Chapel View is a beautiful two bedroom first floor apartment in the heart of Broadstairs which comes with one free parking space. My parking space is a godsend as parking in council car park in high season is £13.80 per day. This seaside apartment is spilt over two levels and is within 2 minutes walk from Viking Bay and is a stone throw from Bars, Restaurants, Cafes and Independant Shops which make Broadstairs such a popular destination.
Situated on Albion Street this two bedroom flat can comfortably accommodate four guests but six are welcome as I have a double sofa bed .(bedding is kept in blanket box in Master Bedroom) Bed linen and towels are provided at property.
I have a travel cot and high chair at Chapel View along with plastic plates and cups for younger guest ( please note I do not supply bedding for Travel Cot.)
Broadstairs is a Historic Seaside Town full of Dickens charm and award winning sandy Beaches. Chapel View enjoys rooftop views of Bleak House and grade ll listed building St Mary’s Chapel dating back to 1350, along with partial sea views.
Please note there are stairs at property which may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.
Chapel View has WiFi internet connection.
Bedding and Towels included.
No smoking or pets at property.

Beautiful flat only steps frontage beach

Nicola was very helpful in her communication, the flat was perfectly prepared with a lot of attention to detail and is well-equipped (dishwasher and washer/dryer were important to us). The pictures in the listing very accurately reflect the feel of the space! Some nights were a little loud with several bars with live music on the same busy street, but that is what you might expect when you want to stay at the center of tourist activity. We certainly wanted to be in walking distance to the beach, cinema, fun fair at Victoria gardens and all the other attractions.

Lovely property just minutes from Viking Bay

The property is lovely, decorated really nicely and with all the practical touches a family needs. Comfy beds, the sofa could perhaps benefit from updating. Really lovely host who was very communicative and helpful. The location is fantastic if you want to be right in the midst of the shops and pubs etc. Its literally 2 mins walk to the cove which was great when it came to lugging stuff to sit on, picnics etc. We did find it a bit noisy when trying to sleep, but we knew we were booking somewhere busy so this is not a criticism, more just something to be aware of if it would bother you. We slept with the windows shut and we were relieved the host had provided fans. Broadstairs is lovely and we enjoyed day trips to Margate too.

Chapel View Broadstairs - staying over New Year

We are a family of 4 (2 adults a 13yo and 5 yo) who decided to visit Broadstairs over the New Year period. Initially we were looking at hotels but found it difficult to find rooms to accommodate us so we went the rental route which turned out much better in terms of living arrangements and was also cheaper. We chose the property because of its location, reviews and layout and were not disappointed. The property is as described with 2 bedrooms upstairs and a kitchen and living room downstairs and a bathroom on the landing below. The property was clean, cosy and quaint with the feel of a traditional sea side cottage. The property is in a great location but may be subject to noise from people on the street below as there are a few pubs and restaurants nearby. We weren’t affected although some noise when the pubs shut. TV reception not great but we had brought a HDMI cable which linked to our smartphone so was not a problem as the property has wi-fi and we could access all channels. In summary, we had a great time and we all (kids and parents) enjoyed staying at the property and found it very homely. We would definitely come back.

Super seaside stay

This property is a gem. Comfortable, clean and cozy with everything needed for self catering. The parking spot was so handy. Communication with Nicola was excellent. Would stay here again.

I had a really lovely time in sunny Broadstairs! The accommodation was perfect in every way. From the allocated parking space (really handy)! To the decor. Perfect location a little home from home

We went over Easter weekend two adults and a toddler! It was perfect...styled in a seaside theme and a minute from the beach and even less to the restaurants. Lots of stairs as on three floors but I’m pregnant so I felt them more! Clean and had everything we needed. Nicola was a brilliant landlady leaving great instructions and even an Easter egg for our daughter! Love Broadstairs would definitely return
