On the outskirts of Sant Jordi, this amazing villa with private pool and beautiful views offers a second home for 12 people
This finca features an spectacular exterior area that includes a great chlorine private pool (sizing 11 x 5 metres and with a water depth from 1.1 to 2.5 metres) with an integrated children pool (of 3.5 x 3.5 metres and with 0.5 metres depth). Around the pool you will find 9 sunloungers and a great lawn area where you can bask in the sun while the little one run and play. The great vacation is granted in the different gardened areas, the lake with fishes and the several terraces and porches. There also is a ping pong table, a paddle court and a basket court that you can use whenever you want.

The magnificent house comprises two floors. When you enter the house, you find a great living-dining room with TV, AC, fireplace and exit to one of the porches. Next your find the kitchen which is equipped with a gas cooktop and a table where you can enjoy an appetiser. There is a second kitchen also with a gas cooktop, another spacious dining room with exit to the pool and another living area with a pool and a toilet. There are 6 bedrooms on the first floor with AC and closet, and 5 bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have a double bed and the other three have twin beds. Three of them have an en-suite bathroom, one with independent bath and shower, another with a tub and the last one with a shower. The other two bathrooms on this floor feature one a bath and the other a shower.. There are another two more bathrooms outdoors, both with a shower. You will find a laundry room with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The house is equipped with oil central heating.

The property is located 5.9 km away from Sant Jordi, near the golf course of Son Gual, and well communicated thanks to the nearby Palma - Manacor highway. The airport is also near so you may hear the planes passing by. Towards the coast, you will find all kinds of services for an independent stay like bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. We recommend you visit Palma and its extraordinary Cathedral and the picturesque town centre. And you can also visit beautiful beaches like Can Pastilla, Cala Blava or es Trenc.

There is a second house within the finca inhabited by the property maintenance staff.

There is an external parking for two cars.
The water into the cistern is not potable.

We were very disappointed with this property. At our arrival we were given the wrong code to enter. The restaurant next to the property helped us. Pictures from the website were taking at least 10-15 years ago. Grounds unkept, no toilet paper, no dish towels , no trash bags, no broom, only 2/7 bathrooms had trash cans. BBQ dirty, pond with green stagnant water a source of mosquitoes. For the amount of money that I spent on this place, I’m sure I could have found something so much better and cheaper.

Amazing family reunion

Great villa with lots of space for adults and kids. We enjoyed the pool, being able to cook and eat together and just hang out after being apart for 3 years. Great communication with the host when I had questions too. Highly recommend

Spacious but dated, and on the flight path

Overall a very nice, large Finca. The property has lots of space for our group of 11, the pool is super and the outdoor covered space excellent. On the down side is it’s dated, the kitchen is under equiped for such a big house, and the jets go over at peak every 1 and a half minutes. Would still recommend but some small money could easily rectify the kitchen the jets that’s another thing!

Finca Son Pou

The Finca needs a restoration and a clean up. We expected much more as it was quite expensive. We had to buy kitchenglasses and cups ourselves. The sunbeds were broken, so we only had 7, after 4 days we got 5 more, but they were still dirty. The armchairs in the livingroom are also very dirty. The aircondition in one of the rooms didn’t work, water was running down the wall from the machine. Can’t recommend this finca as it is now, not to that price.

Very poor quality property

The property was very poorly appointed. Lots of broken tiles and flooring, stains on the indoor seating which smelled when you sat on them. The towels were flimsy and no soap provided in each bathroom. There were insects crawling around in the bathroom and we were all bitten by something during our stay. The property was cold at night and the bedding wasn't sufficient for an autumn stay. We found spare duvets but not for everyone and they were covered in stains. There were 2 large farm dogs left to wander freely on the first day which were locked up when the second guests arrived and requested they were put away the following day. We were not greeted and no one checked in to make sure everything was ok. The list of rules for our stay and departure were very unwelcoming. We feel that the property is misrepresented on the website and is overpriced. Our family has used VRBO several times and have never had such a poor experience. Do not stay here.

Wir kamen schnell und einfach an der wunderschönen Finca an und wurden dort freundlich empfangen und rumgeführt. Das Anwesen ist wirklich wunderschön und sieht mindestens so schön aus wie auf den Fotos. Es ist alles sehr schön eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und auch der Pool ist toll! Im Haus war ganz besonders der große Wohn-Essbereich toll - ein wunderschöner Raum mit Blick auf das tolle Grundstück! Das einzige, was wir nicht ganz so schön fanden, ist das Badezimmer im Poolhaus. Das Bad ist in Ordnung, im Vergleich zum großen Bad im Haupthaus allerdings nicht ganz so schön bzw. könnte man es vielleicht ein bisschen renovieren. An sich ist es aber super mit dem zweiten Bad, das ist bei 5-6 Personen schon viel wert. Was noch gut zu wissen ist und auch in anderen Bewertungen steht: das WLAN reicht nicht bis ins Poolhaus. Insgesamt ist die Finca aber klasse und man kann einen Urlaub dort nur empfehlen!

Das Areal wo die Finca steht ist sehr groß. Die Zimmer + Bäder wirklich ok mehr braucht es nicht. Sauberkeit in den Zimmer und Bäder auch ok, allerdings im unteren Bereich und Terrassenbereich nicht ganz so. Sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig sind wirklich die ankommenden Flugzeuge die im 4-5 Minutentakt kommen (aber man gewöhnt sich daran) Alles in allem war es wirklich ok - wir hatten eine tolle Woche. Platz ist wirklich mehr wie genug.

Aufenthalt und der Finca war hervorragend. Wir waren ne Gruppe mit 12 Personen und alle fühlten sich wohl. Eine schöne Anlage hat uns erwartet. Grillplatz, Pool, Billiard, Kicker mit schönen Einzelzimmer, Top. Check in Check out unkompliziert und Finca gut gelegen zu Palma. Grüße Zsolt Ressler

Sehr schöne Finca mit einem sehr netten Vermieter, der uns sehr entgegen gekommen ist. Auch der Service über homerti hat reibungslos geklappt! Kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag für die Grundausstattung der finca: Pfeffer, Salz und Zucker wären klasse! Ansonsten war alles 5 Sterne wert. Jederzeit wieder!

Finger weg. Abgeranze alte Finca.

Ich beschränke mich hier wirklich auf die wesentlichen Fakten. Zwei Positive zu Beginn. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war hervorragend. Alle angezeigten Mängel wurden umgehend behoben. Nummer zwei war, dass wir als Männergruppe dort waren und somit die Finca unseren Frauen nicht zumuten mussten. Der Rest ist einfach nur eine Zumutung. Uralte Bude ohne jede Modernisierung und mit Renovierungstau. Ausstattung wohl über die Jahre abhanden gekommen. Töpfe, Gläser, Besteck, Porzelan alles fehlt oder Qualität Jugendherberge. Der Lärmpegel ist unerträglich. Entweder Flieger direkt über dem Kopf oder die Hunde des Besitzers bellen Tag und Nacht. Kurzum…wir hatten den Eindruck, dass der Besitzer gerade dabei ist, vor einem ohnehin geplanten Abriss noch mal fett Kasse zu machen. Schlechtestes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, was ich auf Mallorca jemals erlebt hab.

Sehr nette Unterkunft! Das Gelände ist riesig und man hat viele Möglichkeiten sich zu beschäftigen und sich auszubreiten. Es hat auch alles super geklappt. Bei Problemen wird sofort jemand vorbeigeschickt. Uns hat es nicht so sehr gestört, aber man sollte wissen, dass man durch die nahe Lage zum Flughafen sehr viel vom Flugverkehr mitbekommt.

Wij hebben een prima vakantie in uw woning gehad. De inrichting was enigszins verouderd. Het lag voor ons als stappende jongeren ver van El Arnenal af. Moeilijk te vinden zelfs door de taxichauffeurs. We zijn compleet lek gestoken door de vele muggen die er rond in het huis rondvlogen

We had a great time at the Son Pou Villa managed by Homerti. The communication and response time with Homerti was quick, reliant, and accurate. The Villa is very spacious inside (plenty of bedrooms with AC units, bathrooms, and space to hangout) as well as outside (large pool, well kept grounds with many activities basketball, ping pong, billiards). The Villa is located just outside Palma and is a quick drive to the city center. Although just off the highway, there is no noise from vehicles. A restaurant just next door which is wonderful as well. Would absolutely recommend a stay!

Das Haus ist in einem sehr ordentlichen Zustand

Das Haus ist in einem sehr ordentlichen Zustand. Die Aufteilung von Küche, Esstisch auf der Veranda, Pool & Grünfläche ist genial. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und es hat genügend Badezimmer und Toiletten. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Einziges, aber wirklich kleines Makel ist der Fluglärm. Das Haus liegt in der Anflugsschneise des Flughafens Palma und ab und an donnert ein Flieger vorbei. Dies hat uns jedoch nicht weiter gestört - wer aber sehr leichten Schlaf hat, sollte vielleicht Ohrenstöpsel einpacken.

Super dejligt hus med masser af plads

Lækkert poolområde og store terasser. Karakteren er givet for selve huset da beliggenheden ikke er særlig god. Der er rigtig meget støj fra fly hele døgnet rundt. Meget venlig ejer som er behjælpelig med at finde vej til indkøb osv. eneste ulempe er at han kun tale spansk så det er lidt svært at kommunikere.
