Ground floor: living room, dining room, kitchen, a large living room of 60m. Large storage room. 1 toilet.
1st floor: 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet. All rooms provide access to the 35m² terrace
CAUTION but comfortable house still under construction. Finishes not do. Not closing.

Excellente séjour

Superbe maison à 2 pas du lac, en super état et avec tout pour bien accueillir 8 personnes. La propriétaire est d'une extrême gentillesse et très accueillante. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille !

Aménagement sommaire manque de rangements pour les courses dans la cuisine. maison bien située et pratique bien placé par rapport au lac et a 8km de l océan. la proprietaire tres a l écoute ainsi qu Amélie du service de conciergerie. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour! Merci

one of the best holidays of our lifetime

our holidays with 7 persons (3 children/4 grown-ups) was perfect. 1.) the service and support via the owners was kind, helpful and reliable. all promises were kept 100% and we felt like in the arms of very good family/friends. 2.) the house was perfect. @ ground-level a very large room for everything with kitchen, audio, wlan, table, chairs and sofas. and a lot of space for individuals wishes or needs. @ the first floor 4 2-bed rooms as places for individual privacy. a really large balcony. 3.) outside everything: large sweet-water lake biscarrosse, clean, warm, smooth. all in walking (5 min.) distance. 15 min. to the atlantic/village/shopping centers by car. wonderful nature everywhere. all clean, calm, very nice and "french". 4.) the whole area is a sophisticated place. well managed and cared about. an ideal place to relax, recover, enjoy, do sports and be family. a wonderful, precious experience that was worth a multiple of the price. we hope, that the house and the environment as well as the landscape can keep up this quality and we thank the owner of sharing this value, love and care with us!
