美しいスキアトス島にあるヴィライレブンへようこそ。ヴィラのユニークでプライベートな場所からは、エーゲ海の180度のパノラマの景色を眺めることができます。また、スコペロス島、エヴィア島、アロニソス島、ツォグリア島、アルコス島はバルコニーから一目でわかります。
ヴィラは4〜5人を収容でき、カップル、友人グループ、小さな子供連れの家族には完全に安全な場所です。
スキアトス島では、ユニークな65のビーチ、さまざまなアトラクションとアクティビティ、楽しいギリシャ料理とエスニック料理、そしてギリシャの笑顔とおもてなしを発見することができます。

Amazing villa, Amazing Location,

We stayed for a week in October,the weather was perfect, villa Eleven was in the most wonderful location with views over the bay, it was finished to a high standard we needed for nothing. Dimitri was a perfect host who greeted us at the airport ensured we had the right car for the job and escorted us to the villa where a basket of fresh fruit,coffee and water was waiting which was most welcome, our week in skiathos was all we could hope...

A great stay in Villa Eleven

We really enjoyed the one week in Villa Eleven. A very nice, fully equipped villa with an amazing view to Skiathos, the airport and the sea with its islands. Thanks to Dimitris and his team (for the garden and cleaning) for the warm welcome and comfort. One thing: we were really happy that we had a 4x4 car for the challenging access road.

An Amazing Property

The property was very clean with everything you need and an amazing view which you could not stop looking at in the lovely comftable out door furniture. The owner was very helpful prior to our holiday and while we were there making sure we had everything we needed. The property is up a long hill, which is why the views are amazing. we chose not to hire a car as we like to walk. We walked down the hill to the town every day and walked back up twice, with the other times getting a taxi (the Taxi price ranged from 10 euros to 25 euros, depending on where we were and what time it was). I would defiantly recommend this property.

We had a good time

We had a good time, but because of the bad weather (unfortunately we’ve been hit by Daniel Medicane) we had to stay inside for about three whole days. So we have had the opportunity to “test” the house for many hours: it’s cozy, well equipped (no dishwasher but not a big issue for us), large enough for four persons, clean and the external view is definitely breathtaking. The host has welcomed us with fresh fruit, water and wine in the fridge. Just a couple of things to be aware of: 1) the double bed is a 140 cm large; 2) of the two bathrooms only one has a shower (there’s anyway another shower outside but we couldn’t use it because of the weather). Dimitris has been a great host and I definitely would recommend to book his location for great holidays.

Perfect Villa with spectacular view

We stayed at Villa Eleven as a couple for a week in September and had a very nice time. The villa has everything you need, is very well maintained and clean and the location is spectacular, the views of Skiathos and surroundings are breathtaking. You have complete peace and privacy, yet you can be at the port, airport or town in 10 minutes by car or scooter. The contact with the owner Dimitris was very pleasant. We were provided with all information regarding the villa and Skiathos in the best way. Very nice was the welcome with various drinks and fresh fruit. We recommend Villa Eleven 100% and will be very happy to come back again.

Wunderbar

Wir waren zu 5 (3 erwachsene Kinder) in der Villa und es war einfach wunderbar. Hilight ist die grosse schattige Terasse mit einem unvergleichlich tollen Blick über ganz Skiathos Stadt, den Hafen und dem Flugplatz, wo man die Flugzeuge starten und landen sehen kann (nicht laut). Man hat jeden Morgen beim Frühstück diesen weiten wunderbaren Blick. Die Villa ist voll ausgestattet und in einem guten Zustand, sogar mit Grill und Pizza Ofen draussen, den wir sogar genutzt haben. Die Schlafzimmer haben Klimaanlage, die an manchen Tagen auch nötig war. Der Garten wird täglich bewässert und sieht sehr schön aus. Alle 3 Tage Reinigung und Wäschewechsel durch eine sehr nette Frau. Die Villa liegt liegt an einem Hang, wir hatten 3 Roller gemietet und waren gut mobil. Der Vermieter Dimitris war ausserordentlich nett und hilfsbereit und war bei Ankunft am Flugplatz und ist auch trotz der späten Stunde in der Nacht mit zum Haus gefahren. Er hat uns auch bei anderen Dingen gute Hilfe und Tips gegeben. Insgesamt sehr schöne Villa mit fantastischem Blick und einem ausgesprochen nettem Vermieter.

Villa with the best view in town

Thank you to Irene and Dimitris for our beautiful stay on Skiathos. We felt very cozy in your villa, the rooms, the flow and the size was just perfect for us, we felt the love and passion... an absolute gem where we could truly recharge our batteries. The panoramic terrace, from which you can admire the sea and the town was breathtaking. The garden was gorgeous and lush. We had a very relaxing time here and we will certainly be back!

Rundum traumhaft schön und perfekt organisiert

Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Vermieter ebenso. Es werden alle drei Tage Bettwäsche und Handtücher ausgetauscht und das Haus gereinigt. Ein Hausmeister kümmert sich um den Müllabtransport. Ohne dass das alles irgendwie stört. Der Ausblick vom Haus ist wunderschön, dafür nimmt man gerne die 7 bis 8 Autominuten nach Skiathos in Kauf. Ein Mietauto ist auf Skiathos meines Erachtens ohnehin ein must have, um zu den schönen entlegenen Stränden der Insel zu gelangen.
