We had a good holiday. Communication with booking owner/agent was very good. Xavier met us on our arrival. Relaxing pool area, pool was warm despite not being heated but then we stayed here in September. Views are good from the balcony. Apartment description states air conditioning. There isn’t any just ceiling fan in master bedroom and living room. A couple of fans were provided though one didn’t work. Bring your own corkscrew. The apartment complex is very safe with keypad entry gates.

Wonderful holiday in this lovely apartment

We had the best holiday in this centrally located apartment.our hosts Maria and Javier were fantastic and so helpful,even bringing us cake ! The apartment is spacious and comfortable and everything you need for the perfect getaway .

Fantastic Apartment

Wife and I had a great week in Marias apartment, two lovely balconies with a good sea view from the one upstairs , the apartment itself is very spasious with everything you need for a holiday. Booking process and communication with Maria was excellent we will hopefully return as we miss it already Jim & Dawn

Wonderful Apartment

The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and was in a great location. The apartment was south facing with a sea view, and very importantly had an awning. The owner was lovely and was readily available if we needed her. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

This is a great place every to stay.

Central duplex apt close to all amenities but quiet enough. Near to the harbour & old town & easy for local buses to other places to visit. It was great & I would recommend it.

Excellent apartment, clean, well equipped, lots of space and great location.

My friends and I had a really good holiday and the apartment was a main contributor to that. Maria's husband met us at the airport and took us to the apartment. On the way he gave us many tips, good restaurants, the better supermarkets etc. At the apartment he showed us where everything was, there was a lot to take in. When we thought we had a problem he responded to my text request very promptly and explained it again. The owners are brilliant and nothing is a problem. The location is very good, in the old part of Puerto Del Carmen close to restaurants, supermarkets, short walk to the beach and the harbour. I would recommend this apartment to any holidaymakers looking for a relaxing, quiet location but close to amenities. We will be looking to holiday here again and to renew our acquaintance with the Morales.

Relaxing week in an ideal apartment

Contacted Maria, the owner, Autumn last year and arranged to stay in her apartment for the week. Communication was very good and Maria answered all my questions. On arrival at the airport her husband was available to pick us up and take us to the apartment which was about 10 minutes drive away. Much appreciated. The apartment itself is wonderful although there are a few steps to negotiate which so may not be ideal for someone not so sturdy on their feet. The front door leads into a bright and airy kitchen diner/ lounge area which in turn leads onto a decent size balcony with table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need including a kettle!! There is a large tv with various channels but wasn't sure how to use it and I don't think there were any English programs but that didn't matter to us as tv wasn't switched on. The upstairs balcony had lovely views out to sea and we were able to see Fuerteventura on a good day! It also overlooks the quiet pool area. From the kitchen area there are stairs leading down to the 2 good sized bedrooms both having their own shower room. One bathroom housed the washing machine. Both bedrooms have ample storage space. The larger of the 2 rooms has a patio door which leads out to another private terrace area leading to the pool area giving you the option to either sit in your own space or in the communal grounds. Accessing the pool is easy and was refreshing in the Lanzarote heat. Overall: There are about 35 apartments in the complex all facing the sea so no one overlooks you. The entire apartment had a lovely feel and was clean and tidy with ample space not to feel cramped if you go as a family or group of friends. We chose to stay here as it is close to both the Old Town and Playa Grande beach front. As Scuba divers it is a perfect location for Playa Chica beach where a lot of diving takes place and is only 5 minutes walk away. We ate in a lot of the time and there are a few supermarkets within walking distance (up a big hill) including Lidl, Spar. Maria and her husband are lovely people they have a lovely apartment and we will definitely recommend a stay here. We will come back ourselves if back in Puerto Del Carmen.

Perfect appartement

Groot, ruim, stil. Dicht bij het strand. Precies op de grens van het oude centrum en de boulevard. Balkon, schuifpui geeft uit op benedenruimte met zwembad. Volledig uitgeruste keuken. Twee douches, toiletten.
