Hot tub quit working our last day and we wanted to use it before we left. Maint came to fix it but we ran out of time. Would like a table or something to lay clothes on in bedroom.

Super cute, clean place. Loved the hot tub! Convenient location. Only negative thing was the shower curtain smelled which made the bathroom smell.

Loved the A shape dwelling… hot tub was relaxing and grill was clean when we got there…only bad mark was the pillow case on one of the pillows had hair…but my family and I were very happy with the accomodations and the dwelling… we felt at home and had no problems sleeping after our hikes. We also had our papichon dog with us

Stay in a Chalet!

This property was perfect for our family of 3 and our dog. It was just the right amount of space. The hot tub was enjoyed after a day of hiking. We had a nice spring break adventure and the stay in a chalet was perfect!

Wonderful cabin!!

The cabin is beautifully situated on a hilltop with beautiful views!! The kids loved the hot tub. The cabin was very clean but I do recommend bringing an extra pillow if you sleep with more than one pillow. Also, if using the hot tub, bring extra towels because you only get 4. Within about 10 minute drive to Hocking Hills attractions. Would stay here again!!

Nice Stay

It was clean. Easy to check in and out. The hot tub is nice and everything worked great. My only complaint is that it was so close to the other A frame cabins there wasn’t much privacy. The sauna pods were very nice. Just a little pricey to use. Overall good. Would recommend

Perfect cabin in the woods

Our A-line cabin was just the right size for a family of 4 and our medium size dog. Great campus ans so close to Old Man’s Cave and the hiking trails around it. Also within 30 minutes of Zalewski State Park/Lake Hope. Cabin was clean, contemporary, quiet and relaxing. The hot tub was just the right temperature and will be sure to check out the sauna pods next visit. Definitely recommend this style of cabin and The Chalets at Hocking Hills!

Great location

The setting of this cottage is lovely on the mountain side. The back porch with the hot tub lets you enjoy the peace and beauty of nature that surrounds the cabin. It was a comfortable size for 2-4 people. It would have been nice to have a coat rack in the entrance area (or any common area). We missed having somewhere to put our clothes, like a low table, chair or dresser in the bedrooms. No clothes rack upstairs or even hooks for clothes. There are no suitcase stands.

This was probably one of the most disappointing experiences that I have ever experienced on vacation. I had booked this weekend getaway with our two doggies for my boyfriends birthday, me finishing a surgery travel assignment out of state and finally being back home with him, and me graduating with me bachelors to celebrate together. When we got there around 7:30-8p, the back door was unlocked and the fire alarm in the living room was chirping. About an hour or so after we arrived, it seemed that the whole road had lost power and was not coming back on. Due to the area, we had no service to contact anyone as well. We had searched in and around the cabin for fire wood in the dark in hopes to maybe start a fire in the fireplace to give heat and light to make us more comfortable while we hope for the power to come back on but eventually just chose to stay at a hotel for the night because none was in sight. I sent a message to the property manager about the issue just to inform them and make them aware since I knew it was late and the office was not open to call right away. I received a message the following morning stating that they were not aware until they came in and that they could refund me the rent amount for Friday and Saturday but in gift card form because power would not be restored until minimum 10pm that day. I explained that we had to stay somewhere else to accommodate safety due to no heat nor service if anything were to happen and if I was being refunded all the fees as well and then was told that they couldn’t do anything for me other than a refund for Friday night and now MAYBE Saturday. So over 75% of our stay without power and a property that is unable to stay at. It was not the refund of only 50% of my payment but the change up after I brought up that I had to make accommodations for us late at night due to inconveniences that I completely understood were out of everyone’s control. And also just not caring about their guests having no power, heat, light, or service. This is not how you treat guests in my opinion and truly would give 0 out of 5 stars if I could because I was then paying almost 700$ to a cabin we couldn’t even stay at and then 300+ for a hotel room for two nights. Luckily, the hotel felt sympathy for our situation so they discounted our king suites to help out. Shout out to holiday inn express in Logan, OH.

We had a wonderful weekend in A frame 11! The location is perfect, very close to everything yet still secluded and quiet. Cabin was immaculate and had everything we needed for our stay. Check in and check out was easy. We will definitely be back for another stay!

Not the place if you enjoy cooking, fridge was a mini fridge and the cook top with no stove was only able to do one pan at a time, the bed and bathroom were sufficient, the hot tub was great.Overall we had a good two day stay.
