Set in Cas Concos, near Felanitx in the south-east of Mallorca, this rustic villa surprises with a private pool and welcomes 10 guests.
The most distinguishing detail of this wonderful house with stone-lined façade is the private, 12m x 6.5m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.1m to 1.8m. Furthermore, there's an outdoor shower. Enjoy a lazy afternoon in the verdant garden, basking in the sun on one of the ten sun loungers, making a tasty barbecue with friends or having a delicious cocktail under the pergola. A porch is furnished with a huge table and an outdoor kitchen. Your kids enjoy playing on the small playground. This dapper house is fenced, surrounded by fields and located in a very quiet zone. There are a few neighbours around.

This cottage offers accommodation on 260m2 and two floors; decorated in a homelike and rustic way. The ground floor has an invitingly sitting room with satellite-TV and garden views, where you can have a little siesta. The dining room with access to the garden is just perfect for a family-dinner. The kitchen with vitro hob is fully-equipped. There's a bedroom with double bed, one shower bath, one bathroom with bath tub and a laundry with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

The first floor consists of a small living room, one bedroom with double bed and bath en-suite with big bath tub, two rooms with two single beds each, one with a bunk bed and a shower bathroom. All bedrooms provide A/C and wardrobes; three of them on the upper floor have access to a terrace overlooking the garden. Additionally, there's A/C in both living rooms and in the dining area. We can supply up to two cots and two high chairs upon request.

Cas Concos forms part of the municipality of Felanitx, situated in the south-east of Mallorca. It's close to the chapel of San Salvador, nice for a half-day trip. The village of Felanitx offers everything you may need for your holidays. The house is only 10 km away from splendid beaches, like Cala D'Or, Cala Sa Nau or Cala Figuera. In Portopetro and Portocolom you can not only observe the typical fishing boats, but also have a great seafood-dinner. If you're into sports, you can make cycling routes or play golf in Vall d'Or.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
