Spacious flat, but not wheelchair accessible if you cannot walk at all
Very nice comfortable flat, although the furniture in it is not the lovely modern furniture as portrayed in the photos.
The advert says wheelchair accessible, I am in a wheelchair but fortunately can walk a few steps holding the chair - this was fortunate because there are 2 steps at the main entrance and no ramp, also the paths/road outside have no wheelchair access. Inside the flat it was very difficult for me to access the verandas, also all the bedrooms are on the downstair level (4th floor), so I had to use the main lift to go to bed/breakfast/shower, etc..
There is a school opposite the flat so there is some noise from this, but mainly it is very quiet with some lovely views.
We liked Pego and there is easy access to many nearby beaches and the kid's waterpark is only about 1/2 hour drive north - the communal swimming pool at the flat is not large, but it is adequate with a good depth at one end - there are steps leading into the pool (although no handrail) but, with help, I managed to make my way in and out of the pool.
There are certainly a lot of rooms within the flat - dressing rooms, ironing rooms, laundry, but there are just 2 bathrooms, one with a walk in shower and the other with a shower in the bath - there is a toilet on the 5th floor which is the main living area.
We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the flat for a large family - but please be aware of it's limitations with regard to disability access.
