Splendid T3 of 71m ² enjoying a prime location in the heart of the village in a luxury residence delivered in 2013.
Located in the 2nd of the residence with elevator, you will appreciate its immediate proximity to the slopes as well as the shops and restaurants, making the ideal base for your holidays.

The apartment is composed as follows:
- 1 living room of 30m² with kitchen open to living room (fridge with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, induction hob x4, extractor hood, dishwasher, cookware, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, Nespreso machine ( 15 capsules supplied), fondue set, raclette set
- 2 large windows opening onto a terrace of 12m ² with views of the center street and the mountain and a balcony of 8m ² with a side view of the slopes. Terraces equipped.
- 1 bedroom suite (WC, shower, towel dryer) of 11m ² with window, 1 double bed (160cm), a chest of drawers 3 drawers, television, parquet floor.
- 1 room of 10m ² with bay window giving on balcony, two single beds 90x190, a cupboard with wardrobe and shelves, a desk, television, Office of Public Prosecutor.
- Independent toilet 1,6m² with washbasin.
- 1 bathroom of 4m², with bath, washbasin, heated towel rail, washer dryer, drying rack, ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner.
- Living room with sofa, flat screen TV, Blu Ray DVD player, French and English channels, parquet floor.

A parking space in the basement in the closed garage (height of 2 meters). Private ski room of 3m² with ski boots dryer.

Cleaning fees: 150 € has to be paid at your arrival.
City taxes: 1,50€ per day and per adult.

séjour remarquable. l appartement est idéalement situer pour sans aucune contrainte skier, emmener les enfants aux cours ou prendre un verre en terrasse. les équipements sont de très bon standing. on se sent très à l aise dès l arrivee.

Last minute stay in Mont Chery Residence - fantastic!

We booked the property very last minute as our original accommodation had been cancelled. The apartment was absolutely fantastic inside! The kitchen is well equipped, the towels and linen are lovely. The communication with the Manager was great. The only drawback being the noise on the street at 3am! This is no reflection on the apartment or hosts as both were fantastic.

Great apartment in a fantastic location

Beautifully 2nd floor apartment, overlooking the main street from one balcony and side view of the slopes from the other. Immaculate and well equipped couldn't fault it. Great communication for access. Hope to return soon

A wonderful apartment close to everything!

We stayed at Delphine's apartment in August for mountain biking. It was the perfect location with the lift right out the back of the building. The apartment faces the street which made it great for buying yummy food and going out to restaurants. There are two balconies with tables and chairs which we loved for having drinks and nibbles. The apartment was very spacious, bright, and clean. The kitchen was well-stocked and Delphine had kindly left espresso and sugar for the espresso maker. The washer/dryer was great for washing our cycling clothes every day. Also, the ski room downstairs was perfect for storing our bikes, helmets and pads - the apartment has its own lockable room. Delphine was a fantastic host. We would definitely stay here again!!

Very high standard of accommodation in a perfect location.

This is a very nice apartment finished to a very high standard and in an excellent location, you walk out of the door and on to the slopes. Magnifique appartement idéalement situé

Nous avons passé d excellentes vacances dans cet appartement aménagé avec goût , avec tout le nécessaire (+ kit premiers jours !) , très ensoleillé avec ses 2 terrasses, idéalement situé au centre du village et aux pieds des pistes et de l ESF. +Parking . Très bon accueil et disponibilité de Delphine . Merci beaucoup . Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !!
