静かな都市化にある美しいタウンハウスで、家族でバーベキューを楽しめる2つのプライベートガーデンがあります。 それは3つのスイミングプール、2つのジャグジー、ピクニックエリア、遊ぶ子供のための理想的な遊び場で2500㎡のコミュニティエリアに属します。

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in El Casalot. Die gesamte Anlageund insbesondere das Haus ist top gepflegt und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Segen und Fluch: außer den Wohnhäusern und der von ihnen eingefassten Pools ist da oben nichts. Man genießt Ruhe und Frieden, muss aber für alles und jedes fahren. Der nächste Strand ist gut 4km entfernt, der Supermarkt etwa 3km, Fahrräder sind mit kleinen Kindern wegen der sehr hügeligen Lage kaum nutzbar. Das Gros der Häuser wird offenbar von den Eigentümern privat genutzt, außerhalb der Ferien waren wir unter der Woche fast allein, ab Freitag wurde es dann lebhafter. Für uns war es wie gesagt perfekt so. Vielen Dank an unseren freundlichen und engagierten Gastgeber Edgar, der uns sehr nett willkommen hieß und sich wirklich gut um alles kümmert. Das WLAN war am Anfang nicht stabil, bzw. ganz weg, aber er hatte das im Blick und schrieb uns, dass er dran sei, bevor wir überhaupt etwas sagen konnten. Ab dem dritten Tag lief alles einwandfrei. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder!

La casa esta en una ubicación muy tranquila. Una comunidad muy cuidada, tanto las piscinas como los jardines. La casa tal y como redacta el anuncio. Hemos pasado unos dias como en casa. Destacar el colchon de la cama de matrimonio, de los mejores que he dormido. La atención con el propietario excelente. Para repetir.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec mon mari et mes 3 enfants. La maison est conforme aux photos il n'y a aucune mauvaise surprise vous pouvez sincèrement la louer les yeux fermés ! C'est une maison très bien entretenue et bien agencée. L'espace piscine /jaccuzzi est top ! Nous avons pu profiter du jardin la matinée et de la terrasse le soir avec le barbecue ! Le réveil le matin avec vue sur la mer depuis une des chambre est super! Les propriétaires Edgar et Sylvia sont d'une gentillesse remarquable et ont fait preuve de bienveillance à notre égard. Notre bien-être était leur priorité : un grand merci à eux ! On reviendra avec grand plaisir 👍👍 Sokona et sa famille

El pasado mes de Enero estuve unos dias con mi pareja y no nos arrepentimos para nada. La casa muy limpia, comoda y cojedora, tanto el jardin de la parte de alante como el de atras de la casa muy cuidados, las instalaciones de la urbanización muy bonitas, todo muy tranquilo, si vas con niños lo aprovecharian mucho, y estamos deseando volver en verano para bañarnos en las piscinas y jacuzzis!!! Es necesario ir en coche pero esta muy cerca de los pueblos de al lado, de las playas y algunos supermercados. El trato con los propietarios Edgar y Silvia inmejorable, gracias por vuestra atención, esperamos volver pronto! ;)

Tolles Ferienhaus in Traumlage mit Blick auf Meer und Berge. Experiencias inolvidable

Es una casa muy acogedora y con todo tipo de comodidades. Rodeada de plena natura. El lugar idóneo para una estancia en familia. Mañanas de playa y piscina y tardes cálidas de barbacoas y cócteles. La verdad es que tenemos un gran recuerdo de este último verano y para ello repetimos este año.

we are so grateful with Edgar. He was so helpful since we booked the house. In addition, the house is as the announcement shows. Everything is very clean. And the vest thing is the community area, where children have fun meanwhile the adults can relax.

We had a fantastic time in this house ! Just perfect ! Nice house , beautifull garden with all the swimming pools and jacouzis .... The house is very nice and complete with barbecue , perfect with the climatisation in the big leaving room and also the room upstairs ... Closed to the village and beautifulls beachs ( thanks to Edgar also as he sent us and give to us all the plans with recommands restaurants bars and think to do and explain everything to us .... Very nice ;) And the best is the cleaning at the end of the week is including !! ;) We were 2 couples with 2 kids and baby

nice vacation!!

We enjoyed a fantastic week in this townhouse with an incredible community area. There is a barbacue in the private garden, where we was cooking almost everyday. The house is well-equipped, with clean towels to each people, linen, hairdryer... And there is air conditioning which was very useful!! Edgar (the property) gave us every information about the tourist places, nice beaches, restaurants... Even thought he were available all time to answer our questions. Thank you very much Edgar! See you soon!!

Magnífica estancia en Casalot Park

Estuvimos en familia el pasado mes de Julio 2013. La casa estaba totalmente equipada, y muy limpia. Los propietarios muy simpáticos y atentos con nosotros para que estuviéramos cómodos en la estancia. La zona ajardinada es preciosa, muy cuidada. Ñas piscinas muy limpias. Desde la casa podíamos ver a os niños jugando en la zona comunitaria. Las piscinas tienen vayas de protección, por los niños. En los alrededores descubrimos preciosas playas, con agua muy limpia. Visitamos el pueblo de Cambrils, y realmente es precioso!! Unas vacaciones tranquilas, relajantes y muy recomendables!!

Hello, we are Edgar and Silvia, a young couple and the owners of the townhouse. We bought the house on 2007, since we like spend our vacations close to the Mediterranean Sea. Miami Beach offers the opportunity to do several activities like kayaking, fishing, diving and others. Although we love go there on holidays, we are living in Barcelona city for job and for that reason we have decided to rent the house some time on summer.
We will give you all the information about Miami Beach and the activities that you can do. Before coming here we will send you maps, information about how to rent a car and information where to go. And we will answer every question you have, because we would like you to enjoy here your time. See you soon!!

This apartment will ensure you a relaxing and pleasant holiday. Miami-Playa is a town that lies on a beautiful landscape between the Mediterranean sea and the mountains, in the southern part of the Costa Dorada. 120 Km. from Barcelona and 20 Km. from Salou a vibrant holiday area with Port Aventura, the biggest Spain funfair and 15 Km. from Cambrils. A coastal line of fully charming beauty: Clean sandy beaches and nice, quiet coves. For the sportive holiday markers Miami-Playa also offers numerous possibilities: Surfing, sailing, water ski, tennis, squash, riding, golf & mini golf.
Miami Playa has a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants. Miami Playa also boasts having some of the most beautiful yet secluded blue flag coves on the Costa Dorada. Further along the coast you come to the Delta Ebro region, a large marshland area home to thousands of migrating & resident bird life.
Bonmont Golf Course one of the finest golf courses in Spain, just five minutes drive car. For the more active travellers there are impressive mountains to be explored nearby within a short drive. Priorato area one of the most exquisite wine and also you can taste a great variety of local foods.
On hot summer days you can always find a refreshing sea breeze over Miami Playa. At an average yearly temperature of 18 degrees Celsius and 300 days of sun, you can enjoy a stay in Miami Playa almost all year round.
