasting stunning views over the village from the two terraces. Ana is a fantastic host and is on hand if you need anything or have any questions. We couldn’t have asked for more. A perfect stay!

Another charming week in Frigiliana

Just come back from a week at Ana,s charming house in Frigiliana.We have stayed in many houses in Frigiliana and this one rated with the best, It was spotless had everything you need and was ideally situated in the historical centre of the village.Ana is a charming lady and the wine she left us was very welcome I would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Great house, great views!

Just back from staying in this traditional Spanish house for 3 weeks. The welcoming fruit and wine from Ana the host, were a lovely treat. Great views from both balconies over the campo. Ana, has a shop in the village and she is always on hand to answer any queries. We had a great time and can thoroughly recommend this house, close to local shops and restaurants, Frigiliana is a lovely whitewashed village, brilliant!

Beautiful and original Andalucian home in a delightful town

The hosts were very happy to help us and left a generous bowl of fruit and bottle of wine for us. The flowers on the house look fantastic. It is a old house maintaining the traditional Andalucian features.it is located in the heart of the casco historico. We very much enjoyed our stay. The only slight change we would make in future is travel in spring or Autumn with slightly cooler temperatures. We recommend the property and the hosts. Craig and Luisa

Beautiful house in a beautiful village

Ana was so helpful and accommodating. Kitchen was well equipped. I loved the patio and stepping outside and sitting in the botanical garden. Not centrally heated- space heaters in bedrooms. Thanks Ana for sharing your beautiful home.

Perfect

This is the prettiest house in Frigiliana. It’s a beautiful, traditional Spanish house. Has a beautiful terrace off the bedroom which is perfect for breakfast and evening drinks with amazing views. Very clean and well equipped with everything you need. Position is perfect for all Frigiliana has to offer. The host Ana is wonderful, very welcoming and available if you need anything. We love Frigiliana and can’t wait to go back, wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Small traditional Spanish style house.

Frigiliana is a stunning village which is why we wanted to return and stay there. The host Ana is lovely and very helpful. The house is a traditional Frigiliana style townhouse from the outside it is stunning and clearly an attraction in the village given the amount of people who stop and take pictures of it, the interior layout is quite ‘unique’ and doesn’t flow as well as it could. I would say this house is not suitable for children due to the lack of a sitting area on the ground floor and the amount of stairs in the property. The kitchen is also tiny and does not have a full size oven but instead it has a ‘toaster oven’ which is A4 size and has to be taken out and set on the counter each time you want to use it. The house is suited to a group of adults who don't plan to cook much.There are approximately 60-70 steps up to the front door from the main road, you can get to the house by driving up into the village but this is only allowed at certain times of the day due to the village being mainly pedestrianised. We hired a car and found parking to be a nightmare resulting in us leaving it parked for up to 5 days so as not to loose the space. The pool is lovely and it’s nice to have access to it however it is a 10 minute walk away, this didn’t bother us but unfortunately for the first week of our stay we had my husbands mother staying, she has mobility issues. If you don’t like to walk or climb stairs Frigiliana is not the place for you and neither is this house.

Ana ist eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die immer für ihre Gäste verfügbar ist. Das Haus ist zuckersüß und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die kleine Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Das Dorf ist bezaubernd und eines der schönsten, das wir gesehen haben. Man sollte jedoch gut zu Fuß sein, da sehr viele Treppen und starke Steigungen vorhanden sind. Wir durften das Festival der drei Kulturen in vollen Zügen erleben. Es war toll. Danke liebe Ana für diese unvergessliche Zeit und Deine Gastfreundschaft.

Wonderful house in Frigiliana

Ana's house is so lovely, we had such a great week there. It has the most beautiful terrace covered in bougainvillea with a view of the sea and the mountains. The living room on the ground floor is amazing too. The house has lots of great extras - lots of books to read, a tv, radio, beach toys for kids. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the old village near lots of shops and restaurants.

Hemos pasado unos días fantásticos en Frigiliana, disfrutando de la belleza del pueblo y de esta preciosa casa…es aún más bonita que en las fotos!!
