This property is in a quiet area but walkable to a nice riverside dining area. Parking was always available. A/C kept up well despite high temperatures:) Communication with the host was good.

Rugby World Cup 2023 Trip

Awesome place to stay - Couzon au Mont d’Or has a lovely village feel and is only 20 minutes to the Centre of Lyon. Awesome restaurants on the Saone River. Supermarkets within 5 minutes and close to public transport. Would highly recommend this place and hope to come back when the kids are a bit older. Was there for the Rugby World Cup 2023 - only thing that sucked was the Wallabies!

The positive point was that the whole place is air conditioned and we were in Lyon during the heat wave. I would not stay in the place again however. I was traveling with my family and found it to be more of an accommodation for young people looking to have parties/drink. It's an old restaurant that was turned into a rental. When we walked in the smell was very musty and humid as if there was mold. I walked through at least five cobwebs entering the rental as if no one has been there in a long time. There were spiderwebs and spiders in every room and next to the couch. The couch was ripped and had crumbs on it. The dining room table is covered in cigarette burns. The kitchen was not really cleaned and there were stains on the counter from previous renters. The sheets were clean, but the duvets that you had to put the covers on had yellow stains on them and did not seem clean. Some of the blankets were also the wrong size for the beds. The towels were also stained and did not smell good. The floors were so dirty we all had to keep our shoes on the entire time. If you got a shower and then walked to the bedroom the bottom of your feet would be BLACK. There are materials in the house to clean, but they were filthy so if that's what is being used, old dirt is being pushed around. The location was quiet and peaceful, but I would not stay there again as I felt it was very dirty and not well kept.

De passage pour un Congrès professionnel à Lyon, nous avons séjourné 2 nuits dans le logement. Très agréable et un grand merci à l'hôte Stéphane, qui s'est montré très réactif et cordial lors de nos sollicitations. Procédure d'arrivée et de départ très fluide. Rien a redire. Si nous devons revenir dans le coin pour un voyage en famille, ce sera un bon point de chute !

Bon séjour à Couzon

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le logement de Stephane, grand, spacieux et bien équipé. Petite déception sur la qualité des informations communiquées avant le séjour (non disponibilité de la terrasse, mauvais mot de passe wifi) et le manque de produits de base (savons, sel, gel douche...). Nous conseillons tout de même ce logement pour de courts séjours pour profiter de Lyon et match de l'OL!

Maison propre et très bien équipée. Petite déception sur l’accès à la terrasse qui est séparée de la maison par la rue… et de ce fait pas très pratique d’utilisation. Mais le village et les bords de Saône sont très agréables avec commerces à proximité.

grand et pratique

Beaucoup d'espace plutôt bien aménagé (salle babyfoot, écran/vidéo projecteur, ancien bar, ...). Le critère pour ce séjour était d'avoir 5 chambres vraiment séparées, promesse tenue. La literie est un peu raide, mais tout à fait acceptable. Très propre dans l'ensemble de la maison. La terrasse était fermée étant donnée la saison, mais l'espace doit être assez agréable, malgré le quai de Saone assez passager tout proche.

Cette maison est top pour les groupes ! Une communication fluide et efficace, de très belles prestations. On aurait aimé y rester plus longtemps. De belles balades à faire dans les environs. Vivement qu’on y revienne !

Very cool partment

The apartment is very cool and well equipped with all kinds of fun games for big children, TV room, pooltable (combined with dining room table) and more. The kitchen is well equipped and the house has both a washing machine and a dryer. We only stayed for a little over two days and we did not contact the owners about this, but the downstairs floor smells quite bad. Had we spent more time at the house or stayed longer we would have asked the owner to address this.

MAGNIFIQUE ! Nous avons passé un excellent week-end ! Personne ne voulait rentrer ! Nous avons tous un projet de revenir, nous étions comme à la maison. C'était au delà de nos attentes. Les photos correspondent, il n'y a pas de mensonges. Les mûrs sont bien épais donc la musique si on abuse pas ne dérange pas Je recommande à qui aurait des doutes !!! Un grand Bravo à Stéphane et son épouse pour cette magnifique maison et bonne chance pour la suite de vos projets 🙏🏾 Ils sont super sympas, disponible par téléphone et répondent vite 👏🏾 Moi j'ai hâte de voir vos projets terminés et venir voir sur place ! Logement superbe

Nous avons séjourné le grand WE pour le réveillon du jour de l an, nous étions 10 adultes, et rien à redire. Les prestations sont formidable et l emplacement magnifique, au bord de la Saône et nous loin de la Dombes et de Lyon. Adresse de gîte à retenir pour une prochaine fois. Le propriétaire nous a bien reçu et nous a accompagné pour découvrir ce lieu.

Une endroit idéal pour passer un bon moment en famille ou entre amis.

Maison équipée de façon complète. De grandes pièces permettant de ne pas se sentir les uns sur les autres. L'équipement est complet, même pas besoin dapporter livres ou jeux de société, tout est fourni. Super séjour
