What a joy to stay in this beautiful villa. Photographs and descriptions are accurate, but don't capture the beautiful welcome and how comfortable everything is. The beds were the most comfortable we've experienced. The little town does amazing pizza and the host was always on hand, gave us some great recommendations. Such a beautiful part of Croatia

Great villa, brilliant host and lovely area

We (family with teens) had a great holiday here and throughly enjoyed the peace and quiet, the location and the suburb quality of the villa. The host was exceptional and couldn't have been more helpful. Would throughly recommend this for a brilliant relaxing holiday!

Fabulous Villa

We had a fantastic stay in this wonderful villa. Location just perfect with a short walk to the lovely village of Novigrad. Fabulous facilities in the villa with superb pool and a games room which was a real bonus for our ten age boys. Lucija was just the perfect host to make our vacation fantastic

Vacation

We travel a lot and have stayed in many properties. This by far was the most professional, comfortable, clean and welcoming. The house was perfect and just as described. The owner was extremely gracious and helpful with directions and suggestions. The check in/out process was painless! The location is near beautiful beaches and Konoba Mika, our favorite local restaurant with amazing local cuisine and friendly service.

Lived up to all our expectations!

We had waited two years for our trip to Villa Mirta, and it was well worth the wait. It lived up to our expectations and beyond! The villa has all that you could possibly want for your stay, the property and furnishings are immaculate, and the pool is fabulous. It lies in a tranquil spot within short walking distance of the small port of Novigrad, and within reasonable driving distance from shops and other beautiful places to visit. Zadar is a must if you want to explore the local history. Our lovely host Lucija could not have been kinder, waiting for us on our later than expected arrival, and presenting us with a delicious platter of meats and cheeses, fruit, wine and other cold drinks, plus fresh bread for the next day. She was always on hand to answer any questions about our stay. We would recommend a holiday in this beautiful place to anyone seeking peace and relaxation in a wonderful environment. Thank you so much!

Superbe villa

Wunderschöne Villa mit toller Gastgeberin

Wir haben 1 Woche unseren Familienurlaub mit zwei jugendlichen Kindern in Lucija‘s Villa verbringen dürfen. Das Haus entspricht allen Beschreibungen. Lucija ist eine tolle Gastgeberin die uns viele tolle Restaurants und Ausflugsziele empfohlen hat. Die Villa liegt sehr ruhig gelegen auf einem Hügel mit Sicht auf das sehr niedliche Novigrad. Die Aussenanlage ist wie das Haus sehr gepflegt. Der Pool bietet jederzeit eine tolle Erfrischung und es gibt viele Ecken, in die man sich zurückziehen und entspannen kann. Viel Spaß haben wir beim Beobachten von kleinen Schildkröten gehabt, die gelegentlich den Weg zum Haus kreuzten. Ingesamt eine tolle Woche Urlaub in einem wunderbaren Haus mit einer sehr sympathischen Gastgeberin. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wenn ein Kind sagt: "hier fühle ich mich zu Hause" bedarf es nicht mehr vieler Worte.

Obgleich sich Vieles aus den letzten Bewertungen wiederholen wird, versuche ich mein Bestes diesen wunderschönen Aufenthalt zu beschreiben. Ich beginne gerne mit der herrlichen Anfahrt auf schottrigem Weg, eingebettet in einem Pinienwäldchen. Das Haus liegt eingebettet in der herrlichen Natur in Alleinlage. Die roten Rosen am Haus sowie der betörende Duft des Jasmins begegnen einen direkt beim Aussteigen aus dem Auto. Wir durften bereits um 15 Uhr das Anwesen beziehen. Lucija, die Gastgeberin, war bereits vor Ort und zeigte uns das Haus sowie vielerlei Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen und Spaß haben im näheren Umkreis. Zur Begrüßung bekamen wir zwei riesige Platten mit verschiedenen lokalen Käsesorten sowie Schinken, Oliven, Brot und Brötchen als auch einen tollen Obstkorb und Wein. Im Kühlschrank befand sich eine Auswahl an Bieren und Softgetränken sowie eine Flasche regionalem Weißwein. Das Haus ist in Natura noch sehr viel schöner als auf den ohnehin schon schönen Bildern auf der Internetseite. Die Schlafzimmer sind absolut gemütlich eingerichtet. Der absolute Wahnsinn ist der Blick aus dem "Elternschlafzimmer" direkt auf die Burg von Novigrad. Es fehlt nichts. Es sind mehr als genügend Kleiderbügel, Toilettenpapier, Gewürze und Öle vorhanden. Waschmaschine, Waschmittel, Wäschständer und Wäscheklammern vorhanden. Die Dachterrasse birgt einen wunderschönen Rundumblick auf Novigrad, die Burg und dem Meer. Der Pool ist großartig Danke Lucija dass wir zu Gast sein durften

Wir kommen wieder!

Hallo zusammen, Die Bilder täuschen nicht. Wir konnten eine Stunde früher einchecken als angegeben. Bei der Ankunft waren wir von der Umgebung und dem Haus überwältigt. Die Vermieter haben uns eine ausführliche Hausführung gegeben und uns anschließend mit kroatischen Delikatessen (zwei Vesperplatten) und sowohl Bier als auch alkoholfreien Getränken empfangen. Danach zeigte uns die Vermieterin einige Sehenwürdigkeiten & Restaurants auf Prospekten und notierte uns die Nummern von Taxiunternehmen, Restaurants, und und und... Dieses Objekt ist nur zu empfehlen!

Sensationelles Haus und unglaublich nette Eigentümerin!

Es ist ein unglaublich schönes Haus, sogar noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Die Eigentümerin Lucija ist wirklich unglaublich Nettoumsatz hilfsbereit. Sie hat immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden und wundervolle Leckereien zur Begrüßung bereit gestellt. Wir haben schon einige Ferienhäuser gemietet, aber das hier war das am besten ausgestattete mit der, mit Abstand, besten Vermieterin. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

So traumhaft-bereits für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht!

Die Angaben in dem Angebot spiegeln exakt den Standard vor Ort wider. Das Haus liegt am Ende eines Weges mitten in einem Pinien-Wäldchen auf dem Hügel. Es ist von außen uneinsehbar. Die Räume sind hell sowie modern ausgestattet. Das gesamte Haus sowie die Einrichtung befinden sich in einem Top-Zustand. Lucija hat uns am Anreisetag persönlich und herzlich begrüsst und das Haus vorgestellt. Für einen Begrüssungssnack mit köstlichem dalmatinischen Schinken sowie Käse mit Brot, Wein und Obst hatte Lucija gesorgt. So konnte ein traumhafter Start in einen unvergesslichen Urlaub beginnen. Es ist erst einmal alles vorhanden, um sofort den Urlaub genießen zu können. In kurzer Reichweite befinden sich aber Einkaufsstätten, um die weitere Versorgung für die Zeit sicherzustellen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die absolute Ruhe mit der traumhaft beruhigenden Landschaft, die wir an Pooltagen genießen konnten. Das zirpen der Grillen ist hierbei ein angenehmes, begleitendes Geräusch. Im Souterrain befinden sich zur sportlichen Betätigung Billardtisch, Dart und einige Sportgeräte. Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Kleiner Tipp: obwohl sämtliche Fenster des Hauses mit fest eingebauten Mückennetzen ausgestattet sind, ist es ratsam, so einen die Mücken „lieben“, sich mit entsprechenden Salben auszustatten:-) Die Biester hört man teilweise nicht einmal. Der Urlaub ging leider viel zu schnell vorüber. Wir sind so begeistert von dem Haus, von Land und Leuten, dass wir bereits für kommendes Jahr erneut gebucht haben. Die Erinnerung bleibt.

Wunderschön

Wir, 4-köpfige Familie, waren bereits das zweite Mal zu Gast. Die Lage sowie die Umgebung sind perfekt für uns geschnitten. Es gibt alle benötigten wie auch erdenklichen Möglichkeiten Vorort zur Verfügung. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

We had to come back!

We had such a wonderful holiday last year we had to return this summer. This is a very glamorous house in a beautiful setting, quite and secluded yet near town. Lovely warm welcome from Lucija who made sure the house had everything we could need and left us supper. We felt very looked after and have returned relaxed and refreshed. Perfect holiday!

Superb in every way

We stayed at the Villa Mirta for 10 days and they were all perfect. The house is located on top of a hill with a view of the castle of Novigrad. Outside there are plenty of terraces, a lovely swimming pool and a large BBQ. The house itself is modern and tastefully decorated. It's almost too beautifull to use as a rental home. Absolutely everything you could possibily need is present : plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, hairdryers, .... Lucija and her mother are alsof the perfect hosts : not only was the house spotless, they had provided a welcome platter with local cheese and meat, a fruit basket as we'll as some drinks in the fridge. They even brought us a bag of charcoal and lighter blocks for the BBQ. We cannot recommend Villa Mirta enough. It was the perfect place for a lovely holiday.

Super schönes Ferienhaus

Wir fahren jedes Jahr nach Kroatien, aber das war bis jetzt das schönste Ferienhaus was wir bisher hatten! Wir ( 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder ) wurden von Lucija herzlich begrüßt! Sie war die ganze Woche für uns da, wenn wir Fragen hatten! Das Ferienhaus ist super ausgestattet! Es hat an nichts gefehlt! Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen 😍 Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!!!

Geweldig huis op perfecte locatie

Wij hadden van alles bij ons, maar laat alles thuis. Van wattenstaafjes tot aluminiumfolie, verzin het...het was aanwezig. Wij huren al een aantal jaar via HomeAway vakantiewoningen maar zo’n compleet huis hebben we nog niet eerder gehad. Wel jammer dat er geen weegschaal was, maar tijdens je vakantie moet je je ook niet wegen 😉! Erg attent dat er een schaal met hartige lekkernijen en een fles wijn voor ons klaar stond. Lovely house in great location

The house is very well equipped, comfortable.and with good attention to detail. The pool is a little small but with the sea a short walk away, that didn’t detract from our enjoyment. We had a lovely time. The house is situated close to two national parks and not far from Zadar, the beach almost on the doorstep and the weather was fabulous.

Great villa and location.

We are a family of 4 (parents and 2 teenagers) and were made to feel very welcome. Everything in the villa is new or very well maintained and views from the villa are stunning. It was a pleasant walk down the hill into the beautiful fishing village of Novigrad and we ate in the Novigrad restaurants on several evenings. The villa is also well positioned for beaches, the national parks and other attractions. We also enjoyed the pool table at the villa, as well as the swimming pool. There is a little bakery just a couple of minutes walk from the villa.

Luxury, very clean and comfortable Villa in a great location

We - Family with 2 Kids - have just returned from our 2 1/2 weeks stay at this beautiful Villa with a great view, perfectly located. The Villa is keeping all the promises made by the description and a perfect choice for relaxing, luxury holidays in the Novigrad area. Everything is almost new, in perfect shape and very clean. You feel welcome and at home from the first second. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this Villa to everybody looking for relaxing, luxury vacations in a great area. Places to swim in the Novigrad sea are in walking distance from the Villa and Novigrad and the surrounding villages offer some nice restaurants and bars. Really nothing to complain about, so we give it 5 stars and our full recommendation. Thanks to the owner's family for hosting us!
