Beautiful Plaza and so close to everything

The property was perfect. Close to restaurants shops and The Balcon. Torrecilla beach was a gentle stroll away. Plaza Espana is a lovely modern pedestrian square which is kept impeccably clean and a very large terrace means you can sit outside and enjoy a coffee or wine . It does tend to get a little noisy in the evening but this is with local children who come here to play. Not with groups of holidaymakers

Muy buena ubicación y muy buenas vacaciones

Pasamos unos días estupendos en este apartamento, todo muy limpio y según lo indicado en el anuncio. Está muy céntrico, junto a restaurantes y playa a 200 mts. Carlos, el antitrión nos recibió con gran amabilidad y ayudando a que la estancia fuera lo más agradable posible. Sin duda lo recomendamos e intentaremos volver. Gracias Javier

Bonito pueblo y buen lugar para disfrutarlo

A pesar de ser claramente un lugar muy turístico Nerja es un sitio muy bonito y tranquilo para pasar unas vacaciones en familia. La casa está muy bien y situada a 2 minutos del centro por lo que se evita el bullicio nocturno pero estás cerca de todo. A la playa más grande hay que andar un poco más pero merece la pena. Propietario muy amable que nos proporcionó información de todo. Recomendable sin duda.

Home from home

Great location, near to all bars ect but very quiet at night. Spacious apartment with many cupboards ect. Lots of coat hangers which was unusual and a nice surprise. Would definitely book again.

Excellent - just as described !!

Stayed here for a week in July 2018 (2 adults & 2 teens), our first visit to Nerja. I had been told by friends that location is key with this resort so took the decision to go for an apartment within a residential block right in the centre, but without a pool. Location was excellent, based around a very quiet square but literally a few minutes walk from the prom, beaches and restaurants. Apartment was a really clean and modern, which comes with private parking for an additional fee. Carlos met us upon arrival and made sure we were happy with everything, plus he provided a 'welcome pack' of wine, water etc. Deceptively spacious, two decent sized bedrooms, plus full sized separate kitchen and small utility, Lovely to sit out on the balcony with a glass of wine !! Couple of pointers would make it even better; Mirrors in bedrooms Free air con (on a meter) Chairs for the beach Highly recommend - would definitely stay again.

Bellissimo appartamento in centro

Appartamento spazioso, luminoso con grande balcone in pieno centro e a pochi passi dal mare. Molto ben arredato, curato, con ottimi letti. Assolutamente da raccomandare. Il locatore Carlos, persona gentile e disponibile.

Top ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt!

Die beste Ferienwohnung, die wir je hatten. Sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Zentrum und die Strände von Nerja sind bestens zu erreichen. Fazit: uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!

Schönes Apartment in zentraler Lage

Das Apartment ist über das übliche Maß komplett eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt mit einem grossen Balkon zur Plaza Espana. Man ist mit wenigen Schritten im touristischen Zentrum von Nerja und nahe an den Stränden. Der Vermieter Carlos ist sehr nett und kümmert sich um alles. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Superhuis!!!

Wij hebben 11 dagen in dit fantastische appartement genoten van onze vakantie. Het is echt een superhuis op een goede plek midden in Nerja. Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een fijn verblijf is aanwezig. De inventaris is meer dan compleet, het huis ziet er keurig netjes uit. Het contact met de eigenaar, Carlos, verloopt prima. Zowel voor, tijdens als na het verblijf. Als wij weer naar Nerja gaan, gaan wij dit huis zeker weer proberen te boeken. Het is zeker een aanrader!!! Carlos, nogmaals bedankt. Annetta, Ivon en Johan

Compleet appartement in hartje centrum!

Alles is hier aanwezig, zowel in het appartement als daar buiten: slechts een paar stappen lopen voor de gezellige winkeltjes en terrasjes en de leuke strandjes van Nerja! Zelfs voor de huurauto is een priveparkeerplaats onder het appartement te huur, met de lift te bereiken. Een aanrader dus!

Schöner Langzeiturlaub in Nerja

Wir haben 5 Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Apartment an der Plaza Espana verbracht. Die Lage ist einfach toll, man ist innerhalb von 5 Minuten im Zentrum und am Strand. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung ruhig gelegen, die Nachtruhe wird nicht gestört. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und lässt keine Wünsche offen, angefangen bei sehr guten Betten, einer guten Ausstattung der Küche und einer geschmackvollen Möblierung. Der Vermieter Carlos ist sehr nett und steht bei Fragen und Problemen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können das Apartment ohne Vorbehalt weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank an Carlos und seine Frau Alicia !!

excellent apartment

my partner and I and our two young children, stayed here for ten days over the Christmas 2015 Period. we found it to be a very comfortable apartment, clean and child friendly, great location for bars restaurants, shops and beaches. Carlos the owner was a great guy and very helpful, couldn't have asked for better. we most definitely will be contacting him again about this apartment if we return to Nerja and i would highly recommend this apartment to friends or family if they were ever considering going to nerja and staying in apartment rather than a hotel. Delightful Apartment so close to Nerja Centre

Firstly. We would like to thank Carlos the Owner For the excellent service he provided us with 5***** The Apartment is well provided for all your needs on Holiday and Very comfortable, Also very tastefully decorated, There is a Television and Satellite Air Con and also wifi provided, The Square that the Apartment looks unto is a very a Pleasant outlook and always quiet and well kept as the advert says the main Shops and Restaurants are only a very short stroll away, All in all if you are looking for a pleasant Holiday away you won't be disappointed with Carlos and his Family who also runs a Supermarket and the tremendous Town of Nerja, We hope to return to the Apartment SAP Sent from my iPad

Excellent Rental

Excellent Accommodation

Fabulous apartment located close to fantastic bars, restaurants etc. shopping is also close to the Plaza Espana as is the Bus terminal where you can get the bus to the local attractions, Marco who speaks very good English and his wife Alicia are lovely people and made us very welcome and were there to help when we visited there shop for our groceries, My wife and I will certainly be visiting Nerja again and hopefully staying at Marcos apartment

Feels like home - Wohlfühlen von Anfang an

Komplett eingerichtete, moderne, sehr saubere Wohnung in absolut zentraler und doch ruhiger Lage. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns tatsächlich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis war sehr gut. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Excellent apartment in a very central location

Excellent modern comfortable apartment with everything you could wish for. Very centrally located in the Plaza Espana, very short walk to the Balcon, shops, restaurants and bars but in a lovely quiet location. The owner, Carlos, speaks excellent English and is very helpful and made sure we had a comfortable stay at a very reasonble price.
