私たちのアパートは、2つのベッドルーム（分離可能なベッドとダブルと1つのツイン）、バスルーム、すべての快適さを備えた大きな簡易キッチン付きのラウンジで構成されています。

Wonderful place for vacation

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the terrace, but everything else was great too. We received a very friendly welcome and were given lots of tips; everything was explained in detail. Thank you again!We would definitely like to come back again.

Lovely place

All in all a beautiful place and nice and super friendly people. We even got lemons from the mother one day. We can highly recommend this house.

Beautiful sea view

A lovely place to stay for vacation. We really enjoyed the time there. Check-in and -out was very uncomplicated. The communication with the Luca and his family was very pleasant and uncomplicated. Whenever possible we would like to stay at this location again.

Wonderful place to be

Amazing view over the bay of Sestri Levante from the terrace, very nice and well maintained apartment, very clean. Short walk to the beach and to the centre of Sestri. Perfect holidays!

Just wonderful!

We enjoyed out stay a lot. 10 minutes to the beach where you could take relaxingly long swims. The family Mineo is very kind, attentive and polite. We were picked up at the station which we appreciated a lot. The kitchen is very well equipped. Thank you very much for everything.

Excellent host, epic view.

Clear communication leading up to the stay. Greeted by the family who showed us the place. Very warm welcome and willing to share local knowledge.Nice place, all you need is there. Nice and cool.The view ... the view ... just sit on the balcony all day. There is a fixed sun shade, keeping things cool. Fresh lemons under your nose. EPIC!NIce walk to the center, lots of restaurants and beach side bars. Very pleasant service in all places we visited. Nice shops a mix of groceries and local products. Try the foccacia Genovese. Amazing walks in the area, great vista's around every corner.We really enjoyed it. Thanks Luca!

Family Vacation in Sestri Levante

This is a beautiful property, with magnificent views of the bay. The unit itself is in very good shape, feeling at once cozy and also clean and tidy with plenty of room for the three of us (myself, husband and 9 year old daughter). This is indeed a special place to stay and part of what makes it so lovely is Donatella, the host- she is gracious and makes you feel welcome while also making communication with her easy as possible. I cannot say enough great things about this property- staying at this unit was a highlight of our Italian trip!

On top of it all

Yes, there are some steps to climb up there. But we were rewarded with a lovely and airy little house with great view over the bay. It is a lovely walk along the coastline to reach the old town for shopping and dining. The very kind and helpful Luca recommended il chiosco delle ragazze as bagno which was perfect for sunbathing and swimming.

Lovely apartment with amazing view.

I just spent 11 nights at this apartment with my husband and 2 children (5 yrs and 10 months). I was very impressed, particularly for the price. The apartment has 2 good sized bedrooms, a large living area with kitchen and a nice bathroom. Perfect for a family of 4. The highlight is the terrace with wonderful views over sestri levante. The photos do not do the view justice and you can hear the sea too. The only downside was that the apartment is up a small hill and then another 2 flights of stairs which was very exhausting after a day out or evening meal. Particularly with a pram! However, we knew about the stairs before we came so was not surprised. It's also worth it for the wonderful view. Even though its 20min walk from the centre it's only 10mins to the nearest beach with great beach bars. The owners are very friendly and hospitable. Driving us to and from the station/next hotel. They also own the best pizza place in Sestri! I highly recommend this apartment.

Gut ausgestattete Unterkunft mit traumhaften Blick über die Bucht von Sestri Levante. Herzliche und zuvorkommende Betreuung durch die Vermieter. Wenige Gehminuten vom Kiesstrand und dem Stadtzentrum entfernt. Allerdings sind einige Höhenmeter zu bewältigen da die Unterkunft wie beschreiben am Berghang liegt. Die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern ein, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Ausflugsziele wie z.B. Cinque Terre sind bequem mit der Bahn zu erreichen. Vielen Dank an Familie Mineo, wir haben uns bei Ihnen sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.

Wir hatten 1 Woche tollen Urlaub und konnten ganz viele Sachen genießen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und entspannt nach Hause gefahren.Der erste Eindruck bei Ankunft ist natürlich krass, am Berg parken und dann die 70 Stufen hoch. Oben angekommen steht man auf der Terrasse, schaut zum Meer hinunter und ist total überwältigt von diesem gigantischen Ausblick. Echt super. Beschreibung für die Anfahrt ist super, passt absolut. Empfangen wurden wir von Roberto und seiner Frau total freundlich. Sie erklären alles ganz lieb und freundlich. Das Essen in Sestri ist prima, die besten Briosch bekommt man unten am Kreisverkehr Ortsausgang nach Chiavari in einer kleiner Strandbar. Viele freundliche Menschen getroffen, alles unkompliziert. Strand sauber und das Meer schön zum Baden, nicht unbedingt für kleine Kinder. Wir kommen bestimmt Mal wieder.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Man sollte für den Aufstieg gut zu Fuß sein, aber dafür wird man mit einer genialen Aussicht belohnt. Sowohl von der Terrasse als auch vom Esstisch hat man eine tolle Sicht aufs Meer. Der abschließbare Innenhof war total praktisch und unser Sohn konnte sicher draußen spielen. Es empfiehlt sich Fahrräder mitzubringen. Damit sind verschiedene Strände, die Innenstadt und Supermärkte in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr freundlich. Wir würden die Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Sehr nette Unterkunft, mit toller Ausstattung (z.B. Sonnenschirm, Strandtücher, Gewürzen und Küchenhandtüchern). Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und geduldig. Den (einen) Strand erreicht man auch mit kleinen Kindern zu Fuss.

Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt! Die Ferienwohnung ist ein echtes Juwel – perfekt ausgestattet, gemütlich und mit einem unbezahlbaren Ausblick. Der schattige Balkon (großer Sonnenschirm) und das kleine Lüftchen nachts sorgen für pure Entspannung. Die Lage ist ideal: der Strand ist durch die Unterführung schnell erreichbar, und auch die Altstadt liegt nicht weit entfernt. Die Treppen waren für uns absolut kein Problem. Herzliche Gastgeber, die gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit waren. Wir danken von Herzen – es war einfach großartig!

Wunderschöne 2 Wochen in Sestri Levante Eine sehr saubere Wohnung mit einem traumhaften Meerblick von der Terrasse. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was ban so braucht. Die Fotos im Internet entsprechen der Realität. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen! Etwas Kondition für die 61 Stufen hoch zur Wohnung sollte man haben, aber ist man oben, entschädigt der Ausblick sofort!

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Luca et de sa famille. L'annonce et les photos sont conformes à la réalité : la vue est splendide ! Les quelques marches ne sont pas un problème si vous n'avez pas de soucis de mobilité. Les échanges avec Luca se ont très bien passés et ses parents nous ont très gentiment accueillis (encore merci pour les œufs de Pâques et les citrons !). L'appartement est idéalement situé pour découvrir la région (gare facilement accessible à pied). Nous le recommandons !

Schoon, ruim huis met top uitzicht

Vriendelijke ontvangst. Het huis is ruim, schoon en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. De wasmachine is heel handig. Het uitzicht is geweldig. Het huis is rustig gelegen, maar je kunt de drukte makkelijk opzoeken met een wandeling van een paar minuten.

Tolle Lage!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Ferienwohnung! Der Ausblick auf das Meer und den Hafen ist wundervoll! Meer, Strand, Restaurants, Bahnhof...alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar.

Born as summer house, it became our primary residence thank to the place's beauty. During a recent restoration, we have decided to obtain a new apartment in order to share this fantastic location with everyone who wants.
