Amazing location and view. Kali, the manager was so kind and helpful. Our stay was great. Check in process was seamless and flexible. Which we really appreciate. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with us. The island was beautiful. Can’t wait to visit again!

Exceptional Stay

We were sad to leave. The community around the property made the stay extra special. The Villa is a perfect little hideaway. The location is great and close to Red Beach. Would recommend this Villa to anyone coming to stay in Santorini. Mario and Maria were amazing host and helpful with any of our needs.

Way Better than Busy and Crowded Oia and Fira!

My family of 4 stayed at Sublime Villa for 6 nights in Aug and the apartment was perfect for our family. Located right by Red Beach, we could easily go to the beach, visit local wineries and enjoy the amazing views and water right from our own place. If you stay Oia you will pay about 35% more for food and accommodations. Highly recommend renting a car to see the sites and going to Asterias Restaurant which is literally just steps from the Villa. Highly recommend!

Sublime Villa_Akrotiri

The Sublime Villa VRBO is an excellent vacation spot! The Villa looks out over the Aegean Sea on the calm, South side of Santorini. Walking distance to the Red Beach, a couple restaurants restaurants on the water, and the local bus stop. We highly recommend the Sea Kayaking (also within walking distance.) Maria the property manager was excellent and met us at the door to introduce us to Santorini. Villa is right next door to a great tourist shop / small market run by Irini who is wonderful. It is also right next door to a great restaurant that can get busy at times too.

Villa and view amazing, surroundings not so much

The villa itself is as listed, clean and well appointed. Both owner Marios and local agent Kali very helpful. In the mornings, quiet and gorgeous views over the sea. But...the pool is only a plunge pool, even one child playing makes the terrace flood.The Mini-Market is truly mini, snacks and drinks but not a supermarket. Not even milk or bread first 2 days, as season was only just starting. We had to trek along main road for 25 minutes to village of Akrotiri itself to get any foodstuff. Kitchen small, just about managed pasta and sauce,, anything more complicated would be very tricky.Restaurants only had very limited menu available, although it was Easter week. Food smells and more importantly loud music from the restaurants next door from lunchtime. I suspect in summer season it would not feel very private. The villa is one of several properties tugged along the road from red beach to Minoan Thira, between several restaurants and the mini market.

Man gerät in Versuchung, den kompletten Tag in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft zu verbringen. Die Lage ist traumhaft, das Haus geschmackvoll eingerichtet und der Außenbereich wunderschön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sublime Villa, yes it is!

One, to short, week in Marios villa was an indeed nice experience. The combination of a sublime villa an the local tavernas makes this the best possible site for a holiday "on your own". Some traffic to the Red Beach (don`t og there....), but the villa is sheltered from the road. Chose to swim from the boatramp 50 meters from the villa, easy excessible by foot. Bathingshoes recommended. Finally, and not to forget, Marios instant reply on whatever we questions we might have. Perfect service! Hope to be back in the autum.

Great villa, great host, great holiday!

We stayed at the Sublime Villa in Santorini for several days and fell in love with the island. The Villa has amazing views, everything you need to be comfortable with a collection of good restaurants close by. If you want to explore other area's of the island, it can be easily done by ATV's that will be delivered to your door. Mario was a great host and accommodated us with everything we requested. We will definitely return!

Santorini's undiscovered Jewel.

We spent 45 minutes in Oia, 30 minutes to buy fresh fish and fruits in Fira, all the while wishing we could quickly return tot Marios' place. We were blissfully abandoned by the $5 Euro ferries on the White Beach -- where we were often alone. So magical, the rocks could float. Could have been even better but we would not have noticed.
